MK8 VW GOLF : Detailed, HONEST, accurate REVIEW

Jun 06, 2021
Hey guys and welcome to this checkout assistant video which is a full in depth

review

of the new Golf Mark 8 and this is a continuation of my first impressions video that was posted last week now that I have this mild hybrid style 1.5 ETSI. version for four days now and I think I know it pretty well, so this video will cover in detail areas such as the economy of the mild hybrid engine, the highly controversial styling, the construction and material quality and how it compares to its predecessors. Also look at the technology inside the car, we would take a good close look at the interior and also take it for a spin.

I've learned things as I've gone along with this video, so I had to drop a few things here. and there, so it probably won't be as smooth as it normally is, but hopefully this will make the video the most

on the market yet, so without further ado, let's see if the technology mild hybrid in a petrol Golf actually gives you diesel levels of fuel economy now because it is based on the MQB platform, which is what the Mark 7 and 7.5 were based on. There isn't much difference in the way the car drives but in this example we have I have the mild hybrid system now the mild hybrid is nothing like the traditional hybrid it can propel you along the road what it does is store energy through braking and then can be used to power accessories and everything, so basically the engine can shut down.

Instead of just coasting, which is what many of the previous generations do, will it finally challenge a diesel engine when it comes to economy? I'm a big fan of diesel, because you know it's very difficult to beat this in 50 miles. per gallon and then any size gas car, you can still do it in a top GTI if you're very consistent, so what we're going to do today is take my trip, which I've done there for about six months. and I did it in five months in my TDI 150, so those same horsepower and the same platform car I get 50 if I'm lucky, elastic resolutely up to the speed limit, so we're going to do that today to keep everything at level I.
mk8 vw golf detailed honest accurate review
I know there will be variations on the trip computer, but this is the same platform car so hopefully they will be nice even if there are inaccuracies about real world consumption, so let's work, well, Guys, we were now seven miles away and We're at forty-nine point six and we're approaching highway forty-nine point six at fifty or sixty isn't really that surprising because those aren't really the speeds that the cars are more than Perfectly efficient when you're on the highway. You feel the resistance of a car and that gives you the feeling that I have done a lot of things and that is the problem, because I do a lot, most of my travel is on the highway and if I go fast enough I only get mpg of gasoline from my car. it's can I get diesel mpg out of this petrol car so we're joining the m14 north now.
mk8 vw golf detailed honest accurate review
At Lemmings and Spa we're at fifty point three, so I'm going to set the radar cruise to seventy. now I think it sets a click at 70 okay let's share let's move on it's already down to 49.7 it's increasing it's coming from me so I just need to move this way and then it handles itself literally with the last one though the legalities to do that in the UK are a bit confusing. Take your hands off the wheel for a period of time. Well, we are approaching my exit on the m42. We are at 22 miles and an average speed of 43 miles per hour.
I can't believe the mpg we've gotten over 50 1.2 and it's only going to get better from here because we're not hitting highway speeds of 51.4. Now the motors just turned off when we got close to the slip and they tell us so just running with no motor there but everything feels normal the motors are so quiet it doesn't make any difference you don't even know it turning it off you can just You can tell by the rev counter which is at zero. I thought a thousand rpm for trick idle, but not this. Is that right and we just went up to fifty 2.4 now?
So I'm trying to understand what that means particularly for diesel engines because these cars only did, I think, 130 miles now that they're not even running, so what's it going to be like when it's liquid and we're going to see high 50s, that's just amazing, okay, now let's talk about the design of the Mark 8

golf

. I'm not an expert in this area, I admit, but I think I know how I like the

golf

to look and I'm not sure that's the case. like a mark 8, let me explain why I believe it or not. Every panel on the side of the car is new.
I was surprised when I noticed this, but the wheel arches, the lips are thicker and are actually concave, they go in slightly. These are perfectly flat and a little thinner at the door. We have a mirror that has been lowered an inch, so it is no longer in line with the window. It's probably better for aerodynamics and wind noise. We have a suede line on all panels. that's higher so check it's not subtle but when you notice it you notice it so it's about only 2/3 of the width from the stamping to the window now on the eights and goes over the door handle before.
I just missed that the doors are different in this part here, but for sure we will have more twists, it's called a Hofmeister twist, yes, there are definitely more twists there, which means that a quarter panel is different too, so the window line is different, some people said the window line was the same, but it is not. If you look at the wheel arch on the eight, it goes towards the door. It's a lot thicker on the 7 and 7.5 and it overlooks the door, so it's definitely different, so they had a chance to redesign the look. like all the panels and yet the first implants look like this which is strange and makes the front look a little strange because the front is very different so these two can't really be distinguished but never one would be confused. 8 for a 7.5, but I'm pretty sure it's all been done for aerodynamics, so the same could be said for other areas of the car that have been laughed at in pursuit of lower emissions.
The golf 8 is much better in aerodynamic drag than these 2 and that's probably why it's so efficient so yes it may not look as good as the previous two but you can save when it comes to say or just use an ID 3, where it can probably look quite happy and generate zero emissions. I have no issues with the back, although the back looks how I expected these two to evolve. Okay, it looks like a tea rock, but I think it looks a little better. The beauty rocks are a little less demanding as the chiseling here. Yeah not bad, obviously with the more powerful versions we should get some proper exhausts, not those horrible silver things that pretend to be exhausts, but this is just a fuel efficient model and it's the same on a 7.5.
I think that falsification is understood. The wheels, as always, seemed too small. This is a 17 inch wheel on a pretty big car, so we have 18 of this TCR, we have 9 teams, so they are a way to insert them into the arch, but yeah, it is. a lower model, so hopefully when the GTI arrives it will have a more attractive front end, have bigger wheels, and hopefully might even look as good as these two bad boys. Well, now let's talk about the quality of the Golf Mark 8 because being a Volkswagen is quite important, it is what distinguishes the brand from other lesser brands and partly justifies why you have to pay more for them.
There has been a lot of talk about the golf market in forums and in videos that the quality has gone down a lot since 7.5 and this particularly A serious guy from somewhere in Eastern Europe has made this video about the quality 733 thousand views, that's of great interest, but I don't necessarily agree with everything he says, he has reasonable points, but I have made a list of his key ones. points, so I just want to talk to you about them with this car. First you mention the hood support so yeah okay we've gone from some telescoping struts at the 7.5 mark to a manual strut here so let's get started first the good news is.
We have the hood relief on the right side quite often when Volkswagen gives us manual states for the hood. They also maintain relief on the left side. Look, let's say, my position is that way, so it's great to have it. this on the right side at least good, what I noticed in your video was that the hood opening had also changed, its struts are telescopic very useful when you are filming, if you let go of it, now you continue filming, so I have to use both hands to lift that up, so there's the man, you'll stay there, you have to follow him and trim him, they're a bit annoying and they hit you in the face, there's the part where the telescopic used to be mounted unfortunately.
I took a look behind the sound deadening because this is a new hood and there's nowhere to mount the strut on the hood anymore, so it's a shame you'll have to look at that the entire time you own the car because it won't fit. One thing you didn't mention is that things have increased in quality when it comes to keeping the hood closed when driving, so instead of just one bullet latch, we now have two, which look a bit like an R8 I think. that there is one and the other and that explains why the opening of the hood has changed.
I'm just going to show you in this 7.5 the difference so that's what you can do with the telescoping struts and now there's the mounting point which is the exact same picture the new and suspect cars are very related but unfortunately this part is not exists on that hood because it is a completely different hood, there is a single hood release so get two of those, now you have to manually lift the hood to make it swing. and the roundabouts actually I think the next point was about the door handles so from mark 4 they have a separate piece that actually covers a barrel which is an emergency way to get into the car if the battery dies and yes If you have one of the Quran batteries from about 2016 to 2017 in a mark 7, you have probably already experienced this while I was saying that you can now see the barrel and that has reduced costs.
I'm not convinced because it's really a complicated process to remove this to be able to get into the car with an emergency blade and they just took it out of the equation to make it easier to live with. What he didn't mention is that now the handles have very nice lights. small I don't know if you can see them in there and they look bright at night so again swings and roundabouts what else did Macha say is missing a certain well yes ok in the 7 7.5 there is a locker here so you can throw This is down because of the things that it contains, but I don't really use it much.
It is quite possible that it was not a cost reduction. There may be no space behind it because some of the electronic components have control modules that are behind them. otherwise we have the unlined glove box, well I can't really argue with that, so instead of a flocked lining like the honeycomb on the door, it's hard plastic, but I don't know what's put in there, that's in a rattle, gloves, hand books. I don't know, you can always get some pads there for that too, for nothing. Some people get really excited about the frameless mirror in 7.5 and I think they are later than 7 so it's pretty much frameless, not quite.
We got this one. it's literally 7, so yeah, that has a big, thick, thick frame around it. What do we have in the eight? I don't think it's as bad as a 7, much closer to a 7.5 and is on the seventh big thick frame. no I can't see that argument, what else did you say? Missed the number 6 cover on the console but you get a trick cup holder those are my notes so yeah on the 7.5 you get that sliding cover here oh my god no cover but instead of a cup holder that doesn't it's so bright, you actually have this thing in there that's flexible so yeah you lost a cover but you actually got a more useful cup holder so again the swings and roundabouts show lights too yeah okay it says that All the use of screens is to save costs and I'm sure there is an element of that, but it's what people want.
You could say that an old TV with a cathode ray tube is reminiscent of old and massive ones if it is less than probably 30. Maybe not, but TVs until 10 or 15 years ago were big boxes, very, very expensive to make, using very expensive technology, but the screams of TFT stop it completely and now suddenly we have TVs that are quite heavy for being thin, I don't see it. Anyone who sells cathode ray televisions says that there is a quality alternative to TFT and I think it is true that the technology that was used now is redundant. This is what people expect.
I think it's talking about headlights crashing. Car lights are really what most people just turn on the lights and then forget about, so it makes sense to make it a button like that because it's something that people don't use or praise their Volkswagen. I researcheda little about that, that's because of the quality of the plastic. Honestly, I don't have a problem with Assisi, where, hey, you're better than the team. I was worried that we'd get you down to the plastic, so basically this level of plastic throughout the car, but no, that's lovely, especially in the heat which is nice.
I have this on the door cards, which should not make buying door bins from those mentioned above a given. Okay, this isn't the best, but I think it's probably a good time to remind us how 7/7 likes it because I have never really been wowed by the interior quality of a seven. Well, actually we have a lot of piano black, but then he keeps saying he doesn't like piano black. So what can I say? Yeah, maybe, maybe this is better, not so much. Well like this, it's not smooth but it's okay.Personal preference some people may prefer that stripe that runs across the brand hates the dashboard so again the shifts and roundabouts it's definitely a much sleeker dashboard than on those cars it's cool and the position of the screen is much better this is one reason why I would buy a lay on over a golf because the last generation lay on had the screen here the golf had it down here and this is much better positioned for use on sevens, the first ones had nothing on the The back of the wing was just an unpainted area that used to be reflected in the door and looked completely stunning.
They sort of solve it with sevens and rear 7.5s and we have a plastic coating on the back of the wing so they know what they're doing. I'm doing one thing that bothers me since the Seven is how badly mounted the wings are, but believe me, it's not a Mark 8 thing that's worse, let's see if they improve with age or get worse, oh yeah, that's good, so Which probably has something to do with crash protection or something, but yeah, I think the overall quality is not what we expect for a Volkswagen. Well, I've had the car for a few days and there are other quality issues that have caught my attention.
That's what I want to talk about now, but first let's start with the door handles because at the time of filming the original part I didn't realize that they were a completely different design of door handles, so they turn completely from the front to the front. good at 7 and 7.5, they don't. This bit is affixed to the barrel and is a bit that traditionally holds the barrel, so if you look closely you can still see the barrel affixed to the body there, but the handle moves away. and if you put a cover in there that was separate and had to be removed to get to the barrel that is for the emergency key that we have here, there is a good chance that some clumsy owner will do something with a handle. the lid kept falling off and they made a video saying the quality was really bad, so I totally understand where they kept that simple.
It's also very good to have easy access to the emergency key as someone who deals with a lot of dead batteries, it's that easy, it doesn't take a few seconds to get the original key out and you might not just find a dead battery in the car or a discharged battery in the remote control, sometimes you can park in areas where there are high levels. of radio interference and their remote doesn't work so I think that's good and also the puddle lights are cool too so I can't see how it's cheap now, when I was driving in the rain yesterday I noticed that the windshield wipers on the El Driver side was hitting the A pillar ruble bag is definitely not right so it's just a bug with this car that will be easily fixed.
Can't say it's a quality issue with the Mark 8. It's probably as early a model as it may be. The dealer categorizes it easily, there's something else and the more I learn about cars, the more I try to understand why things happen, because very often there's a single digit, there's a reason other than saving money. I've never known a golf course where you can do this, put your hand behind the backboard without having to remove a tray from underneath. Now I'm sure a lot of people are saying, "My God, they eliminated the tray, they're saving three cents, think about the technology in that car and all the heat that all those electronics produce they need to get air and if they were in a closed dash They wouldn't be able to breathe as well as they can now, so I'm pretty sure that's why I mean, I thought I mentioned it because if I didn't mention it, someone else would and I'm sure they'd probably jump to the conclusion. which was to save money.
Now we are going to talk about the technology. Inside the golf board 8 I will try not to cover what I covered in the first impressions video, but I am not going to cover everything because there is a lot to say, but these are the ones. key points that are now the most controversial. The thing is that they removed the climate control knobs that we know and love from the Mark 3 Golf, they moved to this screen here that has a shortcut button, okay, it's not. particularly easy to use while driving and the The reason it's green is because I set it to green playing around so it doesn't have to be green.
Yeah, so you don't have to come use it while you're driving because once you set it to automatic, you can use these. sliders here to adjust the temperature and they are really easy to use while driving you can feel the limit there and they are about three degrees from top to bottom so don't be afraid of that as you've actually probably been a step ahead of the knobs, I think because I can feel it without looking, so yeah, I really like it, we have wireless carplay, which is quite complicated, so we have the wireless phone charger down here, which is quite useful because it's wireless.
The license plate drains your battery, so yeah, well, if you set it up, you'll never have to touch it. You put the car in, you put the phone in the car and that's what you get, and the screen resolution is actually much better now, the beauty of the car. The board is that it makes everything much more familiar, so if you have a 7.5 with a new use carplay because it has an Android auto or apple carplay, what is it that connects and you have a digital dashboard or Even if you don't have a digital dashboard, you can leave them as they are like gauges, you don't have to worry about them to then replicate the interface that you are used to and apart from the weather, which as I said is not a big shake because you can do it quite easily.
I would feel instantly at home here, so yeah, it's not as different as they probably want you to think. Isn't my game digital? Apple Carplay is very similar, but there is a lot more to it, if you want to get into it, you don't have to, so what else do we have? Yeah, we're going to show you the ambient lighting business, so we go back to our main menu and I think it's in the background. so you don't have to have green, that's weird, pretty cool screens and two different colors, so let's try that, yeah, it's a little better, so that's good, there are some tricked-out ambient lights in this car too, I think I'll try it and I'll show you that I leave some images at night because it doesn't get dark, so around nine o'clock, 9:30 right now, one problem is that the USB ports that I just got used to finding on the cars.
They've changed reliably, they've moved to USB, look, which is much smaller, but that means they can work either way and are more efficient. The problem is that many things I have don't fit. I thank God for the cordless phone. charging is all I can say because I would have been in serious trouble without being able to charge the phone so keep in mind you may need adapters to plug things in. There were a few things I forgot to cover in the original footage, so let's go. put it now because they are very important. The first step is the new digital information display, so it's much more configurable than in 7.5, so it has a few different formats, you can flip through this speed, this is traditional. one is force or front assist and ride assist, this is a full screen map, which is really cool, and this one is speed, so if you're driving in Switzerland, that's probably the one you'll use now.
What I said, this is traditional. If you want to keep it simple like that because some people will find it very shocking, that's fine, but if you want to configure what is on the gauges, you can do that too, so if you want the fuel consumption to be there and if you want a gauge marching there, you can have it and that's very nice and it applies to the other screens as well, so if we go and see well, they're also there on that screen and they're also there on the maps, but that being said. If you want the map full screen you can get rid of it too if you want it to be nice and clear, so yeah I think it's a big step forward and there are no issues with reflections or anything like that. driving it in bright sunlight and it has been absolutely perfect while we talk about screens, yes fingerprints appear on this screen but you also get that 7.5.
I can guarantee that you just keep a microfiber cloth in the car and they clean up with no problem. Another little trick here is to use the interior lights, so see there's nothing to say, that's how you turn them on or off, but that's cool, I mean, they turn on and they're dimmable too. Wow, poor shine, get full shine. that's full brightness that's a little less that's even less again, nice little touch, we covered voice control in the first video, but what I didn't cover is the fact that you don't have to touch the button, you can control voice control doing this.
Hey Volkswagen, I'm hot, so again, that's even better. You don't have to touch any buttons. Another thing is with the browser. I have to do it. I walked into High Street and all that rubbish. You don't need to do that, so let's try this. Hello Volkswagen, take me to Banbury, please give the full address starting with the town Banbury, do you mean family? Yes, please say the street center name so all the other bits like street name and street are removed, so it's really good. Another thing is it knows what seat you're in so if you notice when I said I'm hot I said we're going to make the right front cooler look at this because when you get in the passenger seat and say hello Volkswagen , I'm hot, you know the voice is coming from this side of the car, so I think it's super cool, so now let's talk about the interior, not the technology side, so let me turn off the ignition before it goes flat, okay?
The change ended at the 7.5 mark or this is now not fabric, the edge of the A-pillar is plastic, but it is a pretty nice plastic. I find that they can get quite dirty, so when it's cloth it does, it's not very easy to clean, so it's not like that. Great thing,

honest

ly you don't realize when you're driving on this it's quite a nice plastic, some of it can be very hard. We have very nice mats. I know, it's stupid, but if people talk about there being a cost. -cutting why do we have mats that say I have not only silver stripe but also silver stitching so that's a pretty nice touch, much nicer than a plain matte gray if you really want to feel the quality of this car? playing with these because they are beautiful, then you want the air to go to the left, move it to the left, if you want it to go to the right, towards the driver, move it to the right and then to the right, in the end, they close and you I want to feel them.
I can't really see them on video, but they are lovely. I was a little worried about their placement down there, but they work pretty well. There was a hiss when I got to the car, which could have been the vent opening slightly or something, or maybe the car was just adjusting to use because it was new, like 30 miles on the clock or something, when I picked it up , I hadn't done it today, so I think how much. Justin billed it but it was a bit annoying, yes it sounds like a boiling kettle but yes I think that's turning, now you can have your feet down really well which you can't take for granted they are great for me I'm sure that if I'm really sure you do it nice and high, also the grab handles are wet and if you look at the back, some cars have a hook here on that one, it's actually inside the handle.
I don't remember if it's 7.5 anyway. but yeah, we still have the hook there, if you want to hang it, lift it up and down, sell some double glazing, this is a bit of a pain, so I could get it all done by itself, you know, you can drive without your feet out You pedal quite safely in this car, you have the cruise control working. I like to put my feet behind the seat like this just for a little bit of comfort, but when I got in the car I had to look a little further back first. which means if you are very tall you have problems because there is a box here and this is apparently where the battery is for the mild hybrid system where the electricity that runs the motor is stored when the motors run everything else through the motor. when it's on and off in left hand drive cars guess where it is, yes there so in right hand drive cars they left it in thesame position, which really if you're really tall and you're probably going to have to be like six foot six or something like that, you might find it a little annoying, what else do we have?
Oh yeah, okay, we have to go in the back for this, so be patient, okay, I just don't put the seat in some giants, a position where we have a cell phone storage slot in there and it's probably like the traditional Matt pocket but who has maps these days anyway so it's probably like a tablet pocket and that's for your phone so that's a nice touch and there we have this digital climate control screen though It doesn't really seem to be working but it could be something I've done or it's just taking a bit of time to boot up anyway now, for the moment I've been waiting for, we're going to drive golf in wonderful Warwickshire. country roads well first let's talk about the technology that affects the driving of the Golf Mark 8 and in particular the mild hybrid system within this ETSI model that we have here, it's nothing like a traditional hybrid which is electricity to drive the car and propel it.
The mild hybrid system turns off the engine and then runs everything else: power steering, air conditioning with electricity that comes from braking or coasting. It's stored in the battery here under the seat and it works very well because, first of all, Firstly, the motors are so smooth that you can't tell if they are on or off and it also works very well because it doesn't use a starter motor to restart the Engine, that's a real pain with start and stop systems because you can really feel how it activates and doesn't do that. Only use the starter motor when the engine is cold to start the engine once it has warmed up.
It uses a very special alternator. that can drive the crankshaft, which is super cool, you just don't notice it and then it will be indicated on the dash. So echo, that can mean the engines are off or it can mean you're using cylinder deactivation or it can mean when the engines warm up. above, it won't turn off the engine, but it will idle the engine it likes, the engine will warm up before you can turn it off and then you can use a Bell alternator starter to turn it on, so yeah, that's cool, you've seen my mpg figures above.
I estimate that outside of a highway, the effects would be even greater. It has been used in the Audi a6 and a7 for a couple of years, but they are actually big and heavy cars in Zurich and the effect on this car will be a lot. More obvious about the technology, we have the easy lane assist, which is a little more advanced than in 7.5, it vibrates when it's working. I think it's working now, when you go over the white line it can now read the edge of the road, although it doesn't have a white line it can read barriers and things like that so it's a bit smarter, it's still not perfect.
I think maybe they do it on purpose, so we don't depend on it. You know, there's still a long way to go above the white back. so but yeah it's still nice to have and to be honest I don't think I would turn it off but the technology is adaptive cruise control but the next level is done with adaptive cruise you set the cruise let's say now we do 50. the speed limit here so let's get to 50, if you get into a 40 mile per hour zone the car would just go by but what this car does is it reads the traffic signs and adapts the speed limit to suit , so now it tells me with A 40 mile zone is approaching, 40 miles per hour and little by little some of the speed will be lost.
It's pretty far away, but let's see what happens when we get there. Also on twistier roads it will tell you that a curve is coming and it will do so. It automatically slows the car down for the curve even though the speed limit allows you to go faster, a tricky thing that doesn't seem to work at all well, anyway we're hitting 40 now and we're doing 40 and I. I'm not doing anything, so I like to have my feet under the seat. It just takes me around here at 40 miles an hour. It's a little scary because one day you feel like cars won't be allowed to go beyond the speed limits, but.
I'm pretty happy with those corners being taken at 40, which is fair enough, let's see what happens when we get to 50, will it speed us up to 50? Well, there's a 50 sign and it's just timed now, so come on, my feet are flat against the little box and it's a wick, I'll reward it there, so it's okay now so I've literally been waiting for it's late on a Sunday at night there is not much traffic the weather is good we have some daylight so let's put this market golf to the test on this Jaguar Land Rover test route and let's start with a particularly tight bend where many cars do not wash, so let's hand it over and see what it does, which was remarkably neat.
To remember, this is just a humble style model with 17 inch wheels, but yes it was amazing, really a bit of a squeal, but I thought it would have been a lot worse, so that's good now that we have multi-link suspension on this car . now one would have thought that if they really intended to save money at Volkswagen they would remove little and turn off the torque lights on cars with 150 horsepower, BW, 150 horsepower and a sleeper give us multi-link and that It means we've got super smooth driving, but we have the ability to have a bit of fun at Abbey Road.
Still, now the right is very smooth and you don't really notice it until you get to an intermediate corner, but it does get a little unstable, but other than that, you can still have fun at Abbey Road in very low spec markets like this and it really there's no point telling you about DSG, we press the button and we have paddles and everything you wanted to do, the brakes. Well, that's not always the case with hybrids, where you get edition braking that generates electricity, maybe it's low speeds, maybe when it's cold there's a little bit of fun, but on this type of road right now it's feels perfectly normal, there is a bit of electronic boost.
Plus you get electric which increases the torque and it is a happy car, this car has still only done a few hundred miles and is really fun to drive, much nicer to drive than mine. I didn't find any driving mode, so while it defaults to the eco stuff, almost when you move some paddles, it feels a little more connected than the ones in Eco mode, which is really lethargic, so yeah, it's A much easier car to drive because it's basically eco mode when you want it. be and then you just crumble the paddles and you can have a great Drive yeah yeah I'm pleasantly surprised okay unfortunately my time with the Golf Mark 8 is coming to an end it's been very interesting because I got a lot of borrowing. thanks to the guys at every Kate Volkswagen in Cheltenham.
Now judging by the comments on the first impressions video, there are a lot of people who don't like the Golf Mark 8 and I have to admit that I was one of those people, but that was before I got the keys. of one and sat in it, drove it, played with the technology and now I'm a big fan. The main reason for this is my biggest fear of getting harsh plastics like the top tier in exchange for the technology we have. I really didn't want to, it has proven to be unfounded, the overall quality is what you would expect from a golf, yes some areas have gone down a bit but others have also gone up, and apart from a few minor annoyances which I'm sure I just limited .
This early production car looks just as well put together as the previous ones. The technology is really cool too. The interfaces are great. The highly adaptable virtual cockpit is gorgeous, and yet I'm a big fan, plus it actually drives. Well, which bodes very well for the GTI and our models coming out later in the year and I hope they sort out the styling as well. You might note that this is a base, non-performance spec. I'll go and take a look at an R. line because it also looks much better than this style model. Well, I hope you enjoyed this in-depth review of the Golf Mark 8.
If you have done it as usual, give it a thumbs up, comment too. I'll try. and reply to as many as possible and share it with people you think might be interested and as always please subscribe there as it's been too many years since people have subscribed which won't really help me generate more content from golf on the market. in the future I will see if the next one soon guys
