My dad never knew his father, and my mom never knew his father, so I never knew a grandfather. But if the boy had had the opportunity to go meet them, he would have made me a little nervous. We already know that eventually the natural cycle of life will separate them, but that love of ancestor and descendant, grandparents and grandchildren, is as immense as the ocean itself. The difficult part is that in 15 days they will say goodbye again without knowing when they will see each other again.

My mother has visited us in Canada, my father has not. The last time they saw the child he was very young, children grow very quickly. When there is family separation, grandparents or parents miss out on complete stages in the children's development; At this age their faces change every couple of months; In each age state their giggle is different; Seeing those little laughing faces is something invaluable; When a grandparent or parent misses them it is a hole in the soul. When you have a very strong bond with a person in your family, sometimes it doesn't matter that you are separated for so long, after years you meet again and after 5 minutes it is like you are back where you were.

After so many years that I went to Canada, I remember returning to my house in Chiapas and my mother did not recognize me.
