first crank hopefully all goes smoothly I think I think we're I think we did a good job do let's try it man what is up guys welcome back to the channel so today we're gonna continue working on our

and as you know we finally got some aftermarket

part

s in on this thing and we even started installing a few things as well but we are waiting on some major components before we could even get started on our lift kit like those coilovers but as you can tell by the

video thumbnail we do got something else super exciting planned where you are gonna be adding some horsepower to this thing but before we get to that we do want to run to the dealership and pick up a few final pieces for this

and also see if they get tapped into this computer and resolve our 4x4 issue so let's run that way and see what we can come up with alright so we are here at the dealership and we picked up our final pieces this is the mirror and also our little door handle piece
but unfortunately they couldn't tap into this

because their system is currently down so they couldn't clear any codes or find out what's wrong with it but vtune just actually gave us a call and he may have a solution so let's head that way alright so we are here at beat tunes and he's got a newer computer right this way foot in

so this is the real NASA launch pad right here as you can tell but it works we're gonna rip it man I'm gonna rip it like
crazy in stock form before we go about 10 feet high in the air it's gonna be crazy but hopefully we can clear it right now because you know we need it cleared need that 4x4 boys alright so once again no look actually it just keeps locking us out I won't it'll gonna pull up the codes but it just won't let him clear the codes I believe it's just like something that Chrysler did where it's just locking everybody out only they can pretty much clearance codes yeah it basically
just says that all the codes are stored on the computer they're not pending or nothing like that so you just can't delete him so I guess we're just gonna wait til we get to the deal till their system is back up he said he's gonna let me know and then we'll just go to the dealership and let them clear so right now we're gonna head back home and show you guys this product that we got all right so we are finally back home and before we get to the power product we're
gonna go ahead and finish up installing these final touches that mirror and that little door handle piece and then we'll go from there alright so we just got rid of our Bluetooth handle and upgraded it to the old-fashioned manual way everything works also got the mirror in as well now it's time to grab the ProCharger supercharger kit that we got for this

and see what it all consists of all right so we've been hiding this from you guys for a while now some of you guys might
have noticed it but here it is ho charger box there's a lot of good bit of components here there's about same size package that came in for our dodge charger cop car that kit was a breeze it was super fun to install and it gave us ton of power but now it's time for the

gladiator

let's slide it on over there start slicing and dicing and see what's inside alright boys we've got this big box opened up and right off the bat everything is nicely organized and everything is
actually beautifully label check that out there

Wrangler PVC bag what else we got here we got some tubing pipe in that looks like it's actually for the intercooler would we have it opened up yet it's just sitting over there at the bottom which right off the bat you want to go ahead and talk about how awesome it's gonna look you know it's gonna look so cool as you can tell it's really dark under there and we opted for the silver one or Chrome oh yeah the aluminum fresh
aluminum because you can get all this stuff powder-coated black but we want it to be visible up front so look really good but other than that mean what do we got here we got some Serge system I think that's actually like a blow-off valve whatever you want to call it whatever you this actually sounds really good but you can do aftermarket right yeah you can get aftermarket one I think it builds up and then it blows off me this is aftermarket one right here technically but you can just get a
different type one I don't know what you'd call it one that they look into that a little bit Legos stride away whatever you want to call it sounds like one of them boost into our 34 s or whatever like noon now look not be sick but other than that I mean what else do we got here we got a bunch of brackets we got our big supercharger bracket this is actually the bracket that bolts onto the engine and the supercharger bolts right onto it which we haven't opened up yet we're gonna
save the best for last right there and I mean we got everything we need I mean these injectors the injectors have we got some oil here yeah we got some oil we got basically three oil changes in one box right here Thomas is exploring to see if we lost anything in there Thomas is gonna probably open up the big the bigger package right probably and I mean what is this this uh air filter we got our nice air filter here I mean we wanna skip this right here I was holding this is the tuner right at

Diablo tuner so same tune right we ran on the cop car right there yeah super simple install there oh yeah we got our new belt right here supper teen belt all know it's like probably an extra like I don't know five ten inches I don't know how long it is to incorporate that's the massive supercharged I can't wait to get to that but that's pretty much it you wanna open up this intercooler dude let's go open I'm sure it's gonna look sick so please say pop it open
right now pop pop and open Thomas you want to open up the supercharger you just let me know if you want to open up the supercharger kit I'll let you do it right now say he doesn't wanna do right now slap it on there straight up baby is a ladder I love that dude the ProCharger word right there oh my goodness look how good it's gonna look up under here you can go ahead and hold it I must take a couple steps maybe we should mount on the outside you know you rub the tubing out from here
did that look pretty damn sick right there man hey we might just do it comment down below shall we run it on the outside or the inside that's gonna look sick right there but now what do you say pull this

and start slapping on our kit let's do it man we gotta open up that manual right there and just go from there let's do it that right there hunter horsepower loan easy all you got to do is put it right under the three point six turns it into a
three point nine easy easy but we're definitely gonna go through this beautiful installation guide I mean look at that dude every picture is colored here and it's numbered we probably won't even have to read anything just look at the pictures you don't mean yeah they tell a story of their own so I just need a look and that's all I need to do but anyways let's go ahead actually grab some tools and start taking some things a

guys so I think we probably found our
solution why nothing is working or at least some of the things are not working because right here a little uh sensor here is actually on plug which is my goodness that is crazy but you what this supercharger actually helped us find the problem yes so if we never got a supercharger we would have never found out this problem because you couldn't see it's all hidden like this you know what I mean you believe in it actually V Tunes computer was pulling up a secondary battery centos not
reading or something yeah so what do you say put this back together see what it does real quick back together close this hood and we're gonna do some crawling some for logo straight bars we got CFL work if it works then if it works if it don't work you know we're just gonna proceed with the supercharger here but dig you guys got to see how this thing can go stride let's do it alright so I don't think that actually worked or anything or maybe we'll have to reset the system
again but we're still gonna demonstrate to you guys how this thing ghost rides up this heel so pretty much these 14 gear ratio is super slow at crawling and what we're gonna pretty much do is gear it even higher but as you can see I'm just gonna let it go and it's ghost ride and hopefully don't stall out on this pretty sketchy I'll just steer it a little bit do that hydraulic steering is amazing run over a bush or two but I'm just gonna send it got stuck if that did
get stuck there but that's pretty dang cool I love that about our

easily well yeah I'm gonna go ahead and turn this sucker around pull it back in and continue with a supercharger just like walking the dog there boys but let's get back to work all right so we're moving right along we're
actually pulling off a bunch of stuff off of the engine bay here and we just noticed that you actually have to remove all these components right here just to change the factory serpentine belt which is pretty crazy if you have to remove an alternator or pulley airbox and all that stuff I know most cars are a lot simpler you just use one tool and you can get that belt off in a matter of minutes but anyways let's just keep going and remove a few more things oh right due to this intake
manifold finally came off it was probably one of the hardest things we did so far I mean there was just a bunch of stuff to remove around this sucker but dude check that out made out of plastic wonder if they have like upgraded like aftermarket ones like billet aluminum intake manhood be crazy right there but now we can actually get to our injectors here's there's six of them I think these are the rails right the oh right here these are the rails heal rails I think so they're my I

don't know man I have to figure it out we just gonna have to pop them off swap them out I think they came with some upgraded ones I don't know what the CC is on those just yet so let's go ahead and see if when you get to those and swap them out alright so we just removed the spark plugs and we were about to put them right back in with a different gap size but we just noticed that they do call for a little colder plug which is a NGK 14 22 and we really want to do this now because you
can't get to it later the intake manifold completely covers that side right there and we called around to a bunch of different

s stores and we located only four of them which kind of sucks but it's actually alright because we want to do that side mainly this side I think we can access later so let's just run to the store get those spark plugs and we'll go from there alright so we made it to O'Reilly's we've got our four spark plugs here these laser are radium
whatever you want to call them these suckers are expensive for six home was a hundred and forty four dollars we only got four for today the other two will be here tomorrow so let's head back to the garage who is getting a little chilly ain't it we had to fire up the propane oh yeah that suckers gonna warm it up but right now uh let's go ahead and actually install these new and GK's man these suckers when he beat me $144 I was like I had a little something money are you sure
that's only six oh there's a little frog in your throat livening yeah but I wonder how why are these so good you know laser eye radium there's iridium I don't know how to pronounce that word out all that great but there's a radium in here and what else Platinum something like that but anyways let's go ahead and get these suckers to sighs we're gonna throw them on this side like you said because the intake manifold actually covers this there's a tough job just to
change out spark plug you got to remove a lot of things if you want to do this side that is oh yeah that's pretty crazy man this

ers it has all sorts of little hidden things but anyways let's go ahead and throw these suckers in alright so the intake manifold is finally back on and fully together along with new spark plugs and fuel injectors that was probably the most time consuming in difficult

part

of the entire process but we got that sucker knocked out now it's time to
actually do our alternator relocation which means we do have to put a new bracket on and do a few trim up pieces on the actual alternator itself so let's just go ahead and keep on moving all right so we've finally got that alternator in there and I got to say that one was pretty tough as we'll probably the second toughest after that manifold right there I think it's actually tougher than you think this comfortable because you're so tight in there you know this whole entire
engine Bay's way tighter it's way tied into a cop car man there's a breeze but you know we got little hands we're able to spit up in there somewhat you know I mean you know we're we're filthy we're dirty man we're trying to get all this going as smooth as possible it's it's kind of difficult mean we actually are relocating a alternator to the bottom of yeah pretty crazy that's pretty wild but I think we knocked out the hardest task right there the rest
of this stuff should be pretty simple but it did get kind of late on us so we're gonna continue bright and early in the morning let's do it all right so it is a next day here we're just gonna keep moving right along and the next step is to actually install this main bracket right here that holds a big ol supercharger and we do got to remove a few pulleys and also relocate a few pulleys onto this bracket and we'll just go from there all righty boys are you guys ready to see this
go chargers super time I have to get over this thing that is is huge oh it's about the same size as the Coast Guard hey check that out man that thing is beautiful that's like what they use at the Tennessee River Dam right there Dave generate electricity this is what generates all of Chattanooga right here but dude this thing is massive but this is the moment we've been waiting for man but this is where it gets fun right this is where the engine bay changes for good dude man it's
gonna look sick every time you pop that hood is it pretty damn heavy that's pretty dang heavy I wonder if this pulley exhibit is exactly the same as the the Hemi pulley you know that's probably what they change up because the supercharger itself looks about the same size right you probably just if you want more power go with the smaller bigger pulley whatever I don't know let's go ahead and throw this on the

alright guys so the supercharger is finally on sitting up there
beautifully with the new bill and we also extended the alternator wires it comes with the kit so that was super simple to just route that make sure it's out of the way of the fan and the supper team belt but now it is time to actually start on our intercooler so we'll have to remove a few pieces up front here because that bad board is going to be sitting right here dude so let's go ahead actually pop all these plastic pieces off and see if we can get our intercooler on deine son Pat
looks freaking good finally got that intercooler on there and what we pretty much had to do is move this cooling system back a couple inches there's brackets and what else do we have to do that's basically it just a few brackets to move it back probably like an inch and then we actually had to drill some holes in the condenser right here which there was already tabs all you had to do is just drill a 3/8 hole put some what are these called nut clips nut clips nut clips and slap this
sucker on there super easy it almost looks like it should be there there it does it looks almost om though oh yeah that's gotta look so good behind the grill but next thing is the plumbing right oh yeah next thing is a plumbing which should go pretty by super pretty quick yes simple easy stuff right here all the hard stuff is basically done now it's just the simple stuff so let's go ahead do the plumbing and go from there all right so we finally got all the plumbing complete for the
intercooler everything is nice and tight now we're gonna move on to the surge valve we've got all the components right here should be a pretty simple install and it actually loops up from the top here down below this intercooler so let's go ahead and knock this out there we're gonna move on to our intake all righty guys so the supercharger is 100% complete we just completed our last step we ended up doing a cup of vacuum lines from the intake manifold random vacuum line from
their brake booster all the way to the surge valve over here also run a couple one-way back or one one-way valve right here to the intake manifold and also add in a line right here to the intake and that's pretty much it oh yeah and we can't forget we did have to throw in a new map sensor of course right yeah we threw in a brand new map sensor not sure what it does but I'm sure it's something for the supercharger but to check it out man we're ready to fire it up I know
I'll run 100% properly and we can't really drive it but dude I think we can fire it up and hear that sucker why don't hold I'm excited man hopefully it fires right up man no no issues you know big ups maybe this sucker won't even start we don't know yeah well I say you hop into or me hop in there we fire this thing up let's do first crank hopefully all goes smoothly I think I think we're I think we did a good job do let's try it man go for it dude she purrs
dude he's gonna got scared it took a little bit but look in the middle was pumping through blip the throttle a little bit I'll do other yeah I got to start it you get to hit the throttle place these this is just not crazy go for it do oh my goodness dude this thing is gonna rip it's a little sketchy right now because you know we still haven't tuned anything we are gonna be shipping it off to a power tech what should be like a 24 hour turnaround but dude in the next video
