Jun 06, 2021
Okay, the moment we've all been waiting for may not seem like much, but I've been through hell to get it all. We have the 164 Netherride blocks we need. Let's leave them all and do. this

beacon

this is a little crazy this is just crazy oh no okay four layers all of netherrite blocks just so we can power a simple

beacon

what are the oldest rubble you've ever had was 10 maybe 36 which would be enough to upgrade every piece of armor and tool, maybe you even had a stack of 64 at one point. Well, what about 5904? Yes, 5904. The exact amount of Ancient Rubble you will need to make a

Netherite Beacon in Minecraft.

This number may seem large. but I guarantee it's much bigger than you could imagine. To make a level 4 beacon, 164 blocks are required and with 9 ingots in each block, this means 1,476 ingots, but this is where things get crazy for just one Netherride ingot, you need four Netherright. scrap and four gold, which leads you to needing 5904 ancient rubble and 5904 gold. I mean, that's crazy, but today I wanted to tell you the story of how I got a

full

netherite

beacon in Minecraft

hardcore

, all legit, no cheats, and all on my own. All it took was wasting over 200 hours of my life and an unimaginable amount of destruction, so first let me go back six months to where it all started, but before I get into the details, like I just said, this video has been a work in progress. for literally over six months and requires between 200 and 300 hours of gameplay, making it the biggest challenge I've ever completed, so do me a big favor and subscribe to the channel.

Good morning guys, my name is Waddy and welcome back to another episode of

hardcore

Minecraft. I can't lie, I don't even know what episode this is. Now, because what I'm trying to accomplish in this video may take a while, so I'll probably start this episode now and it may not be out for months.
i made a full netherite beacon in minecraft hardcore
That's right, this project actually started between episode 11 and episode 12 of this hardcore series which was in April of this year, we have a lot and that's because I've been working on a big project that you guys probably won't hear about from a while, but I just know that I'm working on something big, so I don't know how feasible this will be. Luckily, as of this episode, we just

made

the iron and gunpowder farm, so we now have good access to a lot of TNT, so I guess. Our strategy will be to use TNT, so the first thing we'll do is hopefully fly around and find a desert or somewhere where you can get a bunch of sand and make a bunch of TNT.
i made a full netherite beacon in minecraft hardcore
That's right, I didn't just have to spend. It took me a long time to find the ancient rubble, but I would also have to spend hours and hours getting the resources to make TNT and we were going to need a lot of sand. It would have been great to have found a desert. but to begin with, I had to start destroying any beach I could find just to get some sand. There we go, our first stack of TNT, second stack, third stack, fourth stack, and fifth and last stack, because we're actually out of gunpowder. right now let's go to our nether mine in the nether and see how good tnt's strategy is to find the other right.
I didn't know that the amount of tnt I had was so negligible and that I was going to need a lot more if I was going to actually progress, this is an area that is on and 15 which is where Netherride appears most often so I guess it would be better activate our tnt here, so that's what I'm going to do, let's do it, oh. here we go, I already found some guy, maybe this strategy is as good as people say oh oh, we have more and again, it's not even the same vein, man, what luck, oh wow, now we're at eight oh, yes, we found some more.
To begin with, we had a pretty good start, but the problem with our strategy was that it was too inefficient. He only fired one tnt at a time and at the end of the day he went in all directions in a completely uncontrolled manner. However, I managed to find a more efficient strategy that would see us through the rest of this challenge. But what I'm really here to do is show you the new strategy that I've been using, which I think is the strategy that I'm going to stick with in the end because it seems to be pretty effective.
They are still using TNT, but I start a small chain and distribute the TNT five blocks away, as you can see, it is much more effective. too long to set it up and it works quite well and at the end of the first day we had a pretty impressive amount of ancient rubble, we have 140 ancient rubble, we also managed to get a pile of gold, so the second day begins. and we're going to start by doing a little bit of nothing, if I can land here on our AFK pad I'll just sit here get a bunch of gunpowder and to start the day we'll work on getting a bunch of tnt the second day I was still very motivated mainly because of how naive I was, not knowing what I was getting into.
I started the day destroying another beach and loading TNT. I then returned to the abyss using my new strategy and found a pile of ancient rubble. I probably repeated this cycle a couple of times throughout the day and in the end this is what we had achieved and to close the second day we are sitting on just over six piles of ancient rubble 398 bits of ancient rubble wow oh wow i don't even know if i'll be able to finish this as you can hear, i was finally starting to realize how big of a challenge this really was after spending two full days finding as much ancient rubble as i could.
It was just a measly 6.7 percent of the way there and I know I haven't shown you much of the mining so far, but what you need to understand is that it was hours of effort and I can't put it all in the video and so to really If you have an idea of how much work this took, pay attention to how much destruction it caused in the chasm because it's going to get pretty crazy for the rest of the week anyway. I spent as much time as I could on this. By pretty much repeating the same process all week before the end of the first week, we managed to find a desert which was actually very useful.
Pay attention to what this desert looks like right now because every bit of sand I get from here on out. they will all come from this desert and spoiler alert, it will end up looking pretty destroyed. I'm going to dig up a bunch of sand, fill up all these shulker boxes and my inventory and then I'm going to come home and create a bunch of TNT and Of course it's night, well I thought I'd show you what I've been up to. I mean, it's kind of impossible to show you everything, but you should be able to see as I walk around here.
We have exploded. a lot and I mean a lot from this area, you're just going to have to trust me, I've been at this for hours already and I'll continue to do it for hours, it just goes in every direction, like this is just a tiny little bit and it goes a long way. over there we've come a long way over there we've come a long way over there hey, here we go, we find two now more again, so this is, this is pretty much it. There's not much more to show you, oh my goodness, we found more again.
We're having a lot of luck right now. A couple more hours of explosive mining later and we had finished our first week searching for a Netherite Beacon and I'm not sure how much exactly I had at this point but apparently I had just over 600 but yeah anyway we currently have over 100 ancient rubble, for today we have over 600 ancient rubble, but we want 6 000. Like it's crazy, I'm really wondering if this is worth it, but I honestly want to be one of the first people to do this legitimately, so I won't stop, but let's go straight into week two, use up the remaining TNT from our stash, and be done with this old thing. rubble oh we are getting very close to our first 1000 we are at 980 ancient rubble over the next few days i went out and filled another shulker box full of tnt and i would like to come back with a segment i would like to call how fast can you find 36 ancient rubble? uh the name is still a work in progress okay that's number one here we go hello number two number three I almost missed this one okay number four and another little one hidden away number five we're almost there averaging. one a minute we can pick this up, I'm going pretty slow right now six, well what the hell and number nine 10 11.
We're doing amazing 12 13. and like I say, we found two more, three more. actually a vein of three buddy what's going on 18 19 that's 20 my luck brother here we go 25 26 well another vein of three last five okay 34 two more and we're done oh hello one one more we're looking for one more and we just successfully got another netherrite block there it is, oh and now that concludes this segment of how quickly you can find 36 ancient rubble. We got a time of 31 minutes and 51 seconds, which is pretty fast now if you want to do it. the math 36 ancient rubble is the amount needed for one block of

netherite

and if it took us exactly this long for every 36 we found, it means it would only take us 87 hours to finish the entire beacon now, unfortunately it's not always obtainable.
I'm lucky and there's still time to scavenge for gunpowder and make TNT that you need to take into account, so we still had many hours ahead of us. Well, I went through all the TNT I had and this is our new total. We are very close to filling our first shulker box, and our grand total right now is 1511 ancient rubble. It's pretty interesting, we've discovered the biome of our first basalt delta, but this is a big deal right now because, as I am. about to prove that boom tnt is much less effective in basalt, so I'll have to avoid this biome.
This was my first time mining ancient debris in week 3 and I had already managed to get 100 for today, but the real good news. I also had a lot more TNT. I just want to make it clear that I started a new mine here and just to give you an idea of how long this whole area takes, it lasts a long time here. The space was to find so much ancient debris, which is a lot of ancient debris, but this is also a lot of damn space. I actually didn't record too many clips during the third week, so in the end, this is the progress I

made

.
I did the math, we have 1688 bits of ancient debris as time went on, I started recording clips a lot less and even my motivation for this challenge was waning. I had already put in a lot of time, but we still had a lot to do. Looking ahead, a lot of clips and updates start disappearing and I don't know if it's because I didn't record them or if I deleted them, but one of my biggest regrets is not doing a better job properly. Document this whole process, yeah, it's been a few weeks, probably three weeks or something, since I mined some Netherite, um, but I've been actively collecting TNT, so this is how much TNT we have, about three boxes by shulker. full um so I'm going to use all of this over the next few days um and let's see how much more right we can get out of this.
Our last old rubble mine that I was getting, it took a little while to go through it and it was I'm taking too much time. I've been there for too long so I came here and I'm here to start a new new engine rubble mine, yeah cool this should be good finally our first free engine okay? This is really crazy, I'm not kidding, I just dug up my old ancient rubble extraction site, we've connected just these giant tunnels underground, the craziest thing about this is that this is like a story, like they've literally been months since then.
I've been here, but yeah, I'm still going, we're close to completing the project in 50, which is a big milestone. In fact, I might take it out and try to get to 50 tonight because that will keep me really motivated and this is where it all started to fall apart at the beginning of this challenge, I worked on it every day and then I went to every other day, every week, once a month, but suddenly nothing, I'm sure I managed to cross the 50th milestone, but after this I wouldn't work on the Netherrack beacon again for three months.
It's not even that he didn't want to trust me. I really wanted that beacon, but I had already worked on this project for two months and I had only completed half of it, which means I still had another half left, but the real reason I took this big break is because during all this time I still had to create other content, in fact, the entire time I was working on this nether beacon. I made another 51 videos 74 if you also count the videos on my second channel. I would have loved to put all my attention onNetherright Beacon and do nothing else, but it just wasn't possible, so at this point I had to make the decision. continue making my other videos and I abandoned this challenge, however, the recordings folder of this video was always there tempting me, titled Netherright Beacon, reminding me of this idea and three months later I came back more motivated than ever and we were going to finish this beacon.
Okay, I can't lie, I don't remember the last time I was working on this project, it seems like it was probably months ago, it's been a while, it's been a long time, but I'm back. First I collected sand so I could make a whole new batch of TNT and then we will go back to mining ancient rubble, so after filling my entire inventory with sand and making almost two shulker boxes full of TNT, I went back to it and throughout the week I used up my entire stash of TNT leaving us with a lot ancient rubble.
We have reached another milestone. We have filled another shulker box. This is our second shulker box full of ancient debris heading into next week. I wanted to go bigger and better so I started by collecting over three shulker boxes full of tnt and I found that collecting this amount of tnt to start would really help me progress as I could work for 10 hours straight some days without stopping this week . Definitely the turning point in this challenge and it's where I started to believe I would actually make it. There were several days this week where I did nothing but mine ancient rubble all day and it was worth it because just a week later we had managed to complete an additional 20 of the project, okay I'm less than 10 away from reaching the milestone of 4,000 ancient rubble, so this here is four thousand and this is four thousand one, damn it, and more here also four thousand. and two four thousand three four thousand four it's been a day or two since the last clip and uh yeah we're officially at 75 percent our total right now is up to 4452 so if the three in a little shulkers that we had from tnt i We have finally used it all and with a final update we added another 42 to our count and this brings our total to a clean 4710, it's just under 80 percent, so from here our plan is to return to the overworld for the first time. once in a I've been here for a long time and I think I'm just going to farm a huge batch of TNT, maybe like four shulkers or something.
I think that should be enough to get us pretty close to doing it. With approximately 20 left to collect, we were less than two weeks away from completing what I set out to accomplish six months ago. I did exactly what I said, collecting another large amount of TNT, so here we are back in the abyss. I have accumulated four. shulker boxes full of tnt and again spending dozens of hours during the week doing nothing more than digging tunnels, laying a line of tnt, letting it explode and then repeating it over and over again, and it's probably also important to mention that at this point I had already gotten more than enough gold to make the Netherride Ingots from mining the gold and the Nether as I went, this actually brings our total to 4904 Ancient Rubble, another day, another batch of Ancient Rubble, now we have filled our third shulker box with this stuff, so that means our total is now five thousand 5185, so I started today by finding about 170, so our total is now 5598 and it means we're only 300 away, very okay just another quick little update we found another one. 72 ancient rubble, this is actually the last piece of TNT we have, so whatever we get from this batch will be our total.
We're back, we've used up all our TNT and once again we've found 72 Ancient Rubbles. 5742 ancient rubble this was it, it came on the last day after starting this six months ago, we were finally going to finish one of the biggest achievements you can complete in

minecraft

, making a complete netherite beacon, we had less than 200 ancient rubble so , of course, I began. I started by making another shulker box full of TNT and then did it again once I started, nothing could stop me because I was so excited to finally end up with just under 100, we are currently at 5872, we just need 32 more bits. of ancient rubble and we're done, let's go 29 27 24 22 21 15 17 16 15 14 13 6 5 4 3 2 okay, that's something perfect, isn't it literally one away from having enough to make a complete lower right beacon that we need? literally one more this really isn't going to be just one there it is this could be perfect this could be literally perfect that's it with that piece over there now we have our grand total of 5904 ancient rubble but we weren't done yet We were tasked with making the beacon and besides smelting and turning all of our ancient rubble into netherite blocks, there were still a couple more things we needed to do, so quickly, if we're going to make a netherite beacon, we're going to have to kill another Wither , so the other thing is we're going to need a place to put this beacon and I mean, we're just not going to put another beacon right in the middle of nowhere we need something pretty big, pretty epic, you know what I think, that could do, so I went ahead and smelted all my ancient remains into netherrite scrap and then started crafting it all into netherite ingots and I have to say this.
Part of it was quite sad seeing 6000 blocks turned into just a thousand ingots made it seem a lot less impressive and even more so after turning everything into blocks, but anyway, just when I thought I was done, I realized that something is that I still have to do enough. I hope my math is enough, why are we short? wait why are we short no I didn't think I had enough good I don't know where I went wrong because I swear I did the math like 100 times but we have seven blocks left so in conclusion I need to go back to mining ancient rubble oh my god I can't believe that be back here right now, okay, so 252 of my ancient debris was gone and yes, I was very angry, but the feeling of being done was too good to let this slow me down any further so I stayed up all night and within the next 24 hours we had discovered another 251 ancient rubble, oh bingo ok that should be it if my calculations are correct and once again we were done, funnily enough this actually raised my total to 6160, I mean I'm looking at it and it hasn't gone anywhere yet so I think we're safe, well that's just a stack of netherright in seven blocks exactly. what we needed, oh we also had the bullion left over, well the moment we were all waiting for, it may not seem like much, but I've been through hell to get it all.
We have all 164 Netherride blocks. what do we need, let's leave them all this is a little crazy this is just crazy do I have enough math on this did I build this too big oh no okay four layers all of netherrite blocks just so we can power one? simple beacon and just as an additional flex we need to feed it with the lower one I didn't understand it it's already done we've actually done it what why did I do why did I do this why why did I do this and that's the story of how I got a complete lower beacon In Minecraft hardcore all it took was a lot of hours of leaving my computer on overnight to generate more gunpowder, a lot of time digging up this whole desert leaving it like that and there were actually three different locations I used to mine for ancient rubble in the chasm and they are all Ridiculously huge, the amount of destruction this required is truly incredible.
Look, I know a lot of people are probably skeptical right now that I did all of this legitimately without cheating and I understand that because I barely showed anything. of the process in this video, but I hope that the sheer amount of destruction not only in the abyss but also in the overworld is proof enough that I made every piece of TNT legit and extracted every piece of ancient rubble without cheating, but hey If you still don't believe me, there is a video linked in the description where I just run through my old raw rubble mines so you can see how big they were and how much effort it took to get 5904 ancient rubble legitimately.
This has been the craziest thing I've ever tried to accomplish in Minecraft and I'd like to thank you all for watching it.
