makemy delicious Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup from scratch. This recipe serves 8 to 10 people. Not only is it a traditional winter comfort food, but now it's absolutely delicious. I have other

souplet's start with our ingredients you will need 3lbs of
chickenthighs 12oz of egg
noodles unsalted butter 2 large organic whole carrots and 12 ounces organic frozen green peas for your seasonings you will need a yellow onion celery garlic some fresh thyme and bay leaves for your additional seasonings you will need some sea salt accessories Toni seasoning creole now if you don't have this you can use it as doran's creole seasoning or a set amount of cajun seasoning as well you will need some poppadoms from the chef buy magic onion powder garlic powder cayenne pepper and some black pepper and there we had let's go straight to chop a yellow onion rinse the celery before chopping chop three stalks of celery here I have five cloves of garlic chop the garlic until minced here we have some fresh thyme remove the leaves from the stems of time here we have a tablespoon of thyme leaves chop the thyme leaves until they look like coarse crumbs rinse the carrots before chopping toss the carrots into quarter slices add the chicken thighs in a colander rinse under cold water pat the chicken thighs dry with napkins if they have any sort of excess fat that we have transferred to our chicken in a large bowl add three teaspoons Tony Criollo Sherry Seasoning 2 teaspoons from chef alfred all sports magic 3 teaspoons onion powder and 3 teaspoons garlic powder with your hands cover it cough seasonings on three chicken thighs three over medium-high heat now let's brown our chicken thighs in a large saucepan add three tablespoons of unsalted butter, spread the butter along the bottom of your pan, let the butter melt, add the chicken thighs allow to brown for three minutes on each side after the chicken has been browned turn off the heat we will need your chicken thighs and place them on a serving plate now we are going to make our chicken stock a medium-high heat in a large pot add three quarts of water now we are going to add some seasoning add one cup chopped yellow onion 1 tablespoon minced garlic 3 teaspoons sea salt 2 teaspoons tony satura Creole seasoning 2 teaspoons carbon poppadoms 4G magic 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp fresh thyme and 4 bay leaves stir all ingredients together allow to simmer add chicken thighs stir quickly cover with lid allow to simmer for one hour and 10 minutes it has been 1 hour and 10 minutes now and, as you can see our chicken broth has been cooked exactly how we want it. minutes add your chicken broth into a mesh strainer with a medium bowl underneath and ask for those seasonings that are inside your mesh strainer you can rule out that in this bowl you should have two quarts of
homemadechicken broth here we have a thigh remove the skin and fat from the chicken thigh - using a fork remove the meat from the bone of the chicken thigh using a fork shred your chicken and this is what it looks like when we are done now lets make our chicken noodles le soup Preheat the heat over medium-high heat in a large pot add your two quarts of chicken broth and to that we're going to add two cups of water stir quickly let it come to a simmer add 1 and 1/2 cups chopped celery and 1 cup and 1/2 chopped carrots, mix all ingredients together, cover with lid, let simmer for 6 minutes, it's been about 6 minutes, now give it a quick stir, add 7 ounces, that's 3 and 1/2. cups egg noodles mix all ingredients cover with lid simmer for 4 minutes about 4 minutes have passed now stir quickly add shredded chicken and 1 cup frozen organic peas mix all ingredients cover with lid bring to a boil simmer for five minutes it's been about five minutes now and our Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup is done look how beautiful turn off the heat let it cool for five minutes before serving for best results serve it the next day so it the flavors keep liquidating and increasing ove Tonight here is the final presentation and there you have it Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup made from scratch if you like my channel press the subscribe button press the bell button if you want to be notified of my videos you can also see this recipe my recipes at www.shawnacoronado.com you can also find me on facebook and instagr am by the name of charlie cooking andrews stay tuned for charlie's taste tests this is next ah now it's time to go ahead and take a bite man it has wonderful chicken flavor and you can savor the taste of the whole season that we have added all the veggies chicken and noodles are nice and tender and don't overcook and best the carrots celery and green peas the chicken and the new boost literally soaked up that chicken broth absolutely delicious.
