against the SEC the judge made the rule we're going to look at that in just a minute and the impact it has had on the xrp uh token itself. In addition to some additional interesting consequences, today we had Coinbase Relist XRP. 's next what's going to happen from here that's the question I think we're all asking is where do we go from here? with the uh with 80 percent today, uh, US judge rules that Tokens and coins sold on exchanges are not securities, which I think jeopardizes the SEC

lawsuit

against Binance, that's a different video, but there's a lot going on.

This is actually quite interesting coming out of this now, what happened with xrp with the decision is today this morning, before we got that decision we were down about half a percent and we are up today, we are actually there at its high this moment going back up we had the Bitcoin crossover um basically almost crossed into that 32,000 range ethereum crossed over 2,000 uh as a result of you having xrp just crushing it and going up um you know to over 81 cents it's been so high today as I think about over 90, it's actually evil, you know, a candle wick is about 93 cents, so it pulls back a little bit, but you only have xrp running, by the way, xrp outperformed, let me show you, and the number.

In four positions it rose and surpassed BNB and, frankly, a dollar, so it rose dramatically to a market capitalization of 42 billion dollars. It's quite interesting, although we've also had uh what

Well, Cardano ate a polygon where Solana was named in the SEC lawsuit against Finance, since you know they accused Binance of selling unregistered securities, so you have that ruling from the judge today, so you will receive a promotion at Cardano and Solana, you know Polygon respectively, so there are a lot of interesting consequences of this, okay, so let's talk about what

happens

next, what I want. to see and what we all need to focus on is what's going to happen over the next few days as we get into the weekend early next week, will we start to see retail money come back?

Is this the proverbial spark? that ignites the rocket that is the next Bull Run in theory, might you know? I think it's too early to say that we need to have some sustained green candle days, we need retail institutional money to come back into institutional money and retail money. I went back to the general market, the volume of each crypto today was above 50 or more, it could go up to 30, you know, the 35th crypto, if you want, on the coin market cap, let me show you what I'm talking about . just grab one at random, um algor, and here look at the volume added up to 192 more percent.

My point of illustration is that all cryptocurrencies were being lifted by this, you have billions and billions and billions of dollars flowing into all cryptocurrencies, not just xrp and xlm, so the money went into Bitcoin, the money went into ethereum and this was a macro event so what I'm seeing and what happens from here is as we go a day or two ahead we'll see the sustainability continue. to rise above a dollar again, will we continue to see all of these things play out? That's what I'm focusing on for you and also keeping an eye out for you.
