I'm just going to show you some of the most common ones here on the left: the blue one is the springy brush and it's just a cheap hair brush next to it and here we have a factory brush with very, very soft details. I have the tiny little one. woolly wheel which is quite useful on alloys and even soft tipped toothbrushes useful for the face of the alloy wheel. I'm going to use the Maguire's of versa brush. I also have the cheap brush I can use for the face which is good for tires and this heavy duty shine brush which is specific for tires.

You can also use a cheap synthetic warm wash mitt to wash the face of the alloy we'll be putting behind those spokes. A very important tool is a good barrel brush. I have two soft microfiber ones that I could use in this video. This is a detail brush that I used to get the arch in. This is another alternative to barrels that will come loose and he said the more aggressive nylon ones are fine. access and the mini, a little bit easier, is a really useful brush and finally guys, take note of these three

car, they are extremely cost effective and extremely powerful so you obviously don't need all of this. I'll link it all in the description and then you can go and take a look at the things that are of interest to you and finally, before you start washing the car, fill all your buckets with water, put all your tools outside the pressure washer , get everything ready to go, very important guys in the cold winter, two months, you should start as Your first step is to cover the car with snow foam, including the wheels, arches and the entire body, let it sit for up to ten minutes and then peel it off;

However, in the spring and summer months, conditions obviously still hold. for a change, it might be in your interest to just presoak the wheels and arches first, quickly presoak, then go back to the first alloy and peel off, then clean that alloy on the next alloy, peel off, clean that alloy, work it around the four allies and after you have finished the alloys, pre-soak the car for five minutes because you cannot move around and clean these alloys, if you have all the pre-wash in the car, there is a risk of it drying out. and then creating sort of soap stains and things like that, so keep that in mind in the summer and spring, so here you can see me removing all the prewash suds from the car, this removes a lot of the loose dust from the brakes of the car.

Guys, when you go back and do the contact phase, you are making contact with less abrasive dirt, which will reduce the amount of scratches in the finish of your alloy wheels and here you can see me using a wheel arch brush. Just for scrubbing the carpet, like the wheel arch liners, which are a real pain to clean because I do this regularly, they don't pick up too much dirt. You can also apply a little more product here because I'm going to go ahead and do the same thing. Clean the contact after this, you'll notice it here too guys.

I think they keep the shaft of the brush against the alloy so it can't accidentally catch the paint when they are pulling it in and out, which helps them move. there and clean a little faster, the next guys, you can see me using the iCade pump sprayer with the HD All Purpose Surface Cleaner at a ratio of 1 to 10. You can also just wouldn't use a normal trigger sprayer. It really depends on personal preference. It looks pretty good here. I'm getting a lot of lubrication, but maybe I'm also using more product than I need, but this is so cheap.

Who cares so little about personal preference? You can see what I do. I'm doing it and you can vary it however you want, so these alloys are pretty well maintained, so I'm using the soft woolly worm brush. You can use whatever barrel brush you want, but the main thing is that you can see it go in. there and get behind the clamp and really let me clean this up. If you're in the trade you're going for, you'll want to use a more aggressive brush on alloys that haven't been clean in a while again. I'm just using Maguire's Versa facial brush.

I have a review on this, it gives you good coverage guys, but there are a million different brushes and like I say, everything I'm going to use I'll link to in the description. I'm also using the Fat Fat Viking Flat Face will brush because my alloys again are pretty good clean so I don't need to scrub them with the aggressive heavy duty shaman brush so I just whip them once with this nice soft brush and that's it . All I need to do guys is just a little channel on this alloy wheel. I know it well and if you don't go in there with a smaller brush like you see, see how I do it here when you finish rinsing this alloy and drying it.

Later on you might find this little brake dust channel that gets lost with the larger brushes, so I'm just using a smaller brush to go in and clean that channel and also to clean the lug nuts, but I've got the other million of tools to do that so basically I did it inside the cylinders behind the calipers holding the spokes the whole Annalee wheel is clean and now I'm going to rinse off all this dirt and detergent because I keep these alloy wheels are reasonably regular and reasonably good. I can use a product like surf Another thing to consider is maybe every four to eight weeks or every third wash after cleaning the alloys, just go over them with a little rain remover on the barrels and on the face, try not to get it on the brake. the discs won't do anything and that will keep the consequences at bay.

Alternatively, you could simply pre-wash most of the dirt with the automatic wash and instead of washing with Surf XA HDM brushes, you could use a consequence remover wheel cleaner in one. It is a bit excessive to use these products in every wash, they are expensive and not necessary, as you can see on my alloy it does not come on because it is well maintained, so you leave the rain remover there for five minutes and then it benefits from a bit of contact to help further dislodge all the foreshadowing particles that are in the bed and then when they are done they cover it up, peel it off again and that wheel is now washed.

The bad news is that they have three other wheels. to do it, repeat that

, go there, you should do these wheels in probably about three or four minutes each, guys, you want to get all the dirt out of there real good, most of the time, if I'm feeling energetic, I'll do it . just kneel if I'm feeling a little lethargic. I could grab a chair and sit down and go a little slower, but I want to get the wheels done quickly so I can get on with the rest of the car. I would also take this opportunity, just brush the inside of the exhaust a little and again if you do this regularly this alone can keep them clean so after cleaning the wheels cover the car and foam with snow.

I have about five or ten minutes of dwell time in the summer of spring before this happens. I have to keep an eye out and you can take advantage of this time if the cars are reasonably well maintained and do some brushing work and brush out some of the crevices, although you may want to do that during the shampooing

Road film it doesn't take long to stay on and you peel it off quickly and then you put snow foam on it and let it soak for five to ten minutes and like I say when you have a lot of RO film some cutting times that can It would be beneficial, it's not very often I do that guys, and that's really like a very high level of caution, because they take paint that's in very good condition, where it's important that they get as much dirt off the car as possible. as much as possible before you go in with the contact line, so when you're rinsing the car, guys, there's two things to think about, one is obviously getting all that product out of the car as quickly as possible. a contact wash after this, so keep that in mind, but obviously they want to clean all the major panels and get that product off the car that will help reduce the kind of soap stains and water spot problems and things like that, we also thought , guys.

I will not consider if there are areas where there is actually road film on that car and I will use the pressure washer now after the detergents have been soaked in that road field just to remove a little more of that product now that the car is pretty. clean in this example, but a lot of times, especially in the winter, you'll just benefit from using that pressure on the lower areas to remove some of that, obviously you don't want to get too close to the car with these pressure washers because you see chips under the stuff. clear coat and you can remove the paint, so you just have to understand the tool you're using and use it appropriately here you can see the name of the game of doing this prewash, the guys remove the dirt from the panel so that when you're I'm going to make contact, There's no dirt there that could scratch the paint, obviously don't touch it, like I'm doing in this video.

Everything will be corrected when you machine polish later. Another important thing that guys use built-in hambo. Automatic foam is much more powerful. and, in my opinion, more effective than most pH neutral snow foams, I move on to contact washing. I would recommend you guys get larger, proper detailing buckets, one foot to hold the laundry soap mixture and another to rinse the mitt. variety of grit guards we've covered in the channel that are worth investing in just to provide a barrier between the heavier dirt at the bottom of the bucket and your washing medium. The next question is which wash pad, wash mitt or wash medium you should now use which is safest.

I've spent days testing laundry media for a magazine article with

detailers. The answer: which is the safest? Guys, you are all adults, choose the one you prefer most of the time, this is how you use them. but first I'll give you some very quick tips: the standard Chanel microfiber glove, one of the cheapest options out there and, without going into details, due to lack of time, it may also be the safest, so this is one. very strong recommendation on a cheap and very safe washing glove. Next up, one of my personal favorites, is the Madness Incredi Microfiber Pad, a small sponge pad covered in a strange type of microfiber that releases dirt very well and this pad holds up and lasts a long time. a microfiber offering that's a little different again, personal preference comes into play guys, but it's something I really like.

The next myth is an offer from automotive

s. It's a real lamb heat, it's very soft, very hairy and I think it's very safe. Once you've corrected the paint, the downside is that the dirt that gets on this flesh is a lot harder to get out, so it's a little harder to maintain, but if you can really feel and control the pressure you put on with this lamb wool glove and I have a lot of faith in it. I think it is a good product. Another popular option is the Duke wash pad and another lambswool one that is very popular with professionals.

It is an expensive product but it is a very soft lambswool. High quality and definitely lasts longer, the highest quality wool blendlamb, in fact, you can use it and abuse it on camera and it will continue and finally, the guys always have some of these cheap one pound synthetic wool wash pads to clean areas of the car that we don't want to throw away your main glove fill it with dirt which was talked about many times on the channel I don't think synthetic wool is as safe as the other washing medium, in fact I have seen it with my own eyes during testing, but it can still be done use to good effect, finally, a few other things that are very important to me, a hog hair brush or the factory detailing brush that I am using here, a microfiber cloth and also some cheap sponges, guys, I won.

I won't be using the sponges much to clean the pipes, but they are very useful for all kinds of things when you clean cars and they only cost about P50 so we are ready to go now guys dose the a. right amount of shampoo in the bucket and wash it with a pressure washer to get a nice thick lather, and there is nothing magical here, guys. I start from the top. I'll use light pressure. I try not to do circular motions and always tend to have the small brush in my hand too because that's just as important for getting into the nooks and crannies, so things like how much fun you have with your glove and how long it takes before you wash your glove or your sanitary pad, you don't.

I don't need any youtuber to tell you that stuff guys it's just common sense when you want to change your wash mitt because you feel like it has picked up dirt do it, what I would say is wring out that mitt or wash pad to get the most out of it. part of the dirty water and then dip it into the rinse bucket and try to wash off some of the dirt and when the glove is clean, pick up a little more product. Do you need to have two cubes? Do you need to have three cubes?

Is it necessary to have multiple myths? Things like that, guys, the best person to decide is you. Once I've invested the time to get a car's paint job right, I'll also invest the time to try to keep it looking good. on a car that I haven't invested the time in when I'm not prepared to like the Gulf, then my washing process could literally be 10 minutes, um, throw a bucket of soap and water on it and that's nothing bad, guys. again, go back to what you want to do, there's nothing right or wrong, there's just how much time you want to spend and there's a level of caution you need to be the kind of controller or judge you know, okay, so go back.

To wash this out, guys, as you can see, I'm trying to make sure I make contact with every part of the panel, especially the parts that are lower down, you can miss some of this stuff if you're lazy and here. You can also see why this brush is so important to get into areas that I can't hit with the glove and basically I'm going to go around the car and try to get as much dirt off of everything as possible, the key things. What I mean is that it can be hard to see the dirt if you wash it well beforehand, but it still benefits from that contact to change the things that you can't see if you skimp on the contact phase of cleaning your car when you get to dry off. and things like that, the more dirt there is in there, the more they can do it, so it's very important, guys, even if the car looks clean, to take the time to do the contact phase thoroughly and carefully, as I mentioned before, the Microfiber towels can be great. to clean certain areas on the fuel filler caps I always like to run the wiper blades over them with just a little wiping to get the grease and slime off and sometimes guys it's just a quick wipe one more time of the surface of the tire because The microfiber cloth will remove a lot of grease and dirt, obviously the towels are made for the day because it is very dirty and of course, guys, you must want it from time to time, clean the runoff areas as you can see and inside the door cards, if they are not very dirty, usually a nice soft brush like this one is ideal.

Of course you can use a microfiber cloth if necessary and guys there are nice optional extras you can just quickly clean the glass with McGuire's wash plus abrasive shampoo or you can do a full glass cleaning procedure after your car is dry, it's up to you, but it's good to clean the little things that are stuck to the windshield and I found it many times. just cleaning my glass this way and then drying it with a towel keeps it at a good level and again it's very important guys the final rinse you really need to get all those soaps and detergents out of your car stay tuned to any type of small bubbles that are on the surface of the panels after you have rinsed them because it is very easy for there to be detergent floating around that you will not see until it is dry, if you do not remove it all, you can have like a white film and stains of soap and all kinds of problems that you can also see here guys.

I always take a little time to rinse those gaps in the panels to get rid of some of the detergents that are underneath, which is really important and get rid of that hatch and everything really get all the detergents out of the car before I get in and take it out on the next stage, the final rinse is very important, step 3 is drying, so mainly for speedsters, I like to use their twisted loop or warp towels which are very popular. now a double sided one with all the fibers or strands in the mouth, kind of like twisting it into little loops and that means it doesn't get stuck in the car, it doesn't grab, so you don't use them for polishing. you use them to place them on a panel and slide them quickly to absorb water in this video.

I'm using the orange one to detail the twisted loop and it offers why, because it's double sided, it's the right size, it's from Korea which is the highest quality and it's the best price on the market. I'm also going to use an air blower, in this case the big friend just to get the water out of the alloys, the cracks, the sinkholes, the runoff areas, the door getting stuck, all those things now in the In winter, when It's cold guys I would use this first and blow into all the cracks and then dry it with a towel in the summer or spring when it's hot you have a limited amount of time the priority is to get 99% of the water out of those. panels before it dries and then blow with this tool that reduces the biggest risk, which is water drying and water spots, so always adjust your technique to your environment, that's the only good thing.

I also tend to pack about ten of these little things on Korean supersaurus towels which are really useful again for closing doors and other areas. They are a softer towel that you can make a little more contact with than the wall plate once a good friend Jin Bays and all that kind. of stuff again, you'll never get all the water out with air, so this can just clean out the stuff that's left. Really nice high quality Korean towels and again cheaper than most brand name mini Chinese drawing drying towels. If you like a really good product, okay guys, just a few little things to mention before we end this video.

Cammy se coach exterior finishing spray is a detailing descaling spray, so if you have some pretty heavy water stains left on your car after washing it with this product. usually he will eliminate them, it is quite effective. I checked it on the channel if they are lighter, like soap and water stains after washing. Sometimes you can use normal detailing sprays, whatever you use. Now is the time to return. around your car with some clean microfiber cloths on your detail, spray, wipe the panels, remove finger marks, smudges and little bits of water, that's how I use the details, not so much as a drawing sort of thing , when the car is soaked.

Although some people use them that way and now is the time to take a quick look at your car, make sure you're happy with how well you've cleaned it, there's a good chance you've missed some parts, guys, it's not the end. from The world is what you will never look around you. You may want to coat your tires now, so a really good refresher is to have the car boost down to one to one or three to one if you just want to use it each time. fantastic product here. I'm just noticing that there are some water spots on the pillars that are going to be taken care of, so I'll go over that with some FSC.

I'm very happy with how clean the wheel arches are now. The detail brush is easier. Good job cleaning up those carpet type entrances in the arches, so I always tend to try and check around there and the alloy wheels look pretty nice and clean moving around the back of the car, there's not a lot that can go wrong on the La rear of the car, the glass might have some signs of sloping, but if I look at the exhaust tips, they are not detailed clean, they could use a little polish there just to get that last bit of soot.

So it's something to think about maybe for next time or if I'm feeling adventurous, go and do it now. The rest of the car looks pretty good. The glass looks clean, no water spots, so I won't make a dedicated glass. Clean this car. I haven't cleaned the interior either and normally when I clean a car I clean the interior first but it's too much to try to film this video and clean the interior so I'll make another video on cleaning. the interior of the car, another point, as you can see, the car looks pretty sexy, pretty clean, it was washed well and nothing was wrong, let's finish this video before my brain turns off and if your brain hasn't turned off yet . well done for making it through this long time guys, thanks so much for watching such a quick recap.

Prewashing is very important if you are trying to preserve the finish of your car. The car foam recommendation with built-in hammer is really good. It will make a difference if you are currently using a pH neutral shampoo, it will make a difference. I am all these products that I recommend to you.
