My last Whatsapp message, I won't show you Hello, I'm

Pamela

and today I'm going to show you the last thing on my phone. I must first explain, I have decided to use my old iPhone 6. I actually have several phones because the cameras of the iPhones keep getting better over time and I take most of my pictures with an iPhone. But I stay faithful to my old iPhone 6 until it breaks completely. On this I do the exciting things: Whatsapp messages, Instagram, etc. And the others I just use to take photos, so don't be surprised, that this is a very old one. 5 most used emojis? These are the laughing smiley with tears and a slanted head. The laughing smiley with tears and a straight head. The laughing smiley with a drop of sweat on his forehead. The one with hearts in his eyes. And then, that one's not in there, but I would say the one with the glasses and the two big front teeth - the nerdy one. So I think those are my most used. So you can see I send a lot of laughing smileys, because I find a lot of things very funny. And I'm a happy person. So actually I like them a lot. But actually I also like … wait ... where is he? This dancing man, the purple one, who is standing there like this. I totally love using that one. It also radiates such joy and with all my dance work-outs I always do the dancing man. Emoji that you've never used? There are probably super many, since new ones are always being added, that I’ve never seen before. But if I scroll through...

here. I've never used the toilet, the chair, the sofa - so I tend to always use just the same ones. I'm very oldschool with my emojis. Your last note? My last note? Oh, I think I'm an incredible notes person. I'm sorry, Dennis, because it was the "Dennis. To-Do List." This is a shared note on his phone and on my phone, and that's where I enter, what he has to do, and he checks off what he has done. Today, for example, it says - oh, we didn't check this off, Dennis. Today's plan is to: update work-out plan in in the Pam app - check. Solve Android problem - check. "Inner Thigh" video China version - did we do that? Check. Load best of into China folder - check. Dennis, we are not checking off in time. But that's our list of what we need to do, which we share with each other. And you should have quite a few notifications on your phone right now. The last thing you streamed? I am happy to tell you, I don't have any streaming apps on my phone. As a matter of fact, I watch - you mean Netflix et cetera, right? Yeah, I don't have those on my phone and I actually don't have a subscription. Maybe I am the last person on this planet, but if I watch something, then at Mom and Dad’s with their subscription, but not on my cell phone. In fact, I refuse to start series, because I think if I would like it. I would spend way too much time on it and then I would definitely not be able to stop and frankly I have too much to do....

I’ve been having a very intense work period in my life - the last couple of years - and that is not going to change anytime soon. And that's why I frankly don't take the time to watch a lot of movies or series. My parents last watched "How to get away with Murder. I watched it with them for a bit, until I realized that I was sitting next to them in bed until two or half past three in the night and then I thought "This can't go on like this" and then I abruptly stopped again. That was my short excursion into the world of the series. Your last call? My last call from Dennis. My last missed call from Dennis. Yes, but you can probably, you you have the screen recording here, you can see all of them: Dennis, Dennis, Dennis, then the hotel where we are, because I wanted to let them know that we were arriving very late. My dad, Dennis, our tailor, who was altering a dress, which I need for this shoot, and my mom. It's very family focused here. They're all stored in the same fashion. They all have a pink heart behind the name and then in front of the name is an emoji, that reflects that person. So Dennis, for example, is a little boy with black hair. My parents just have this parent emoji. And yeah, there's not much more choice there. But a pink heart, that's the most important thing. The last thing you googled? The last tab is Amazon. These are coconut tablets with a nutrient mix for the cultivation of seedlings, 50 pieces. With this you...

can grow plants to sow them later on. This actually has something to do with my advent calendar this year, which I will not share at this point yet, because it's still a very long time away. But I am trying or I am planning to do a very, very sustainable advent calendar this year. It’s filled with food, but there should not be so much garbage in the process, when it’s empty. And that's when I did a little bit of a research and looked at what was available for this to make a really good concept. Let's see who can put 1 and 1 together now. Last song? My last song on Spotify was "Weekend. Vibe" by Jubël with Alle Farben, the Remix. It's not the weekend yet, but it gets you in the mood. Last post on Instgram? My last post on Instagram, I remember that because I posted it last night. From the car as we were driving here. That was - oh, wrong channel - that was the thumbnail for the new 10 Minute Ab Lines Work-out along with a Behind the Scenes Video from when we filmed the work-out. This was a really nice location. We filmed this on vacation when we were in the Maldives. In fact, when I'm on "vacation" I film a lot of sports videos, because I always find we can't miss this beautiful setting. That would be way too selfish, if I’d enjoy this all alone, so actually we film sports videos every sunrise and sunset and then I enjoy looking at them later, when I'm back home again and to see how beautiful was there with the blue sea...
and the golden-pink colored sky. Then it was worth it, that I wasn’t just lazy. Shout out on Instagram? I have to give this some thought. I only get this chance once in a lifetime. I would like to give my friend "ananassaft", Anna Heupel, a shoutout. She is a friend of mine and a photographer. She also made my cookbook cover and took a lot of pictures of me in my cookbook and also of a lot of other projects, for example my

Puma collection she photographed. And she is such an incredibly sweet and relaxed person and her photography, it just radiates a lot of naturalness. The best pictures are taken with her somewhere on a sunflower field, when you just drove off the highway, and you’re in this baggy T-shirt and she catches me somewhere behind a blade of grass, the sunset with the sunflower in the foreground and me in the background. So the pictures are quite different, but they are full of emotions and a lot of fun and movement. And they are also very different from the pictures, that I usually do, but I totally enjoy taking pictures with her. And we were also traveling a lot together and we're going to travel together again to Ibiza for a production. We’ve been friends for a really longtime and her channel is really beautiful and it's fun to follow. How many alarm clocks? My alarm clocks ... one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven. But these are not alarm clocks for waking me up. I set alarm clocks for everything. Like...
for ‘now you have to leave the house’, ‘now is the next call’. I could theoretically add this to my calendar, but I usually set an alarm for that, I don't know if that makes any sense. But this morning the alarm clock rang at seven and at seven o'clock five and that was it. So I don't have 10,000 snooze alarm clocks, I try to get up when the alarm goes off. And otherwise I am actually on the “No cell phone next to the bed" team. So at home I don't have my cell phone next to bed, but in a separate room. That means I don't set a cell phone alarm clock there either. I have a really oldschool alarm clock. It’s round with a clock like that, it's battery-powered. And there I set the time by turning the wheel and then it rings like a round alarm clock, a real clock, because I want to reduce the radiation and not to have radiation right next to me, at least for the hours when sleeping. Last message on Whatsapp? My last Whatsapp message, I won't show you. This actually I can’t hide, it was from Astrid. Astrid is my hair and makeup stylist, also here on set. Everything here is done by her. And she sent me a picture of the hotel room. This is the ghd straightening iron, for the 20th anniversary Anniversary Collection, which we all had in our room, in preparation for the shoot here and she sent me a picture and said "Oh how nice, that we got this as a gift". It really is very very nice. And before that she sent me the lighting...
conditions where we can best do the makeup. this morning. That was not as exciting, as you may have expected. I'm sorry. Most used app? So the apps I use the most are the ones that are at the bottom in the bar. I think that's what everybody does. One is, of course, Instagram - by far the most used app. Then Safari, everyone has to google. Then of course my Pam app, which I am incredibly proud of. It was released earlier this year. You can find a lot of my recipes there, it's practically my digital cookbook. I update it every week with new recipes, every week about three to four new ones. My brother also contributes recipes that I might not have cooked in this way, with a lot of onions and garlic and not quite as healthy as I would cook them, but I love this app and I am incredibly proud of it. You of course have the work-outs in there, you can look at the work-out plans, make meal plans, shopping lists but enough of that. And then there is Whatsapp - everyone needs it. I think I'm pretty basic there. My own? I would also like to give codecheck a shoutout. It's also right on top. With it you can, especially if you don’t know a lot about … Actually, I don't use it that often anymore, but I have acquired a lot of knowledge with it. With it you can scan products, for example cosmetic products, and then it shows with traffic light system whether the ingredients are clean or whether they are questionable healthwise or for the environment. You can learn a...
lot and understand which cosmetic products are really good and which have inferior ingredients. In the meantime I know the ingredients relatively well, but for all those new to the field, it's very, very helpful. How many steps? Certainly not so many, I was here on set, I just walked from make-up, to the set, to catering. Today I walked an amazing 546 steps. Honestly this Health App on this I don't think I've ever opened it. I have an Apple Watch and that's where I track my workouts, also because you guys are Incredibly interested in how many calories you burn during my work-outs, but at the moment I'm trying to stop myself from wearing them all the time. Because I noticed that I always wore them and couldn’t stop checking, "Was I as active as I was yesterday?" and "How many steps did I walk?" and "How many exercise calories were there?" And I noticed how you get pulled into a bit of a spiral, that you always try to stay at a very high level and then still somehow try to get more steps in. And then I thought to myself, "Nah," I'd like to do it more intuitively again. So now I left them at home and still wear them when I’m working out, but it no longer needs to decorate my wrist at all times. Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoyed it, maybe you discovered something exciting here. If you want to watch more videos you can click around me and also subscribe to the
