Obama is not president, the president right now is Donald Trump and he refuses to impose bipartisan sanctions of Congress to hold Russia accountable, in fact he has refused to say anything negative about Vladimir Putin or the Kremlin, they are the ones who attacked the United States in 2016 and we must make sure we have a president who not only recognizes that but takes action. measures to prevent it from happening again.

You know, the president keeps tweeting that the Russian operation had no impact on the results of the 2016 election, but I want us all to listen to a narrative expert about all the messages the Russians were spreading and hear that they did have an impact. and that was really it. resulting in a change in behavior in the United States, which I think indicates that there was a much deeper penetration of this narrative throughout the election cycle into the holistic information environment in ways that Facebook, Twitter and the White House are going to continue to deny, but I think it is impossible to deny that these narratives impacted yes, how people made decisions during the elections, congressman, is it clear to you if these active Russian measures affected the outcome of the elections?

I think it's a wildly inappropriate tweet from the President of the United States, but the best way to respond again is not only to hold Russia accountable by imposing bipartisan Congressional sanctions, but also to make sure that the rule of law is respected, that means that we should let mold research continue. We already have 13 Russians who have been charged. We need to ensure that the investigation continues to detect other criminal offenses and see if there are others. accusations that could have Americans who also conspired, did you think he's trying to divert attention from the election and trying to say that all these ongoing investigations are the most damaging part to American democracy?
