We are hungry to be a part of something bigger than ourselves, but we can't even answer the question of what it means to be an American today the woke left takes advantage of that void they tell you that your race your gender and your sexual orientation rule who you are, what you can achieve and what you can think this is psychological slavery and that has created a new Culture of Fear in our country that has completely replaced our culture of free speech in the United States and that is why today I announce my candidacy for the presidency of the United States.

This is not just a political campaign, it is a cultural movement to For me, create a new American dream for the next generation, the American dream means that you believe in the merit of getting ahead in this country, not because of the color of your skin but by the content of your character and your contributions, it means that you believe the people we choose to run the government are the ones who actually run the government not a federal bureaucracy that is growing like a national cancer that is now metastasizing in the private sector it means that the best ideas win instead of being censored means you don't have a choice between speaking your mind freely and putting food on the table means you believe these ideals form the backbone of the largest nation on Earth than the rest of the world yet considers as its example, not the Soviet Union in the last century. and not in this communist China either, that is the new American dream.

Ask yourselves if you believe in these ideas. I think most of you do. I think most of you believe that your neighbors believe too, although you can't be sure because they don't. feel free to talk more about that, you may not agree with each other on corporate tax rates or whether ivermectin treats covid, but those are details where we still agree on the most fundamental principles of our nation, at least most of us still are. The goal of the ruling party in this country is to convince us that we are divided why so that they can accumulate more power for themselves, well, you know, I have a dream that we can become one people again, we have become so obsessed with our diversity and our differences that we all forget about.
