Wow, we have so many models, don't we the

redmi

note

and the other xiaomi phones? Well, this is the

note

10 s and the note 5g, so obviously one of them has 5g and works with the dimensi 700. This one works here. for the helio g95 very different chipsets both have the same 5000 milliamp hour battery capacity but different charging speeds 18 watts vs 33 watts different

camera

s too so the 64 megapixel main

camera

this is a 64 megapixel main camera 48 megapixel front cameras 8 and 13. So note 10 s and 10 5g here. I'll take a look at the note 10 5g. Unpack that one first. We have a case here, so it's nice that they still include the TPU cases. one of those clear ones and there is an instruction manual which is a quick start guide.

Well, we have a simulation tool that is also on the back and the safety information, warranty card and normal typical cases that we get. them, then, the phone, this one here has the mediatek demensity 700, the 90 hertz and 6.5 inch screen with the front camera cut out with a small dot, a 48 megapixel camera and a 5,000 milliamp hour battery, 18W fast charging and let's take a look here. on the note 10 s then the note 10 s this one has the amoled screen its ok but its 60 hertz so you wanted a better refresh rate then you would get the other one there too with mediatek technology its the helium g95 with 33 watt fast charging.

More Interesting Facts About,

Same capacity, 5,000 milliamp hours and a 64 megapixel camera with this one in this compartment here on the 10, we have another TPU case with a little paperwork and everything, the warranty user's quick start guide, so don't get it I will show again. and this is the size of the charger so it doesn't look too bad, write a USB charger of course and the European plug and then the typical standard USB cable that we get from Xiaomi, reasonably good length, it's quite long and normally the quality of the cables is decent so the note 10 5g charger which is a little bit smaller and this one is 18 watts not 5g take a look at the builder of this first so we have a back plastic and you can Look, they go with this two tone style, so it's darker here at the bottom and a little bit lighter at the top and it actually doesn't feel that bad, so the camera sticks out a little little here and we have a plastic frame.

You can clearly see the whole exterior, so the plastic frame with these and that's to be expected, the price of the side fingerprint reader now I find that these always-on capacitive ones work quite well. The plastic buttons for volume up and down and right up here at the top. I can see that we have a speaker, an infrared transmitter and a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack and at the bottom a type C speaker and the microphone beacon. Oh, you can actually see an antenna line there just a little bit, but overall that doesn't feel too bad. I'll turn it on shortly, but take a look here now.

The Note 10 s, which is a slightly more expensive model, has the main camera Amoled and 64 megapixels, so both phones have 2 megapixels, by the way. A lot of us call the sticky cameras that because they don't really do much, so one for depth and there will be another one that's used for macros and that's the main camera, this one has the ultra wide one which we don't. I don't get an ultra wide flash with the Note 10 5g dual tone LED flash, so this has again, I think it's plastic, well it feels like glass, but no, it's a plastic finish on the back all around of the same side fingerprint reader, although it seems. a little bit different volume up and down just below the bottom type C port speaker microphone and the 3.5 is on the bottom of this particular model right here some business tools on both are on the top left as you can see and I'll probably take a quick look at it to see what they're actually compatible with so the speaker port, transmitter and microphone are also there with this one so it feels good and I definitely think it's two plastic ones on the back. rear so both front screens are on These are using Gorilla Glass three and just take a look at the difference in our weight now so this is the Note 10 5g and that's 192 grams according to my scale of course the Official specs will probably be a little less and 181 on the Note. 10s and looking at its thickness, the note 10 5g is a little thicker, I'm measuring about nine millimeters versus the 10's 8.5 millimeters, so the 10 looks a little thinner here due to the glossy finish, but when I turn it over and we take a look at the back, you can see that the matte finish of the 5G model tends to pick up a few more fingerprints and smudges, but for the price these phones sell for, they both do. they have a very solid and good feeling build quality but yes all the frames around them are plastic and they have that gorilla glass 3 as obviously mentioned with the note 10 5g of course it has 5g support and we will take two sims .
As you can see there are two nano sims and a micro SD card with metal reinforcement, there is a rubber gasket around it to keep out dust and a bit of splash resistance so you can run both 5g sims at same time, making it a suitable 5g dual. and here we have 10 different configurations so you can run both sims and the micro SD card, which is really good because both models only have 64 gigabytes of storage and I'm definitely going to need the micro SD card to stop me. lots of different applications and things again, we have the gasket around the outside of this, so I've gone through all those boring setup bits and I won't show you any of that of course, and most people know what it is. you choose your typical settings and here we are first looking at our default apps that are installed so I chose app drawer mode here with me ui this has 12.5 out of the box and this has 12.0.4 I think.
I'll take a quick look at it so you can see there's a lot of bloatware here. Typically, Xiaomi has up to 20 apps and around 2 gigabytes on its entry-level devices in flagships. They tone down this tone a bit. a little bit and it's very easy to go in and just uninstall those apps, but I would still like to mention that I do that with all brands because I don't think they need to cram that much in there, so the fingerprint readers are on those and I have Actually, I haven't set it up yet, so it will be in the full review.
I'll test it well so we'll take a look at the version here on both so yeah we're looking at 2.01 and I just logged in. up to wireless on both and there are no firmware updates so I'm up to date here so this model I'm really sorry I said before that it was 64. I have 64 gigabytes on this one and 120 so it's a little confusing huh because they are very similar to these phones in different ways, but then they have a lot of differences with the chipsets that they have, one of them being the 700 dimensions and then of course the Helio G95 with these, so I've already noticed it because it's 60 hertz on this one doesn't feel as smooth and fluid as the UI you're going to get and out of the box it's 60 hertz by default on this and I've noticed that things feel a lot smoother definitely here with the note 5g 10 5g and of course you can see all the bloatware there, so with a quick look at the screen I'll go into my typical depth once I get them and show you what you can expect from them. screens so when you look at this the colors don't change much it is a uniform color and the brightness is around 450 nits with this model sorry 400 nets and the ips this brightness will actually be a little better around 450 , but ips so when you move it around you can see the colors, it shifts a little bit more when you look at them side by side.
I would definitely go for the Amoled screen, it seems a little better to me and you get a little bit of the dimmer pixels here around where the cutout for the front camera is that you'll get with any ips panel and right around the edges especially with the white ones , it shows a little here, but that's me being picky, of course, for the price this phone sells for, I don't think many people care about the IPS. The nice thing is of course it has that 90 hertz which now I'll put it in dark mode and you can set the color scheme kind of typical setting that you get with all Xiaomi phones which I really like so you can adjust the color saturation and white balance right there and just modify it to your personal preference, so here we are in the camera app. on both, so there will be a difference in camera quality here, obviously, the 48 megapixel one and then the 64 megapixel one, there will be some difference there, the resolution advantage, more pixels of pixel curvature and everything, but I wanted to point out that with the video modes on both, the 10, it's a little bit superior here for what it can actually do, so we get 4k 30 frames per second at most and we get 1080p 30 just on the back here with the note 10 5g, so that's a bit complicated.
There is a difference if you shoot a lot of video and you want the 4k but this 4k doesn't have any electronic image stabilization it only has 1080p and that is 1080p on both models it will have electronic image stabilization and here are just some samples now that I have shot with the cameras of both phones. Very quick

comparison

of cameras side by side with the rear cameras, so what I set is the Note 10 s at 1080p 30 and that way it has the electronic image stabilization that weighs exactly. Same as the Note 10 5g and we can actually shoot at 60 frames per second on the 10, but it doesn't have electronic image stabilization.
The 4k doesn't either so it shakes all over and I'll give you a sample in the full review, this is just an

unboxing

first impressions video so the focus seems to work pretty well on both and the stabilization looks good so far , it's not the best out there, it certainly won't be flagship level and front. facing the camera, so 8 megapixels versus 13, is there a slight difference here? They both have electronic image stabilization which is nice to see the crop is pretty close so I have my arm fully extended so it's not too bad but I'd rather have it.
This crop, I mean, I would have it with the electronic image stabilization that we have because it means that this footage is at least usable and not shaking all over the place, so how are the changes handled here with the sun and the exposure changing on both ? What I'm seeing here looks very, very similar, but let me know in the comments if you think there's a clear advantage on the more expensive 10 or the footage on the 105g is still good enough. in front of selfie so I look a little zombie in the 5g model I prefer the 10 here and looking at my cat vera she was not happy let me in I think the shot in the 10 is a little better more detailed there and this portrait of my daughter 10 years I think, but the colors are also a bit off, I don't particularly like them and inside, again I think it's close here, they're both more or less the same and the landscape shot will have a bit more detail coming soon . in tennis again and finally here low light performance.
Neither of them are great but it is slightly better on the Note 10. Let's take a look at the internal storage now and after this you can see there is a big difference so they both have ufs 2.2 specs, okay but we have 64 gigabytes here and then 128 and this one has that 700 density versus the helium g95, then there's a big difference in those speeds, so what I'm going to do now is load up antutu and test. Just before I do that, I wanted to say a little bit about the gestures that I've noticed seem to activate a little easier on the Note 10 for some reason, but it could just be me, I don't know, it just seems like it. to be the touch it also works a little bit better there so I'll load antutu at the exact same time here just find where it is so there we go and it loads it looks like it will load faster in the oh that.
It was almost the same, so really the same there, so I'm going to try them both now at the same time, I'll throw them in and we'll see which one starts first, really very, very similar here, okay, they're at the 95 g. a little bit faster, so I'm going to let this run now and I'm going to show you the result and you're going to notice the difference here in the results so about 11,000 10,000 points is not a big difference but look at the gpus now I noticed and I saw this difference when I was running that antutu gpu test it looked a lot slower on the note 10 5g, this one was showing it was just a frame rate that was much less than half the frame rate of what the 10 here has so yeah you like your games and If you're looking at these two phones, I would definitely get the 10 for the gaming performance, the much more powerful and powerful GPU it has and just a couple more things I wanted to point out.
I haveNoticed that when you scroll you'll see that 90. hertz clearly looks a little better, but it's not really a big difference, it's just when you look at it closely and if you're not using a 90 hertz or 120 hertz phone, I think the 60 will be fine for most people and I personally would choose this one, it is a slightly better screen being Amoled, now we will listen to the speakers but what I did before doing this was plug it in and listen to some of the audio through both 3.5 millimeter headphone jacks is very similar but the g95 power note 10s sounds a little better to my ears and the speakers I will try them now and give you a sample and they are very similar maybe using this same hardware there with those speakers but here they are both at 100 volume, allWell, I hope this video of these two models here clears up the confusion a little, what are the differences?
So, the screen, the chipset, the charging time, the cameras, that's it. If you are a gamer and can play a lot then I would definitely get the 10 if you want the best cameras charging time 10 10 you can see where I am going with this this is the most expensive model yes it is superior and the g95 doesn't seem to be a set of chips so bad so charging times battery life gaming thermal performance all my typical normal in-depth review coverage will come with both so stay tuned subscribe for in-depth reviews of course If you are interested and see you back. in those videos with a little bit of

comparison

maybe in those or probably just get an individual in depth review because I've already compared them in this video so thank you very much for watching and I'll see you in the next one
