And I think this place is open 24 hours, grab a tray and then you can choose the dishes you want to see. One of the reasons I love coming to a restaurant is because they have a very different selection of different pre-cooked Japanese foods. You had like an entire counter full of different fried foods. But I kept it pretty traditional. This would be a very common breakfast in Japan, some grilled fish. I couldn't resist ordering two types of grilled fish with a bowl of rice, a couple of pickles and then miso soup, what? Some of the food actually sits and cools, so they actually have some microwaving in the front.

We just arrived at this yakitori restaurant. That's cool, and I'm lucky that if they actually have one, they have two tables back here, but most of the seats are set up. Let's spend some time with my family. I'm glad they had an open table.
So we're sitting at the table, although bar counter seating would be the best experience here, but you can hang them all here. We're not going to drill chicken here. They have an oh Arigatou ~ . Thank you. - yes please - people - ah - I thought they have a couple of dishes that are the omakase that the chefs inside and they only give you one dish And it leaves four dishes, which is the main one, it includes a lot of things well, I'm times like that. We had nothing on the course and we continued on. I have, I have to eat The meatball is fantastic It's like a sausage shaped ball You don't need sauce or anything on that and moving on to my next birth, this is chicken gizzard And you can see it has a little bit of blood on it, in fact you can see like some little like bubbles of grilled bubbles, grilled bubbles there, and then maybe some rock that's there. I'm a big fan of kids or kids, one of my favorite organs that has a nice crunchy flavor. It actually even has a mineral taste.
That's like crispy chicken, these look quite greasy and quite crispy. I'm not sure if one of them is chicken skin, and then this one looks like the back tail of the chicken looks like a productive mixture of greasy chicken skin, but it looks like you can see them as crispy bubbles. I'm quite behind I think chicken tails Yes, they are juicy and fatty, but crispy at the same time when grilled. It's as good as it looks. Dark meat chicken, I got a shiitake mushroom in that bite. Smoky, it's salty and I love how they use so little seasoning all of a sudden. It's really about the technique of how it's grown and the quality of the ingredients, including the chicken they use. That's what really makes up you tori special in Japan. I was waiting for the next dish and wondering when it would come because the chicken liver, well, I love chicken liver. This is delicious. You can even see how they arranged it on the skewers. It's like from small to bigger That would be a different part I don't even know how they just say they know the whole anatomy of the chicken and you can see what it's like Inaudi It's actually better if they like it Wow Okay that's The bite of the food there Himself, Paul, has this kind of almost leathery skin around the outside because of the grill, but then on the inside, literally like Bursts, I have a picture in my mind of one of those.
It's called lava cake. Where you open it and juice comes out like liquid chocolate. That's what this liver does in your mouth, except, of course, instead of chocolate. It is liquid. This was a complete surprise to me. I will never say no to eel and then she sprinkled cement with pepper and a skewer in there. It just melts and has a wonderful smoky flavor too. Okay, now thanks, er. And it appears to be chicken breast in nice big pieces. I forgot to mention it, but you can see there's some Wasabi in there too, and that's not just your average piece of dry chicken breast.

Come outside. I didn't even know it was raining here. Oh, I was in chicken heaven in there without even knowing what was going on outside. What surprises me so much about Japanese food in general? Is that how they just take it? Unique ingredients like chicken and they do amazing things with it, but you know I'm a spice guy. I love spices, I love overwhelming spices which Japanese food is not, but I love it because it's so precise. It's great quality and they only focus on the unique paste of those ingredients, but they know how to enhance it very well and Yakitori is a perfect example of that experience in Japanese cuisine which was amazing and that brings us to the end of this food
