She was always able to figure it out. Her fiqh was that great. She had so much knowledge, she was a genius, Allahu anha. Again, eloquent, assertive, she was the shaykha, she was the

of all the other sahaba. Urwah radiAllahu anhu said, there was no scholar among the companions, except that I saw him seeking knowledge from Aisha radiAllahu anha, so she is the shaykha of all the other companions. Through it, we have 2,210 hadiths. You can imagine? 2,210 hadiths that give us access to the life of the Prophet, salAllahu alayhi wa sallam, that we simply would not have otherwise.

Again, she lived for many, many, many years and taught and educated the ummah. And she lays the foundation. She shows us that a woman can have a role in society, she can be a scholar, she can be a speaker and at the same time maintain her modesty. Aisha radiAllahu anha did not need to do anything immodest to occupy that position. She maintained her modesty and at the same time stood out in every way. May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala have mercy on her and allow us to reunite with our

mother
