Samsung Galaxy Buds LIVE | Everything You Need To Know!

Jun 06, 2021
Hey, what's up guys? I came back with that creation where I use technology for recreation, so I have the

samsung

galaxy

buzz

live

here, so I think I've made a total of about four videos in the last year highlighting why I think it's the

samsung

galaxy

. The original and plus ear

buds

were pretty much the best truly wireless ear

buds

for a number of reasons because I think they excelled in most of the categories that the average person looks for and the only thing they were missing was some of the smart advanced features now as we move up to The present, those smart features have been added and specifically what I'm talking about is active noise cancellation, but before we get into that, let's start as usual, starting with the case itself, holding it in your hand.
samsung galaxy buds live everything you need to know
You have a glossy finish, it definitely sometimes feels like it wants to slip out of your hand if you're not careful, apart from the simple Samsung branding in the center you have the USB port on the back along with a small LED battery indicator on the front and of course, for those who are not familiar yet, it also has Qi wireless charging built into the case. Now I'm a little disappointed with the new shape of the case, it seems like they were. I'm going for a more apple-like style, but I personally don't think there's anything wrong with the original pill-shaped design because of how easy it slides into that little pocket of your jeans, it doesn't slide as easily as you should like anymore. . force it in there and I always take into account little things like that, especially when we talk about user experience, especially for everyday use, so that's something to keep in mind now when you open the lid and you're presented with these fancy ones. headphones and although this is the black model, the headphones themselves are actually more of a dark gray ceramic, kind of like a space gray which by the way I think looks really cool, but as pretty as they look Come, keep in mind that they will fall off easily. your hand too, I can almost guarantee you'll spill the beans now when you open the case for the first time, you're next to your Galaxy device, you get this cool animation and I think Samsung has caught up to Apple when it comes to presentation.

More Interesting Facts About,

samsung galaxy buds live everything you need to know...

I like it and the initial connection was pretty quick and easy. Now I think we have to give credit to Samsung for thinking outside the box and trying to differentiate itself from the competition with this open-type earphone design that we've practically never seen before. You're like me and you've only seen the back of these in all the ads and commercials. Once you take them out of the case and turn them over, you will be surprised how different they are when you notice them. Don't use the standard silicone eartips that we're all used to seeing with other truly wireless earbuds and that's both disappointing and impressive at the same time, because without silicone tips you won't get something as natural. suction that provides passive noise isolation that almost every other pair of headphones offers and that's because Samsung wants you to experience these headphones.
samsung galaxy buds live everything you need to know
It wants you to experience the music on these earbuds along with the natural ambient noise from outside that carries through sort of like a concert experience, so the galaxy buds

live

now, looking closer, is similar to the engineering of the airpods pro, where it uses a vented speaker system to help relieve any pressure in the ear that may be caused by the tips of your other ears. truly wireless earbuds, so ambient noise will almost always be present no matter how you listen to them, now on the outside you have a base duct that helps deliver deep bass to where if you actually covered them with your finger while wearing them.

You will hear the bass disappear. You can try it yourself to hear exactly what I'm talking about and then on the bottom inner part that goes into your ear, there's a 12 millimeter Akg speaker that sits right behind those two air vents. That's how you get the sound. In the middle you have the touch sensitive sensor so it

know

s when it's in your ear and right above it you have the charging contacts and when you turn it you have two small microphones outside of each earbud plus a third internal microphone. that is hidden behind the air outlet along with a voice pickup unit inside which work together to help focus on a crystal clear voice and lastly you have the touch sensitive area which at first is more or minus the circumference of the upper microphone.
I wasn't sure if I was actually using them correctly, but the animation during the setup process really helped me. It may feel bad at first but you'll

know

it's wrong once you hear the ringing, you take two wing tips out of the box to help them, I guess it's better for your ear, which by the way are very easy to install, just Be sure to pay attention to the left and right indicators on each one. I installed the larger ones just because and I must say that these are officially the most comfortable and truly wireless. The headphones I have ever used, I mean amazing design, they really feel weightless in my ear.
I can see myself doing anything with these, well nothing because they are only rated for ipx2 which is the same as the Galaxy Buds and more. You don't exactly want to expose them to all the elements, but they are certified for light sweat and a little bit of drizzle, so if you're a little worried about that and you're more of a sporty person, then I would look elsewhere maybe like the powerbeats pro now on when it comes to sound quality. This is the part before when I was talking about where I was impressed and disappointed at the same time.
I'm impressed by how much bass they put out without the I

need

ear pads, those AKG drivers certainly deliver that bass type music that I like, it sounds great, you know, hip-hop, rb, jazz etc,

everything

It sounds great, the volume is decent too, it's loud enough for me, at least great for everyday listening, however if I'm being critical the mids could use a little more clarity. I think the Galaxy Buzz Plus performed better in that regard. I'll give Samsung points for their honesty in announcing clear high and low notes, which is true, but honestly, remember that I'm From a listening perspective Sony, Sennheiser, you know, the Airpods Pro are truly wireless headphones that sound very okay, so when I listen to them, that's what I compare them to in my head, but I think for the average person.
They would be fine listening to them every day, but personally, if I'm really trying to help you, I think guys see headphones and they offer a better overall sound in terms of treble, mids and bass and for 40 dollars cheaper. currently at 130 dollars versus 170 dollars for the galaxy buzz live at the time of this video, so the active noise cancellation I am impressed by how well the active noise cancellation works for being an open type design and does not

need

ear pads for the ears, but at the same time I am disappointed by the performance of the active noise cancellation.
I guess I just set my hopes a little higher. Just put Sennheiser on. The Airpods Pro and Sony have superior active noise cancellation compared to the galaxy, but it's real. I just want to leave that there, I think. If these actually had ear pads they would be just as effective as the other brands I just mentioned, you simply can't achieve true active noise cancellation without any sort of passive seal, so in the real world although cancellation active noise sounds like the best way. I could describe it with these, uh, when active noise cancellation is enabled, it's pretty much like adding a light noise filter, things like air conditioning noise or car noise, so that any serious noise like those it will be muted, but

everything

else will still come through, you will still hear very clearly along with your music, that's why I said it's really like a light noise filter more than active noise cancellation now, within the lab section of the app, It allows you to do the opposite by enhancing ambient noise to help you relieve any pressure you may feel and I personally didn't find it as effective compared to when it's off, which is why I see it as an experimental feature, but as for the rest of the experience . goes the latency between my headphones and my device it's just not a problem I mean really why this Airbus has come so far to the point where that really hasn't been a problem for me for a long time other than being able to listen to a headphone at once.
Mono listening time is really nice and in fact there are a lot of truly wireless earbuds that don't offer that capability now when it comes to touch controls this was always my problem when it comes to touch controls the truly widest earbuds um. It's too precise for my taste, it requires a lot of trial and error because since you can't see that little area of the microphone where the touch control is while it's in your ear, it's very difficult to try whenever you want. "You're listening to music to try to play it randomly because you're always going to miss it, like if you play it twice you'll only catch the first play or if you play it three times." I was just playing twice, you know, that kind of nonsense and it got so annoying to the point where I was just using my phone to skip tracks just because it was faster.
I found that the touch and hold commands work much better because it only requires one touch and leaves it there rather than picking it up and touching it repeatedly, but the best part is that if you find that too annoying, you can disable the touch controls entirely right from the app so you can see. This is useful in situations where you feel like you are pulling it out of your ear frequently, in that case, then use it. If you watched my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra video, I talked about how you can use the Galaxy Buzz Live as a pin microphone. when recording in pro video mode, it basically allows you to record audio from the headphones instead of the phone.
Alright folks, this is an example of omnidirectional audio using all the phone's microphones. It's pretty windy here in the city, so this is straight from the phone and we're going to switch to headphones right now folks, so what you're hearing now is audio recorded directly through the headphones, so I don't have it yet. I have heard from myself. but let me know if you prefer this sound or the phone's omnidirectional audio. As far as call quality goes, these were truly exceptional, there were no dropouts or crackles of any kind and that is thanks to the voice pickup unit that is Inside these, there is a sensor that detects the vibrations of your jaw and converts it into voice data to improve sound quality, which sounds impressive.
I guess it's something like bone conduction, but all I can say is that phone. The calls were very easy with this, everyone heard me well and I felt safe speaking in my general normal tone without having to compensate and speak louder to anyone I was speaking to, so now as far as the length of The battery has a nominal duration of 29 hours. of combined listening time when the case is fully charged and the earbuds are fully charged, you can spend 29 hours listening, recharging, listening or charging for 29 hours, making them the second longest lasting truly wireless earbuds I've personally encountered.
The Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pros were first with 32 hours of combined listening time and I must say they really delivered. Maybe I partially charged it, I charged it about once a week, I mean, it's not something I monitored very closely because it wasn't a problem. and of course you get your wireless charging if needed along with powershare wireless charging which always comes in handy. I think most people, the average person, would be satisfied with the battery life of these, no matter what type of listener they are, so in conclusion. The Galaxy Buzz Live are the coolest and most comfortable truly wireless earbuds I've ever used, but when it comes to everyday use, my honest conclusion is that I think the Galaxy Buzz Plus are a much better buy because I think they offer much more value.
They are more affordable, I think the overall sound quality sounds better with the galaxy buzz plus and as comfortable as the lives are and how great they look, I don't think the active noise cancellation these offer is worth the 40 additional. price, but I am sure that the next version of these Samsungs will improve many of the deficiencies that I talked about, but as always I want to know what you think, have you already purchased them?
