project. We are using seven clear plastic crayon boxes, a long plastic container and some labels that I made on my cutting machine and it is very simple, we just peel off all the stickers and then we apply our labels to the top of each of our boxes to us, we have mom, dad, ken is for our daughter Kennedy and then grandma, which is my mom, who lives with us, and then I have ears for hearing aids and bricks for the short version. of carrying bricks and extras for the extras, but these are for our backup chargers and we all have one next to our beds and in our cars, but for those times when we lose them or they stop working, we know exactly where to go to get the backup or even when a visitor comes in and needs to borrow one, you can just pull it out of the extras box and you won't have to mess with your system or worry about retrieving it, plus this will prevent them from getting tangled and becoming one of those. large charger balls so you can slide this into a cabinet or drawer and voila, this next little trick is very useful, no pun intended, but I constantly lose my mini hand sanitizer in my big bag so I just go to use. one of those dollar tree cell phone straps and hot glue the bottom of this plastic travel bottle and then for a little cuteness I added a sweet little plaid bow, added my dollar tree sanitizer and it's ready to hang in your car so everyone When you're done shopping or out and about, you'll be able to wash off those little germs without having to dig through your bag or car to look for them, and it's super cute, too.

Next time we move into the kitchen and I'm using two soap dispensers from Dollar Tree, some of their off-brand mini command hooks, they are so tiny and cute, and then some more labels that I cut out and you can always use just a marker or a little rub from Dollar Tree. in letters for any of these projects, but we're just going to place our words on the side of our dispensers vertically, which I think is really cute, and I made mine a little bit to the left side and it wasn't intentional, but I think which is even cuter and has more interest and then I'll just take a hook and hang it on the side of my dispenser so when you're doing the dishes you can hang your ring on there and you'll never lose it. and then I'm going to fill these little guys with my dishwashing liquid and then can you believe this spa soap refill weighs 32 ounces and costs only a dollar?

More Interesting Facts About,

new 15 dollar tree organization and storage hacks for small spaces...

Well, of course, it's a dollar, it's on the dollar tree, but while we're washing. our hands so often I think this will be a little bit gentler on them and it's functional as everyone comes out and of course it's also pretty adorable. Now this one isn't as cute, but it's super functional and I really don't like seeing a dirty sponge sitting in the sink, so I use two command hooks to hang a dollar tree sponge holder on the inside of my door. cabinet under the sink and these come with the suction cups attached and you would hang it on the inside wall of your sink which is how it's supposed to be used but I just took them out and slid them on my hooks and then added one of their big ones Dad's commando brand hooks, of course, right next to it so you can also hang your damp tea towel underneath. and I'm so sorry you had to see my dirty sponge.

I love an organized pantry and this isn't really a trick, it's more of a suggestion, but I don't really like going through the boxes of plastic bags and how they all look messy, so I always carry them. I take them out of their boxes and put the whole package in the dollar tree shallow plastic food container and they are much easier to grab and I have the different sizes together and keep the lid under the container so it doesn't fall out. I separated and put mine in the pantry but you can also put yours in a closet or drawer and you know I love to label everything but I also like to be able to change them when needed which is why I love these dollar trees.

Adhesive label holders are perfect for that because you can simply peel the paper off the plastic and replace it with a new label. They aren't as cute as some of the decorative labels out there but they are super functional and most of these are dollar tree containers but I finally bought some of the oxo pop containers for Christmas one year but before we had them we had a cheaper option by using dollar tree jars and large glass pickle jars and then I cut out my own labels using cardstock and then this is an idea you've probably seen 70 11 times, but if you just grab a dollar tree corrugated binder , that's what's on the label, but I call it a magazine rack and cover it with some matching shelf paper.
You can put this on the inside of your pantry drawer or just stick it in a cabinet depending on how your kitchen is set up but it just makes it look prettier and more organized and I don't know if you noticed but this is the same cling paper which I used to cover my shelves in the pantry and then to hang this I'm just going to drill two holes in the back and then use two old hooks and some dollar tree foam adhesive squares and then glue them to the inside of my pantry door, I'm sure you've all seen these shelves and I use them for our paper plates in the pantry, but you can also use them in the freezer for those frozen vegetables or dinners or frozen meats, pretty much anything you can it gets lost in a pile and it's not as easy to stack and I can fit two shelves on one shelf and of course the dollar bins are always a must for those leftovers and open packages but this way you can see what's in there and It looks nice and neat, so let's move on to our next trick.
I love the plastic lockers at Dollar Tree and a quick tip. I keep our toaster in one of these in a lower cabinet because the crumbs get everywhere and this keeps them off the shelf and I can just throw them out and clean them every once in a while, but anyway I grabbed a dollar tree shelf and folded the legs in and I made one side a little shorter than the other, stuck it inside that container and then slid my rubber caps on each of those. little slots and then the

small

er ones will go on the shorter side so they still come out and you can grab them easily and then I just put those tiny ones in another dollar tree container and then I'll put them in a drawer, but again This works for cabinets too and speaking of cabinets, we're very close to painting our kitchen cabinets, but we're not there yet, so hopefully soon I won't have to keep trying to cut them out of the sockets, but it's super cheap anyway. and an easy trick but a very functional way to store your eyelids and it's also quite easy on the eyes.
Here's another dollar tree idea. It's not really a trick, but if you want to have a little more Jesus in the kitchen, you can take one of these daily. prayer cards and place them in a magnetic acrylic frame and place them on your refrigerator and then change them daily or weekly, but being surrounded by Scripture is always a good idea. I love any container that has a lid and these are for your Christmas treats. but I have a small collection of assorted plates that I love and will use them either on a mismatched table or in my decor and while I would love to see some cupcakes or cookies in here, these are perfect for storing these special plates when they're not on display and You can also put paper plates or napkins between them to keep them more secure, but I like that they are stackable and if you are short on cabinet space, you can just shove them under the bed when I tried.
To come up with ideas for this video, I was thinking about things that are uncomfortable or a little frustrating to find something specific and first aid is one of those things, so I grabbed three acrylic drawers from Dollar Tree and separated out our first aid. box with gauze tape and scissors in one drawer, band aids in another and neosporin and cleansing wipes in the third and I'm actually going to go get more of these because I can add our thermometers, cough drops, cold tablets, toms , anything related to medications and you. I could keep stacking them and then to add a little cuteness I took a piece of red adhesive vinyl and cut it out and then stuck it on top and put it in my cabinet and you see, there I have a lot more room to stack even more, this is kind .
It's a random idea, but how many times do you forget to use your coupons or gift cards and then they end up expiring and you can't use them all that well if you set up your dollar tree coupon holder with separate food labels? shopping and entertainment you can keep this in the glove compartment of your car or in your bag or even in the center area so it's visible so you can remember to use it, but I always forget to use my coupons and can't find them either. They or they are expired, especially Michael's discount receipts, so this way they are on hand and ready to use along with the menus, there is a drop down area where you can put the larger pieces and, if you are donating to the educational fund of your status, you can Keep your winners there so you remember to collect them.
Okay, I know this trick is going to sound super cheesy, but I'm always looking for my keys and my glasses when I'm done shopping, so I'm using this Dollar Tree Gum Oven. glove to grab and if you have that wall in the middle of your bag, sit this little guy right on top and you'll never have to dig for them again, this is one of my favorite tricks, as silly as it sounds, and you can totally do it. I don't see it when you put your bag together. I tried it on three of my other bags too and it totally works and no one will know you have an oven mitt in your bag.
I think one of my biggest pet peeves is having piles of papers and mail that have no home, so I keep my everyday folders or the ones I use most frequently in a wire letter holder that hangs on the wall and I have four mains, there are menus in one and you would keep the coupons for those places with them. I have a cleaning binder with cleaning lists a jesus binder where I will keep my bulletins mass schedules inspirational things like scriptures and stickers bible study notes and then I have a call do this with my to do lists and the long to do list by michael j but if you need to pay for your car registration, you can place the notice there until you can access it immediately.
Things like that and then I cut a piece of black cardstock to cover everything so I can't see everything. of the gobbledygoo on the front and you can't see through the grate of that basket. I already had one there but it was pretty worn out as were my lashes so I replaced the black part. I still need to replace my tabs, so now for our final project, this is a little bit of

storage

, a little bit of organization, and a whole lot of pretty. To make two of these floating shelves, you will need three pieces of foam board, four brackets, and some clear packing tape or masking tape, so I measured the length. of the brackets and the thickness I wanted to make these faux wood shelves, so for each one you will need two pieces that are nine and a half inches wide and then go the length of the board and then a piece that is two and three quarter inches wide. broad. and then two nine and a half inch by two and a half inch wide pieces and then I used a craft knife to start cutting those lines and put all my pieces together and I think it's a little bit easier to cut those straight lines without a ruler, yeah you have a second person there to help you hold it up so maybe it's a little bit easier but once you get all the pieces together you're just going to start gluing them together and I made sure to put those two long ones. and a three quarter strip on the front and on the outside of all the other edges so that's the front of your shelf and it will be completely flat if that makes sense and since I didn't have a second pair of hands I had to use my coffee cup as a top support and then added my tape to the inside of my floating shelves on the first one, although I put tape on the outside so you can see the texture through the contact paper, that's why I don't want to tape it down on the outside, but I'll show you in a minute it's not that bad, but then I placed my contact paper sticky side up and then I covered both shelves starting from the sides and you see. you have to place it so that it is a little off center, that way the top of the shelf will be completely covered and then the open area at the bottom of the shelf you can just put it together, along with the leftovers and mine, which are not perfect, but if you have a second pair of hands to help it would be a loteasier so I made little risers for my shelves because you know they tend to sag in the front and I just glued three jenga pieces together and then I mounted the supports on their side and then I put the risers on those front ends so my shelves wouldn't sag and then you're just going to slide your shelf right over those supports so now comes the fun part of dressing up our shelves so I used three of the dollar tree wire baskets and added some bathroom items so in the first one I put some white soap bars and on the second one I put some rolled up washcloths and then on the third a loofah and some shower bombs and some greenery and then I'm going to put them on the top shelf and then on the bottom shelf I have some white towels stacked, one second hand basket from another video i will link in the description box below a small bathroom canister i bought at marshall a long time ago for more storage space and it is already made and i think it looks very pretty and of course You'll see some of those bulges on that bottom shelf because of that tape I told you about, but it's not too noticeable.
Oh and the Follow Me tray above is another thrifted piece I made and all of the decals you've seen in this video will appear in my etsy store and there's a link to that below. Also, I hope you found a little inspiration in something we did here today and if you did, please send us a big thumbs up and let me know what you think.
