It's super easy and delicious. I have four pounds of country style pork ribs in this 10 by 15 baking dish. I have this primary shoulder barbecue seasoning that I will use once this is I don't need to put this in the oven for several hours, but I just put the seasoning on it, cover it with aluminum foil, and put it back in the refrigerator. It will bake in the oven for approximately two hours. add some barbecue sauce right at the end, a couple of vegetable sides and voila, dinner is ready.
I love country style pork ribs because they are usually very affordable. I don't know why, maybe because a lot of people don't know how.
cookthem really well so they stay on the shelf maybe it's a cheap cut of meat not sure but if you cook them low and slow they get so tender and just fall apart I love it I think these are Not so delicate like baby back ribs and are much cheaper. I think I bought them for 1.79 a pound, but I've seen them as low as a dollar 29 a pound and they don't have bones.
