The body again. And so we become happy. Life is

easy

. From the beginning until now what I have learned are the four basic things: food, shelter, food and medicine should be cheap for everyone. This is civilization. But if you

make

these four things very difficult and difficult for many people to obtain, this is the opposite of civilization. Now we look around for everything that is difficult until we get it. I feel like this era is the least civilized era for humans on Earth. We have many people who have completed their university studies. We have many universities on Earth.

But

life

became

hard

er and

hard

er. Making it difficult for who? Working hard for who now? It feels bad, it's not natural. So all I want is to get back to normal. Be a natural human being, be equal to animals. Birds build a nest in one or two days. Mice dig a burrow in one night. But smart people like us take 30 years to get a house, and many people don't believe they can get a house in this

life

time, so this is a mistake. Why do we destroy our forces, why do we destroy our capabilities to this point?

So I feel like this is enough for me, to live in this unnatural way. Now I try to be normal. While people look at me like I'm abnormal. (Laughs) Crazy. But I don't care, because it's not my fault. It's their fault, they think that way. So my life is

easy

and light now. And that's enough for me. People can think what they want. I have no right to manage anything outside of myself. What I can do is change my way of thinking, manage my mind. Now my mind is light and calm and that is enough. If someone wants to have a choice, you can have a choice.

The choice of whether it is easy or difficult depends only on you. Thank you. (applause)
