I took a quick trip to my beach hometown in New Jersey last week and instead made these. I did gym workouts on the beach at dawn. I've really been mixing and matching different exercises and more or less creating my own mini workouts while traveling. It really clicked that the Center is more about integrating the workouts into your own. lifestyle instead of being super Milton and structured and almost like a punishment, another big change: It's finally summer in New York City and I've been doing a lot of my rooftop training at sunrise. I still try to do my workouts during the early morning hours for me, if I do my workout first thing in the morning it really sets the tone for the rest of my day.
Rooftop and fatalism workouts are primarily high-intensity interval training. I'm a big fan of full body kettlebell training. Moves like snatches, clean front squats, and curl presses, bear crawls are killer. Bear crawls are hands down my favorite workout on the app, if you've never done them before you'll be drenched in sweat after the first set, and so are the classic sensor squats. I've really crushed my core and for cardio I'm doing a lot of jumping rope, which I find much more interesting than running, especially on the rooftop at sunrise, the city is very quiet and my concentration is completely present along with this.
I'm still doing the really heavy weight training part of these workouts in the gym. My initial goal with this challenge was to gain a little more muscle and I've noticed some pretty massive strength gains, especially in my deadlifts, when it comes to meals. I'm still eating a ton, but I have to say I'm eating a lot less than the first 30 days of this challenge. My body naturally doesn't weigh that much, so it's been pretty difficult to maintain that kind of employee intake for 90. I've also been eating a lot more foods that I naturally gravitate toward, like grilled salmon with a big salad, just mixing and matching. recipes on the app rather than sticking to bland chicken breast, but the main takeaway is that What I've had since training with Chris is how important a mindful attitude and hard work is, not just in training. , but also in setting goals in life, manifesting your goals into reality is really possible, it just takes a lot of time and the most important thing is to focus on this.
Experience is proof that your thoughts and actions will attract like-minded people into your life. Whatever you are looking for, it is probably also looking for you if your intentions are pure and you work on it daily using the tools of your mind. and your willpower will create those circumstances that will allow you to achieve your goals no matter how distant or unrealistic they seem, everything is possible, it is only up to you to make it happen. This is running for 90 days like Chris Hemsworth. I am without a doubt in the best shape of my life. I have never felt better physically or mentally in all areas.
I am much stronger at 100%. Yes, I would consider the last 90 days a success. My functional fitness levels are through the roof. Bodyweight resistance exercises such as push-ups. I have seen incredible strength gains in my back. I am now doing Ben Rhodes with 100 pound dumbbells and my arms have become defined and strong. I'm day 1 of this challenge. I was struggling to jump. It broke even for 10 seconds now I can jump rope for 10 minutes easily again Chris. I want to thank you for the inspiration and next time I'm in Australia I'll be sure to get your first serve right.
