MY ONE OF ONE REDEYE CHRYSLER 300 IS COMPLETE! + TEST DRIVE

Jun 06, 2021
What are we doing to ourselves? Let's pick up a big red. We are getting closer. Man approaching. I'm driving arrested. We're on our way to pick up my car. It's finally done. We're running late. I'm still in my work clothes, I have to get off work at six today and I'm going to go see what this thing looks like. He didn't show it to me because he wanted me to see it in person, but "We're literally getting up right now, here you know when that Prius bench. Am I sure that baby outside where is it? Oh, that's my baby.

My boys, Damn splitter, wait, wait, look, where is he calling you? Okay guys, so I already showed you part of the car that I wasn't supposed to do. I wanted to make a video as a reveal, but as you can see, I'm standing. right in front of it now, but before we start this part of the video and get into details, I'm going to rewind some videos of me building this car because we have a lot of new people on the channel, a lot of people don't know what this car is or how it started and what is it now so play that video first we'll roll it and come back and start this video okay here she is so most of you recognize where the place is this is the same place where I shot my first video. one that had the silver one in the exact same location.

More Interesting Facts About,

my one of one redeye chrysler 300 is complete test drive...

I hope the water noise isn't too loud and I'm going to clean these sprinklers out, but if you follow me on Instagram, I've already posted photos of the car before. I put this video up and it's probably a week late when I edit it and put it together, but in today's video I'm of course going to check out the car and tell you how this all happened. We have a lot of new people. There are a lot of new subs on the channel, so most of you don't know what this is and how it came about, but we'll try to go over that today.

I'll probably do a separate expense video on how much this car costs. cost for me and stuff, but we'll try to do as much as we can tonight before it gets dark, it'll probably get dark in about an hour, it's eight o'clock now, so let's go ahead and go over this, I'll probably get it out of the water so don't get soaked. I just washed the car and we're going to start this video off right, so I had to change locations because the sprinklers came on on my side where I was recording and the car got soaked. but we're going to check the car from the outside real quick, it's pretty much the same as I had the previous one, but like I said we have a lot of new people here so I'm pretty sure I want to know what's going on so we'll start with the front, we'll go through the sides, the suspension, the wheel setup, I know a lot of people have been asking about that, then I'll show you the interior and then we'll take Okay, so starting with the front of the car, the The biggest difference you will see is the hood compared to the previous one.
my one of one redeye chrysler 300 is complete test drive
This is a viper style hood made by bmc customs. The old hood I bought was from my mirror hood, this one looks much better and the fit, esp. I mean this video is not sponsored anyway. The female on this one was almost perfect, so you can see the gaps compared to the previous one. The previous one was very high from here. it has a larger space on this side than the other side, this one needed minimal work and came out great, so this is a viper style hood, it has six scoops instead of the two the previous one had because that one was like a challenger style uh this one even has like if you pay attention to the side the blades are a lot taller so you have a lot more room for the supercharger it doesn't rub or touch it at all but yeah I really like it. the hood was worth the wait, I think I waited like three or four months, that was the biggest delay and then I moved on to the bumper, this is the same bumper that the previous one had for those who don't know this.
Here is a 300 style looking bumper and they sell them at the dealership. They cost like $575 and of course you have to buy all of these parts separately, but the entire bumper will cost you around a grand. Everything is OEM except the splitter which I bought on eBay for 200. the dealer grilles these lower bezels are from the dealer these things here are called fog like delete covers because of course hellcats, red eyes, demons and all that, no They have fog lights because inside here I have radiators like these that need to be cooled and these things work perfectly because they have holes so the air can flow.
I wanted to put fog lights on, don't get me wrong, the fog lights look great on the 300 because they have a dual setup, the LED with the light on top, I just didn't want to have airflow restrictions and then have long term problems and this from here it's great, it's out of a charger. He took it off and put it here, then we added a little red dot, of course, it's a red eye, so we have to put it there and one last thing, the headlights, these are OEM headlights that regular 300 offer, they are hidden. They are not halogen and they also have the daytime running light signature here that comes on when you start the car, but everything is wired, everything works and there are no problems, now we move on to the front suspension, this front suspension and the rear suspension. they're out of the charger um they're alpha hellcat of course they have the brambles six piston brambles in the front and then you have the four piston brambles in the rear uh these brembos were originally black but the black is really Boring and simple, so we had these. uh powder coated so you like this fire orange color it looks red but it actually looks more orange especially in sunlight and then we tried to do the same theme on the new chargers because they say srt instead of brembo , I do not do it.
I know if you see that, but we've had these 3D cuts and stickers on all four Brembos. The front wheels. A lot of people have been asking about the wheel setup. These are on eBay. These are replicas. A five-spoke Hellcat. The front part has nine. and a half in the rear is 11 because I have a wider tire in the rear and we chose the factory tire, the Pirelli Tiger, these are 275, where is the label 275 40 20? So we kept them and then on the back, like I said, it's 20. at 11 because I have a 305 on all the tire size, it's uh 305 3520, these are the Mickey Thompson and Street SS ones.
These used to clip on my old car really well. This car is making a little more power, so it's not running as well. So I'll probably have to use a different tire to get more traction, but for now, until they wear out, I'll probably change them soon. Now moving on to the back of the car, nothing really special except one thing I'll show you right now but before I forget the reason why you don't see decals, there are no badges, correct badges or srt badges, it's not because I don't have them, I do, but we have a brand new paint job.
On this car and we want to paint it, correct it and I'll make sure everything is perfect before we sell the badges. You know, it's like a final step, but at the rear, the only thing that's really different on this one is the exhaust tips. Of course, you have to replace this lower diffuser. You can get it at the dealership and it's like $87.90, which is pretty cheap, and then you can have these custom exhaust tips on any car you put them on, so they're five inches. carbon um carbon exhaust tips that's what makes them. They took forever to arrive because they were on back order.
They sell them in stainless steel color or you can get them in black. The reason I didn't buy it in black is because of the diffuser. It's black, I didn't want it to be hidden by the exhaust tips, so they look really good, they cover most of the space you can have, as you know here, and they look very clean and not bad. investment if you plan on keeping the car, so we have the srt style splitter that I painted on the old one, I kept it black on this one, I made it the same color as the car, we are also going to do the roof in black, so it will look very nice when finished and the taillights are LED taillights as well as the LED side markers.
We have the same thing in the front, but I think for the front you have to start the car, yes. You can also get them on eBay, but like 60 bucks for the game, do another startup, so that's it for the outside, if I didn't miss anything, just leave a comment and I'll get back to you, so go. Go ahead and start it, it's really cold outside now I want to show you something, so we turn it off, let it restart. I started back, you see the red eye there, alright, so let's go to the inside of the car where there's a lot of talk about a lot of custom stuff that I did here, we'll get to that in a minute, but starting here, of course, we had to go with the airbag, the lights on red, um, you could put it on red. or white the red ones go best with the theme of the car so we chose that one of course we had to get the alcantara demon style steering wheel with the white stitching the same steering wheel from my older car and then for the group it appears this. is the one that goes up the most and a lot of people ask why it goes up to 340.
That's because I couldn't find one that goes up to 220 like normal red eyes do, so I bought this, it's just a template, the top piece of This you can replace and I'll put it there until I get one. I mean, it looks really good, it doesn't really bother me, although it's in kilometers, so you have to lower this speed here, but um. like I said this one here you have to replace the bezel you have to replace this outer piece so it fits um we'll see a detailed video of that um or you can just watch my older videos of the builds and you I'll see exactly how I do all this so I don't want to bore you with the same things I talk about about the older ones and the interior, everything in here is suede, so I don't know if the mascot I don't know.
I know if the camera will catch it, but this old nun had the suede headliner customized at an upholstery store. Sun visors, these one-pillar trims, you can see they're a little bit better on the B-pillars over here, as well as the rear C-pillars. They're all made with suede, a good material and it just gives it a little bit of a cleaner look and looks a lot better than just a cheap old rug that they have there. The seat belts were made in a safety restoration. These were originally black. but of course we had to make them while we're at it, these ones here are called fire red and they look very, very pretty.
The Mopar factory style seat belts are more of a maroon color, they are a little darker, but I wanted these styles because they are a little lighter and give the interior a bigger feel. The seats here are healthy, with suede and alcatera, so they match the headliner and have leather on the outside. They have heating and ventilation which is a must on the heated steering wheel, go to the radio in a second so when I did the build I had to get the panoramic sunroof now I was looking for the donor that was a must have option and it was looks great the only thing that isn't suede here is a shadow because it was a little more complicated to do so I left it as is I mean it's always open so no one can look at it and then of course the sunroof goes opens

complete

ly or at least just the first part, so that's it and now the radio, uh, we'll start with the driving modes.
For some reason this radio doesn't read the horsepower here at first. It was bothering me, but then I thought, you know, that's cool, it just reads red instead of 797 and then you can go through your modes, your custom modes show off your track and all that and then the factory on the track when we turn it on. I don't know if you can hear it, the fan goes to maximum speed and the traction turns off. Put it back on auto and then you'll be back to normal valet mode. If you leave this car, you know, ask someone to help it. you could never set your code there and then give them the key and then I told you about the invented heated seeds and this one has very cool options it has a cooler mode so if you click this button I don't want to do it now because I'm using the air conditioning, it will turn off the car's air conditioning and suck the conditioned air into the supercharger to cool it down because a supercharger is cool and gives more power when it's soaked, that's not it. well and then you have an active line lock or just press a button, let's see if it's not seen there, you'll apply the brake all the way and that's what it will say there and then you'll just burn it and it will lock.
Raise the front wheels and you can take the tires off, but other than that, moving on to the center console, I wanted to keep the 300 frame here, I didn't want it to look like a challenge or a charger, so I rewired the shifter to the 300, it's very easy, look at the oldest videos. I'll show you how to do it and then everything works so your camera goes into reverse and that's it so I wanted to keep it. just like that, I had the same thing on my silver seat and then in the back seats there really isn't much going on there, we have the seat belts in red and then the suede seats with leather and now we'll open the hood and I'll show you guys what there's under the hood, yes, it's very windy, well, there you have it,so how would they know if a red eye engine is actually a radar engine instead of someone just throwing a badge on there and then faking the supercharger? eyeThe engine is red, so let me zoom in to see how the block is red, so now we'll do a quick wrap of the exhaust.
I'm sure you guys have the exhaust sounds. Sounds really good. I have a catalyst set up. here, so I don't have cats, I just have straight pipes and it's not too loud. I thought it was going to be really unpleasant when I first made it, but it sounds perfect, it has a really nice rumble when you do it. They're stepping on the accelerator, but when you're cruising it's not too bothersome, so now we'll go for a quick spin. I'll show you how to handle this thing. This thing is a

complete

monster, even though I'm on slicks, it's still there.
It doesn't hold to the floor it's a normal car right now so I'll show you that even in a car it could break the wheels the supercharger is extremely loud I'll tell you what I did to the engine in a minute it sounds like stupid fast let me go outside and you could give it a little more gas it's not a traction light it starts flashing it won't engage I mean the power it's making and these tires are horrible and then watch it flash quickly. On the outside it flashes normally, on the inside it flashes fast because for some reason it thinks the lights are off, although I connected them as I guess like a sensor or some kind of bad signal that was given to the car, but the old one had the same problem , so it's not really a big problem.
Now I'll turn it up, put it on the track and then we'll do it that way. There are downshifts there. It's crazy. It's crazy. It sounds like a jet. As if I were inside the car. all the windows are closed and the superchargers are screaming, I don't know if you can hear it on the camera, but it has like a little rattle noise, I don't know if it's like one of the exhaust clamps I loosened, but I have to check it, it's okay, put it back in car, this guy will probably try to race me, but the engine is not stock, the engine is already made and built and stuff because of the liver noise.
What I did to him so far, I really did. I don't want to talk about it because I have a lot of competition that watches my videos, but I'm on a top bottom pulley which is a must when you have these hellcats and red eyes. I'm on e85, which helps a lot. I carried the snow and ran out of jack, so with all those mods you're seeing, maybe somewhere around 900 for the wheels, not that it's not the fas

test

, but I think it's the safest mod or the safest power band you could fall back on. without breaking things, um, I

drive

this car a lot, so I didn't want to go too crazy to where I am every day and I have to fix something, so that's why I chose what I chose now.
Before I stop the video and finish it, I want to put the camera somewhere where I can film from outside while driving and I know the exact place to do it, so that was pretty good now. I'm going to set it on this side because it's a straight path and it could do like a flyover, hopefully the camera doesn't tilt. Okay, so one last time, I'm going to set up the camera behind the car and then I'm going to zoom out and see how it looks weird, so look it was in traction and see what it does.
Oh, that's fun, but that's all. It's getting cold, so just in time, my battery is like two percent, so it's about. die at any moment, but that will be all for today. I'm going to make another video soon, when the sun comes out it will look a lot better, but I just want to give you a quick update on the car and how it looks now. Finally, after eight long months of waiting and trial and error, we finished the car and it's ready to enjoy for the summer, so thanks for watching, I appreciate everyone for the support and love, and I'll see you next time.
