Feb 18, 2020I am proud to say that I am Franklin Templeton because every day when I wake up in the morning I arrive at work and I am surrounded by a group of people who have integrity of ambitious curious doers that come to mind when someone assigned contemporary distrust and integrity. that everyone is working to make the customer have a great experience the tremendous amount of integrity that we have in people the people that work here is in the culture of the DNA of something like that you don't have to advertise I think it just comes through our customers, trust us.
I'm Franklin Templeton. To me, it means I'm part of over eight thousand customer-focused employees who are focused on delivering the right solutions to our global customers to be able to tell my customers that we have offices in over 35 different countries representing 85 % of world GDP, but also that we can really support that with the infrastructure that we have fantastic to have the resource is from a global company and be able to take those resources and apply them locally in every decision making in our David eggs from the factor of escalation It always comes to me when I see someone smile over the phone you know they're happy, they're satisfied and they're truly grateful for what they're getting when I tell them I'm Franklin help me that means really caring about the people for whom that you are working on our case, that they would be financial advisers and their clients, our shareholders, but it is also the way to that we care about how we work with each other which helped them when I work with my clients.
I don't really consider myself a salesperson. we're not really trying to sell our funds to people what we're trying to do is try to solve problems for them what i'm saying i'm thanking someone i feel like i'm part of the team of people worldwide who are trying to do the right thing by the customer is treated because we are you k now it takes years to build trust, but you can lose it overnight and i believe that is something very close to the heart of every employee at Franklin Templeton. You know the customer experience on mobile and how we bring Franklin to those devices in a real way.
Shockingly, it's a great opportunity for technology and business to address these issues and it's a fun time. I think the employees at Franklin Templeton are very special.
