and today I am very excited because we are bringing them for the full experience. noodle adventure let's take a look and this is chong ching, the land of noodle, the city of slurping, you can see we have tons of people here slurping

, all in the deep alleys I am very excited about this so make sure you watch it until the end because this is going to be an iconic noodle haul video and here we are

guys rolling around looking for noodles it's a super cool city and very modern it's a huge metropolis there's like 20 millions of people living here let's go to a noodle it's a mixed noodle and it's just ahead pump it should be good right Cheshire this is an amazing city let's go to one of the most famous restaurants xiaomian chongqing xiaomian in town xiaomian is

to the next level , it's like dan dan noodles, but spicier and more numbing, we just found it guys, the ban dong mienjong, oh, here it is, let's get a big bowl, oh, and look at this. guys this is total jiao heaven we literally have huge bowls look at this guys chao fresh chili oh that's so thick oh and we're going to start a new bowl here pickled mustard greens oh, soy sauce, there's the chili, look at that. that's pure chili oil, smoked chili oil, oh beautiful, and then we have some ground pork and you can see there are literally hundreds of bowls in here ready to place pre-made chili noodles in the bottom of the bowl looking spicy and chia and there's a little bit of green onion, oh, and here's the fried egg, so you can also have fried egg with it, that's what it's all about.

She just says that when you add the egg with the xiaomian, it's gangshinda, it's younger and here it is. the noodle broth goes straight in, it's noodle broth and ginger and then here comes the noodles, adding those noodles directly and then adding a chee dan egg on top of the shisha and there it is guys, the bandung, we're a little early, this one place is packed and let's sit right here oh yum yum hey people are so friendly here guys making it for us that literally smells so delicious like the smoked chili oil and the roe the meat which are some of the smokiest noodles i have ever smelled in my life and there are literally only giant chili flakes in there, this is the famous chongqing xiaomian that we came to try and she was telling us to eat it quickly, you have to eat it quickly otherwise it will stick and everyone will be waiting for us to try it, we have to go, we have to try it wow, that's what it's all about, guys, wow, that's delicious, this is less spicy than it looks, it's xiang, it's smoky, that roe flavor, that Pork flavor gives it so much juicy fragrance and let's go for one more, let's just try it. that again and they tell us to add a little more tongue to your tongue, oh we just added the tongue, that's the noodle broth and there's some soy in there too, wow that's a next level bowl, TRUE? there really and right there was one of the biggest noodle shampoos I've ever had in my life you can see it's just packed now there's a huge line we got there early to avoid the rush and this is the noodle town we are in exploring. a small local neighborhood and around the corner here is a spicy sesame xiaomian wow it's just a super busy morning market and we're just looking for these noodles let's go get them look at all the meat guys this is a sichuan market , come here. get your spicy, get your, get your chilies, get your meat, all the dried chilis you'll need, Sichuan peppercorns, oh, and all the roe, this is it guys, thanks, here we go, peppercorns, we have mustard leaves, chili oil. and then there's the magic right there, the sesame oil germaio germaio and then the noodles and then you just add a little bit of broth so we just made these delicious bowls of sesame oil, chili oil, mustard greens, sauce of sesame jungle soybeans and we have a zijija, she adds our own green onions and she just added pea shoots and noodles into that giant cauldron.

Oh, there are the pea shoots, so you just said I can add as much as I want, if I like add more, so we'll add more of these greens. onions and then we have the garlic scallions here and we're just going to add a little touch there too, lemon sugar and there's the noodles and wow, and that's the bowl of ting and we're going to add a little bit more green. onion thanks and there it is guys the germa xiaomi and you can really smell that sesame look how much toasted sesame aroma is in there it's a bowl full it's all about mixing it mmm that's smoky with sesame and it's got that hua. zhao peppercorn in it, it's definitely just pure noodles, sesame noodles, it's an instant combination of spices, hua jiao pepper, flower corn and sesame nuts mmm, what I love about this is that the sesame comes from sesame oil and these toasted sesame seeds are not sesame butter. so it's more of a natural sesame flavor rather than a buttery sesame flavor and it's smoky and also has hua jiao so it's a slightly numbing peppery floral with a bit of a nice greenish vegetal flavor from those pea shoots , yeah yeah the sesame is just roasted and we're calling more guys we have tons of noodles to eat today next one deep in the alley check this out this place has tons of different styles of chongqing noodles and check this out so you can see here here's the jigong min which is the chicken noodles we're going to order here's the jizamian which is the chicken organ noodles and it's all in spicy broth so that's the last swan so it's actually noodles of sweet potato starch in a very spicy broth and then we have Juntang Mian, that's a mushroom soup and we actually wanted to try the dough of the silky tofu noodles, but seeing that giant cauldron here of just pure chicken and delicious lajao mushrooms and shangu we're definitely going to have to order it it looks totally delicious so this is the total magic station of chili la jiao and sichuan spices and the noodles just go straight into the cauldron and look at all these big bowls of chongqing yellow chili la land of spicy lara and larama aisha oh that's beautiful look at that so you can see we add peanut tongue and there are big chunks of chicken in there let's try it guys and here's the chi gong it's about the shang it's not the , it is not spicy, it is shang and has literally translated shiangu mushrooms. like noodles with aromatic mushrooms of course, and then all these pieces of chicken, this is what chongqing is all about guys, spicy shang

and big chunks of peanuts there and there, there are noodles freshly coated with chili oil mm- hmm, that's delicious, big pieces of chicken with chili oil and peanuts, the peanuts actually give it a lot of nutty and smoky flavor and it definitely has a sesame flavor too and what I love about all the noodles in Chongqing is that so far they are not too spicy.

They are just xiang and it looks spicy on camera but I will actually try the chicken which was delicious. We'll move on guys and the next step now we're in a local neighborhood and we'll get something a little different.
