so this is the real nasa launch pad right here eh You can see but it works we're gonna rip it man I'm gonna rip it like crazy in stick form before we go about 10 feet up in the air it's gonna be crazy but hopefully we can clear it now cuz you know that we have to vacate it 4x4 guys ok so again no look actually it just keeps us stuck out i wont it wont get the codes but it just wont him the delete codes.

I think it's just like something Chrysler did where it just locks everybody out, only they can pretty much unlock codes, yeah it's basically just saying all the codes are stored on the computer they're not pending or anything like that , so you just can't delete him, so I guess we'll wait until we get to the deal, until their system works again, he said he'll let me know, and then we'll just go to the dealership and set them free, so now let's go home and show you this product we fixed so we're finally home and before we get to the power product we're going to finish the installation those finishing touches that mirror and that little door handle piece, and then we continue from there so we just got rid of our bluetooth handle and updated it to the old fashioned manual way how everything works and the mirror now e built in time to grab the ProCharger compressor kit we got for this

and see what it's all made of so we hid it from you guys for a while some of you might have noticed but here it is there is a charger box there are a lot of good components here there is about the same s ize package that came for our dodge charger cop car this kit was a breeze it was super fun to install and gave us a lot of power but now it's time for the

lets slide it over there start slicing and dicing and see what's inside alright guys we opened up this big box and right off the bat everything is well organized and everything is labeled really beautifully.

Wrangler PVC bag out there for the intercooler we would have opened it up but it's just sitting over there down there and you immediately want to start talking about how awesome it's going to look. You know it's going to look as cool as you can tell it's really dark underneath and we went with the silver or the chrome, oh yeah the aluminum, fresh aluminum because you can get all that stuff powder coated black, but we want it to be visible up front so it looks really nice but other than that we mean what we want arrived here we have a serge system.

I think that's actually like a blow off valve, whatever you want to call it, whatever you hear that about, really good, but you can do aftermarket right, yes you can get aftermarket, I think it builds up and then it blows my mind this is technically an aftermarket but you can just get another type i don't know what you would call it they look at a bit of lego's going away whatever you want to call it One of them shoots our .34 or so at noon, now don't look sick but other than that I mean what else do we have here, we have some mounts, we have our big compressor mount, that's actually the mount that bolts on engine and the supercharger bolts right onto it that we haven't opened up yet, we're going to save the best for last, right there and I mean we've got everything we need, I mean those injectors , the injectors we have some oil here yes we have some oil we have basically three oil changes in a box here Thomas explored to see if we lost anything there.
Thomas will probably open the big, bigger package, probably, and I mean, what's that air filter, we've got our nice air filter here, I mean, let's skip this. I held this this is the tuner right by the diablo tuner so same tune right we ran on the police car right there probably an extra like I don't know five ten inches I don't know how long it takes that to integrate, that's the massive compressor. I can't wait to get to this but that's pretty much all you want open that intercooler let's go open I'm sure it's going to look sick so please say open it right now pop open and open thomas you want to open the compressor just tell me if you want to open the compressor kit i'll let you do that say now he don't want to do that now smack it on the street right up baby , is a ladder.

Let's do it right there point six turns it into three point nine simple simple but we'll definitely go through this nice installation guide. I mean look at this guy, every picture here is colored and it's numbered, we probably don't even need to read anything, just look at the pictures y you don't mean yeah they tell a story of their own so I just gotta have a look throw at it, and that's all I have to do, but anyway, let's grab some tools and start taking some things a

, guys, so I think we've probably found our solution to why nothing's working or at least some of the things aren't working because right here there's a little uh sensor actually on the plug right here what my goodness that's crazy but you what that compressor actually helped us find the problem yeah so if we never got it with a supercharger we would never have figured out this problem because you couldn't see it was all so hidden.
You know what I mean, you actually believe the V Tunes computer pulled up a secondary battery cento that wasn't read or something, yeah, so what do you do? Say put this back together, see what it does, put it back together real quick, snap that hood up and we'll crawl a bit to find logo straight bars, we've got CFL work, if it works then if it works, if it doesn't work, you know we're just gonna move on with the supercharger here, but dig guys, gotta see how this thing can run, let's make it alright, so I don't think so that actually worked or something, or maybe we need to reset the system again, but we're still going to demonstrate folks this thing ghost ramping up this heel, pretty much this 14 speed gearing is super slow at creep, and what we pretty much going to do is crank it even higher but as you can see i'm just going to let it go and it's a ghost ride and hopefully i'm not hesitating on this rather sketchy one i'm just going to steer it a bit, do, that s the hydraulic steering is amazing, drive over a bush or two but i'll just leave it stuck if that got stuck but that's pretty darn cool.

controlled lightly, yes I'll go ahead and flip that sucker, pull him back in and go on with a supercharger like walking the dog guys, but let's get back to work so let's go ahead, we're pulling actually some underhood stuff here and we just noticed that you actually have to remove all of those components right here just to change the factory serpentine belt which is pretty crazy if you have an alternator or a pulley airbox and have to remove all that stuff.
I know most cars are much simpler. You only use one tool and you can get this strap off in minutes, but regardless, let's just go ahead and remove a few more things. Oh right, because that intake manifold finally fell off, it was probably one of the hardest things we've done to date. I mean there was just a few things to remove around that suction cup but dude check if they are plastic and wonder if they have anything like aftermarket items like billet aluminum intake manifolds I think these are the rails right oh right these are the rails heal rails i think these are my some upgraded ones i don't know what the cc is on these yet so let's go ahead and see if you get to these and swap them ok so we just removed the spark plugs and we were going to put them right back in with a different gap size but we just realized they require a slightly colder plug which is an NGK 14 22 and we really want to do this now because you won't be able to get to it later, the intake manifold covers that side completely right there and we called a couple different

s shops and we only found four of what kind of sucks, but it's actually ok because the main thing we want to do is make this side.
I think we can access that later so let's just run to the store grab the spark plugs and we'll pick it up from there so we made it to O'Reilly we have our four spark plugs here. These lasers are radium, whatever you want to call them. These suckers are expensive for six at home. They cost one hundred and forty-four dollars. We only have four for today. The other two will be here tomorrow Go back to the garage that's getting a little cold isn't it we had to light up the propane oh yeah those suction cups will warm it up but now um let's get on with these new ones and GKs Man install these suction cups when he hits me $144 I was like I had a little cash.

Yeah but I wonder why they're so good pronounce the word so great but there's a radium in it and what else is platinum like that but anyways let's go ahead and make these suckers sigh we'll 'em throwing it on this side like you said because the intake manifold actually covers that there's a tough job just to replace the spark plug you have to remove a lot of things if you want to do that side that's oh yeah that's pretty crazy , man this

has all sorts of little hidden things but never mind lets go ahead and throw those suckers in order So the intake manifold is finally back on and complete along with new spark plugs and injectors which was probably the most time consuming

of the whole process, but we've knocked that sucker out, now it's time to actually do our alternator swap, which means we'll fit a new bracket and had to plaster a few bits on the actual alternator itself so let's just keep going and keep going so we finally have that alternator in there and I have to say that was itquite hard as we will probably be the second hardest after this manifold.
I think it's actually harder than you think, so comfy because you're so tight in there you know that whole engine bay is a lot tighter The way it's tied up in a police car, man, there's a breeze, but you you know we got little hands we capable of spitting something up there you know I mean you know we are we are dirty we are dirty man we are Trying to make this all go as smoothly as possible to work is pretty tricky which means we're actually running an alternator down yes pretty crazy that's pretty wild but I think we've done the toughest job right where the rest of this stuff should be pretty easy but it was getting a little late for us so we're going to get on with it bright and early in the morning let's do well so it's a next day here we're just going to get on with it and the next step is install actually this main bracket right here that's holding a big ol' compressor and we need to remove some pulleys and also move some pulleys onto this bracket and we're just going to go from there all right guys are you ready to see that ?
Chargers super time gotta get over this thing is huge, oh it's about the size of the Coast Guard. Hey look man that thing is beautiful, that's kind of like what they use at the Tennessee River Dam right there. Dave is generating power, that's what all of Chattanooga is generating right here, but dude, this thing is huge, but this is the moment we've been waiting for, man, but this is where it gets really fun, this is where the engine bay changes for good man it's gonna look sick every time you pop the hood it's pretty damn heavy, that's damn heavy.
I'm wondering if that pulley exhibit is exactly the same as the hemi pulley you're probably changing because the supercharger itself looks about the same size, you're probably just going with the smaller bigger pulley thing if you want more power anyways i dunno lets go ahead and throw that on the

alright guys so the supercharger finally sits nice up there with the new bill and we also extended the alternator wires it c omes with the kit, this was super easy to route to make sure it doesn't get in the way of the fan and supper team belt but now it's time to actually start on our intercooler so we need to remove a few pieces up front here 'cause the bad board is gonna be sitting right here dude so let's really get all those plastic pieces off and see if we can get our intercooler on your son.
Pat looks damn good finally this intercooler is here and what we had to do was pretty much move this cooling system back a few inches there are brackets and what else we have to do is basically just some clamps, to move it back probably about an inch and then we actually had to drill some holes in the capacitor right here where there were already tabs you just had to drill a 3/8 hole some so called nut clips, nut clips, nut clips and slapping that suction cup there super easy it almost looks like it should be there it almost looks om though oh yeah this must look so good behind the grill but next is the plumbing oh yeah next is a plumbing job that should go pretty quick simple stuff so we do the install and do everything right from there so we finally have all the installs done for the intercooler.
Everything is nice and tight. Now let's go to the slug valve we got all the components right here should be a pretty easy install and it actually runs from up here down under this intercooler up here so let's go ahead and knock that out there we'll move on to our intake folks so the compressor is 100% done we just finished our last step we ended up doing a cup of vacuum lines from the random intake manifold vacuum line from their brake booster to the surge valve over here and also some one way valves or one way valve over here routed the intake manifold and also added a line to the intake here and that's pretty much it oh yeah and we can't forget that of course we had to put a new map sensor in, yeah we put in a brand new map sensor not sure what it was does, but I'm sure it's something for the compressor, but to overpower it Check man we're ready to start it.
I know I'm gonna run 100% right and we can't really drive it but dude I think we can Fire it up and listen to that sucker why don't I hold on I'm excited man hopefully it fires right , man no no no problems you know big heights maybe this sucker won't even start we don't know yeah I say you hop in or I hop in there we light this thing up let's crank first Hopefully everything going fine i think i think we did i think we did a good job let's try man do it mate she purrs mate he'll be scared it took a bit but look in the middle I pumped a bit through that is just not crazy do it oh my god dude this thing is going to snap it's a bit sketchy because you know we haven't tuned anything yet we're going to send it to a power tech what should be like a 24-hour turnaround time, but dude in the next video we'll probably get it all in or we can even start doing the elevator while that's coming in so who knows what's gonna happen this thing is a beast that's gonna be a wreck I hope that you liked today's video.
