This is just telling you what I did and if you are going to

I repeat, I didn't eat anything and if I did eat anything, it was more of a chicken broth and that was the case for two whole weeks. I lost a lot of weight really fast and it's ridiculous and that's not the way I'm going to go this time, guys, because that's how it was. It's not healthy, I mean of course I saw results quickly, but by not eating you will definitely gain weight much faster and more when you start eating again, so when I lost those 20 pounds, I gained quite a bit in the whole event. everything is back now except the pounds and even when I lost this when he knows I was still where I want to be I want to get down to 130 like 130 or so so for that I need to lose 41 pounds which I can definitely do it is very doable and I want to do it for summer, honestly, at least June 1st at the latest, that's when I want to get it out of my body and all because summer is coming, I don't know if we'll do it. just extra weight on me.
I told everyone that liking that I have all this extra weight on me is something I'm not used to. I was doing this big until I broke things like yeah, so I mean having all this extra weight. It doesn't make me feel good, it makes me feel gross all the time, it makes me feel like I'm not really insecure, but in a way I guess that's what you'd call it, but yeah, so I'll tell you how. I'm about to take this weight off my shoulders and I'm doing it the right way, so the first thing I'm going to do is do intermittent fasting, which means I'm going to eat for eight and fast for sixteen, so the eight hours.
What I chose to do is from 12 to 8, so I start eating around noon and finish the email at 8 p.m. and I'm also drinking 1 gallon of water a day, that's 8 bottles of water a day if you have 16.9 ounce bottles because you need 128 ounces of water to make one gallon. Yes, I have been doing it. I've been filling out my couplet. Actually I think it's a little more than that, but I've been feeling ugly. I've been drinking 8 of those a day and today I actually drank four bottles of water and I have to make 4 more when I finish this video so while I'm editing these again I'll put 4 more bottles in but that's another way I'm going to do it because, believe it or not, just drinking a gallon a day will lose a lot of weight.
I'm trying to tell you. I've seen a lot of people do it and there's no exercise right now, so drinking a gallon of water a day on intermittent fasting is also another thing, eliminating bread like I don't have bread and if I eat bread, it'll be like whole wheat and bread with a lot of seeds and I don't eat white bread, or any white bread, I mean brown rice instead of white rice, now another thing is that I am trying to eliminate sugars like any sugar I am trying to eliminate them, if I add sugar , it will be brown sugar or sugar supplements like stevia and stuff like that, but that will be weird because I don't really drink coffee like I mentioned, so I probably won't even do it.
That other thing is that I'm going to be Ian mainly vegetables and fruits and I'm not going to eat any major beef. Major beef does a lot for your body if you haven't heard of it or read about it or anything go check it out. because I RIT a lot, everyone says it's not good at all and it digests much slower than turkey meat, but I don't even eat turkey meat, I just strictly eat chicken and seafood, so that's the investment . of fruits and even vegetables, even fruits have a lot of sugar, so watch the amount you eat, although fruits have many benefits in eating them, if you eat too much, that can't be healthy either, just like with water if you drink too much water It can be potentially dangerous for your body so now even the sugars I'm not eating fried foods like I have been eating fried foods honestly I eat fried chicken and things like I don't eat anything because everything I eat is baked or grilled. or pan-fried if I eat if I want a burger if I want a burger if I'm craving a burger I'm eating veggies based on you' I'll see that in my meal prep video tomorrow when I upload it, so you'll see.
I just got the burgers over there and they were pretty good or you can get the Impossible from Burger King but it has white bread so I wouldn't really recommend it unless you want to keep braiding and dieting don't think I'm drinking their water so No juices, no teas except green tea. Green tea is really good for you. No coffee unless you like black coffee, but I can't drink anything in it and if you have to put something in it then put like unsweetened almond milk in it. I think I'm going to try it because they're like zero light and the coffee completely clears me up, so if I do that.
It's going to be kind of like a blue moon um another thing I'm going to do is a detox. I'm going to get the cinnamon pieta from Walmart. It's like 798. I forgot to summarize today when I was there, so I'm going to learn something from that. Another thing is that I'm going to start walking every, I'm not going to say every morning because I don't know if it's going to be every morning or every afternoon, but I'm going to start walking. walk at least an hour a day and another thing I really want to try is the yoke which is a good way to lose weight.
I don't know that yoga is really good, but you have to be very patient with yoga, you have to be really in tune with yourself. I think so. I need to align my chakras before I do that, so maybe not yoga yet, but I think I'll try some beginner yoga videos like on YouTube or something, but that will be doing the tour without fried foods, I'm not sure. No bread, basically anything, white food is not good for you. Well, to lose weight this way now, if you want to gain weight, do it all, but to lose weight, no, you need brown rice, you can sweet potatoes, you need brown sugar like that. but let me see what else I'm going to do with water, which is pretty much diet and exercise and another thing I want to add to the video and you all might think it's very strange or you might not be a religious person or I think it's really a cliché or nonsense, but I'm going to be honest with you, pray, pray a long time ago, all you have to do is ask the Lord to give you the strength, to give you the ability and to help you along the way, because if you don't . have faith in doing it, you're not going to do it, you can't do anything in life without the Lord, you know, it doesn't matter, I'm going to go into a whole Bible lesson, but yeah, honestly, prayer water, not fried foods, no sugar, no white foods. some kind of yoga for walking, honestly i think you need to do some kind of exercise, if you don't want to walk you need some kind of exercise at home, but im going to try walking besides exercising, so why do yoga for me ?
Why I might do some sit-ups or some jumping jacks or some high knees or I might combine some exercises some days because some days you want to do more than others, which is actually a good thing, but? You don't want to work too much, so you want to make sure you stretch for at least 20 minutes before doing any type of exercise, but yeah, I'm going to do that and one other thing: sleep, sleep, helps you lose weight, get enough sleep. it really helps you lose weight and even after a certain amount of time it doesn't help you lose weight you see your path fall instantly I'm trying to tell you that you are just doing the right thing with your body how your body responds to this what you need to find out whatever be your The body responds, so your body might respond better to walking instead of running, but yeah, honestly, what you need to do is figure out what your body responds best to and do it, so I'm going to go ahead and finish this video. right here I hope you enjoyed the video don't think it's a like comment subscribe and share and leave your
