, the city of slurping, you can see that we have tons of people here slurping noodles and today we will bring you five bowls of chongqing noodles, all including the deep alleys im so excited about this so make sure you watch all the way to the end because this is going to be an iconic noodle

video and here we are guys shooting in Chongqing looking for noodles its a super cool and very trendy city its a big metropolis there are like 20 million people living here let's go for a noodle it's a mixed noodle and it's just up the road you pump ting it should be good right cheshire this is an amazing city let's go to one of the most famous xiaomian chongqing xiaomian restaurants in the xiaomian city it's next level

it's like dan dan noodles but spicier and more numbing we just found it guys ban dong mienjong oh here's that let's get a big bowl oh and check this out guys this is total la heaven la jiao we literally have huge bowls check this out guys la bye fresh chili oh that's so thick oh and we're going to start a fresh bowl here pickled mustard greens oh soy sauce there there is the chili that's pure chili oil smoked chili oil oh beautiful and then we have some ground pork msg and you can see there are literally hundreds of bowls here ready to serve pre-made chili noodles in the bottom of the bowl that looks spicy and chia and there's some green onion oh and here's the fried egg so you can have fried egg with it too that's what it's about it just says when you add the egg with the xiaomian it's gangshinda it's younger and here there's the noodle broth goes right in that's ginger noodle broth and then here comes the noodles adding those noodles straight in and then adding an egg chee dan on top of the shisha and there it is guys the bandung we're a little early, this place is crashing and we're going to sit here oh yum yum hey the people are so nice here the guys mix it up for us it literally smells so delicious smoky chili oil and the roe the meat which is one of the smokiest noodles I've ever had I've sniffed and there's literally just giant chili flakes in there.

This is the famous chongqing xiaomian that we came to try and she was telling us to eat it quickly. wow we gotta try it wow that's what it's all about guys wow that's delicious it's less spicy than it looks it's xiang it's smoky that roe flavor that pork flavor gives it such a juicy fragrance and let's go for one more, let's just try. that again and we're told to add some more tongue to your tongue oh we just added the tongue that's the noodle broth and there's a little bit of soy as well wow that's a next level bowl huh?

TRUE? there really and right there was one of the noodle shampoo i've ever tasted, you can see it's crowded, now there's a big line, we came early to avoid the rush and this is the noodle city we are exploring. a small local neighborhood and just around the corner here is a spicy sesame xiaomian wow it's just a very busy morning market and we're just looking for these noodles let's go get them look at all kinds of meat this is a sichuan market come here you get your spiciness you get your get your chillies you get your meat all the dried chillies you'll need sichuan peppercorns oh and all the roe this is right here guys thanks here we go peppercorns we got chilli oil with mustard greens and then there's the magic right there the germaio germaio sesame oil and then the noodles and then just add a little broth so we just made these delicious bowls sesame oil chili oil mustard greens jungle soy sauce sesame and we got a zijija add our own green onions and she just added pea sprouts and noodles in that giant cauldron oh there's the pea sprouts so she just said I can add as much as I like if I like more , add more so we're going to add more of these green onions and then we've got the garlic chives here and we'll just add a little touch there also lemon sugar and there's the noodle and wow and that's Ting's bowl and we're going to add a little more onion green thanks and there it is guys the germa xiaomi and you can really smell that sesame look how much aroma of toasted sesame is in there it's a bowl full it's all about mixing it mmm that's sesame smoked and has that hua zhao peppercorn in it is definitely just pure noodles sesame noodles is an instant spice hip hua jiao peppercorn floral and sesame nut mmm what I love about this is that the sesame comes from sesame oil and these sesame seeds toasted sesame doesn't come from a sesame butter so it's more of a natural sesame flavor rather than a buttery sesame flavor and it's smoky and it also has hua jiao in it so it's a slightly numbing floral peppercorn with a little bit of a nice greenish veggie flavor from those pea sprouts yeah yeah the sesame is just toasted and we are calling more guys we have tons of noodles to eat next door today down the alley check this out this place has tons of different styles of noodles chongqing and check this out so you can see here here is the jigong min that's the chicken noodles we're going to order here is the jizamian which is the chicken organ noodles and it's all in spicy broth so that's the ultimate swan so it's actually a sweet potato starch noodle in a very spicy broth and then we have juntang mian that's a mushroom soup and actually we wanted to try the batter with the silken tofu noodles but seeing that giant cauldron here of pure chicken and delicious lajao and shangu mushrooms we will definitely have to order it looks totally delicious so this is the total magic station of the jiao chili and sichuan spices and noodles just go straight to the cauldron and look at all these big bowls of chongqing yellow chili the land of hot lara and larama aisha oh that's beautiful look at that so you can see we've added peanut tongue and there's big chunks of chicken in there let's try it guys and here's the chi gong it's all about from the shang it's not la it's not spicy it's shang and it has shiangu mushroom literally translated as fragrant mushroom noodles of course and then all these bits of chicken that's what chongqing is all about guys spicy shang

and big chunks of peanuts there and there, there's noodles covered in chili oil mm-hmm that's delicious, big chunks of chicken with chili oil and peanuts, the peanuts actually give it a lot of smoky and nutty flavor and there's definitely a sesame flavor as well and what i love about all the noodles in chongqing is so far not too spicy i'm just xiang and it looks spicy on camera but actually i'll try the chicken which was delicious we'll keep going guys and now we're in a local neighborhood and we'll get something a little different. right here is a bad jungan place and you can see everyone is slurping this is the slurping station and i think it's chicken liver noodles let's take a look at that it's duck liver noodles oh look at the action here guys this is the magic soy sauce swan garlic oh msg shantae pickled vegetables hua jiao pepper and it goes right over the cauldron ok and we are going to make a lot of jungan mian here first we are going to throw the noodles then look at this this is all the pee buds going they directly trigger your amazement oh then you can see this bowl is definitely the base its not spicy it just has those salty greens and garlic but the pickled chilies will add spice here we go kongxing thai oh here are the noodles right? exaggerated look at jungen and pao zhao what's ginger what's pepper and pickled chili oh and here they are that's all guys pickled chili and duck liver and you can see this is a top 10 mian in chongqing and there's the can, guys those are pickled chilies pow but they really just look like cherry tomatoes let's see how spicy they are and then there's the yajun duck liver and we're also going to have a jidan there and we're going to sit down and taste it and there it is guys, it smells like pickled bitter chilies and it's full of duck liver.

Look at those literally big chunks of duck liver that are unique. I can see this is just a busy place that is floral literally like a spicy numbing noodle flower with pickled chili in there it's a little sour definitely spicy and the noodles are covered in numbing guajiao floral deliciousness yes noodles of duck liver late at night in chong. ching, they are delicious, but I prefer the gan ban style, I like the dry style, they are quite oily and salty. strong up here there is a famous noodle restaurant called heiwamien literally the darkest and richest black chili xiaomian in chongqing oh look at these guys so everyone in chongqing says their noodles are not spicy but these definitely look spicy they look strong oh and here we go we're going to make a bowl soy which is garlic we have chili that's the magic which is pure chili oil and then some taiyo vegetable oil and salt right in the bowl peppercorns that's numbing oh even more salt this goes to be mighty and kohlrabi and then the onion oh beautiful and look at this giant mountain of kong xing thai

kong shin greens they are right beautiful and just look this magical station here guys these are all pre-measured bowls of chinese chiang lio ready to pour noodles and veggies and yellow peas on top so we've got chili oil we've got peppercorns we've got soybeans there's green onions in there and a mix of other secret sauces and it's also going to be topped with a zajiang ground pork sauce and we're just boiling the noodles oh and the kong xing thai right on that so that's the vegetables oh and here come the lie look they're going to go ahead we got it with the wanza wow there they are look at these guys we're adding the zajang the ground pork wow and there's the wanza wow and you have to drink this so it's a herbal tea a herbal tea from chongqing and you can pour it and it's going to go perfect with the noodles and I can also see some tea leaves in there so we're going to try that and that's going to wash down really well and here it is oh how it comes to mixing it up fast look that's so thick guys we've got a dark smoked chili there's peppercorns you can actually smell and it's got ground pork chops and these yellow peas on top that's a tulsa oh that looks so good and really you have to eat it fast because you don't want the noodles to stick but let's try it look it's just covered all the noodles in chongqing are so chiang literally there is amazing aroma this one is a little smokier actually not spicy we have tried so many bowls of noodles in chongqing and the locals are right they're actually not that spicy they're shang they're aromatic the chili just has this essence that fills your entire palate fills your entire mouth with this feeling of chili xiang goodness that you can't get nowhere else if you love these videos please leave us a comment below and hit the bell button and subscribe and also the notification button so you can never miss any of these chongqing
