HOW EASY IT IS TO STEAL ANY MOPAR, CHALLENGER, CHARGER, RAM, OR HELLCAT

Jun 04, 2021
Alright guys, today I have a little different video for you. I'm going to show you how a repeater box like this makes every Mopar kid feel like a game. Now to be clear, the video is for legitimate educational purposes only so you can prevent your car from being stolen, your

charger

, your

challenger

, your ram, anything that has a key fob on it, so let's do this right guys. I'm going to keep this as a continuous shot so no one says I'm putting the key in my pocket or something, I'm leaving my key like I would normally have it in the house, so okay, the keys are here and now we'll walk outside to the car.

The interesting thing is that let me leave the repeater box here first so I can show you the difference, so basically what happens is you know you can see that your car is locked right now. I can usually grab it around here and pull and it will unlock. I'm not going to do that right now. There are little sensors down here that dodge. Locking and unlocking like that now won't do it because my key isn't actually present so I shouldn't be able to open my car or do anything. This is where that changes. Now I come here.

More Interesting Facts About,

how easy it is to steal any mopar challenger charger ram or hellcat...

IM not going to do it. Show a lot of this repeater, this little repeater box because I don't want to promote anyone finding one of these to make it easier to

steal

a vehicle, but this is what happens to make this thing look for key fobs and things of that nature automatically. So once that happens, you let it do its job and you'll get a little dot or a sign saying it's stuck on something and then I can literally put this in the car and then look, look, look, the car is now. unlocked I can keep the repeater box like on the door and then look at this, there's no key fob in the house and now basically what's going to happen and you'll see what's going to happen here in a second.

We're going to go ahead and close the door but you can see my car is running and what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and I'm going to close the door and you see here right now the car already started fine it says the key fob came out of the vehicle There are no keys here and it was just that repeater box that made it start, but once I closed the door it was enough to block that signal, but the car is already running so I can literally put it in drive and drive away and now.

The latest security update that came out from Chrysler Dodge or FCA supposedly made it more difficult for you to

steal

this vehicle. Now I'm going to make an updated video for you that shows you how far you can drive without the key. remote control in the vehicle so they can see, they know what the situation is as far as theft and theft and all that. I'm going to let someone get around me so I can back this thing off, so there you have it guys for those guys. those of you who said no one with the new update these vehicles can't be stolen, it's impossible, I just started my car without a key fob, now there are some things you can do to prevent theft, well I'm in the military. base so good luck to them trying to steal this damn thing from here it would be a sad day but as you can see my car is running there is no key in the vehicle and I could literally drive this anywhere I want and we'll do a test drive with that, we're going to show how far you can drive this car without the key fob, so that's the most important thing uh, the most important thing with this is how far you can drive this vehicle, so with that being said, um.
If you have questions, comment on things of that nature, you can contact me in the comments section below, but there it is, you can see for yourself. The key fob came out of the vehicle. I was able to boot it up and do everything. just this little repeater box and it's these little boxes that make these vehicles basically the easiest cars to steal on the street, sucks huh? The key is still there guys so we basically showed you how

easy

it is to steal an FCA product with just a little box just a repeater box now full disclosure I didn't go into the full setup how it actually picks up a signal or anything like that and does it.
I did for a reason I don't want to help thieves find these boxes and steal our cars easier, we don't want to do that. What I want to talk to you about now is some things you can do and give a shout out to my friend, mafia genius in Houston, he also has a YouTube channel, who experienced a similar problem with someone, luckily, he just breaks into the car which you don't need, sometimes it's not even that they are using these boxes to physically steal the car, sometimes they use these boxes just to break into a car because there is no alarm if that is the case. think there's a key there, it's like clicking, they come in, they steal what they want to steal, they close the door, they even lock it for you, it's ridiculous, but a couple of things you can do to keep your car safe, okay, do not do it. leave your key file by the damn front door, don't do that, I stopped leaving my keys there now after seeing how

easy

it was, I didn't believe it, I'm like you where I was, like there's no way they can do it .
Not stealing a car is so easy and then they do this by stealing them, in fact dealers are now buying Faraday boxes, if you don't know what a Faraday box is you can stick a cell phone in the keys, other things and there is no radio . Signals go in and out of that box. If you buy a Faraday box for your keys, it's probably a smart move. That's what I do now. I literally have a little metal box that has one thing in it. I literally just drop my keys in there. at night, I lock it and it sits right in my drawer and I don't have to worry about some idiot outside stealing my car and saying I have a manual, which also makes it less of a deterrent because a lot of people don't want to steal the mirror. news because a lot of people can't drive them so I don't really have to worry too much about my car being stolen, but there's the issue of whether you have an auto

charger

or a fair

challenger

and I saw this uh scream. to destructor1320 and Widebody Nation here on youtube too, he lost my body.
Nation had his charger stolen um 2021, widebody Hellcat, uh, and they did it right there. They did it the old school way with a crowbar in the lock. They didn't have a repeater box. They reached down, you know, opened the trunk, disconnected the battery so there was no alarm and then they went right to the shifter and lifted the piece of rubber and then pulled the locking mechanism so the transmission could put it in neutral and Push it and then put it in a truck and steal it. That's like you're screwed at that point unless you lock that little lever which I think destroyer 1320 and a couple of other people have come up with a method for.
To stop that, Chrysler has supposedly released an update that makes these vehicles harder to steal, meaning they won't run as long without a key fob on the vehicle and that will probably be one of the next videos you see here on the channel . In fact, as I finish filming this and processing it by editing and uploading this video, I'm going to take my challenger for a spin and I'm going to have my key fob in another vehicle, several cars behind me, we're going to drive it and I'm going to see how far I can drive it 20 miles or 30 miles and I'll see if the FCA update has really fixed the problem where people can't just start the car with these repeater boxes and then keep driving, they said these boxes are highly illegal.
Like I said, they're not hard to get, that's the other thing, like there's this thing called the Dark Web or just the Internet in general, if there's pl, you can search for them, they're available to be found, that's why I didn't. I want to go into detail about how it works or what you need to do or something to gain access. I don't want someone to be able to take the information from today's video and use it to steal cars. I just wanted to use this. like more of a public service announcement to show you how easy these cars can be stolen it's ridiculous so let me know what you think in the comments section below if the video was informative and helped you share this video everywhere .
Send it to our news sites, blog sites, all that because if more people know how to lock their damn keys, even if they're in a metal box, even if you keep them in a dresser drawer, any resistance you'll know, the more things the signal has to go through, the less likely these repeater boxes will work now. They come in several different sizes. This is very small. They have larger ones that can pick up the signal from further away. That's why I left the key. My key, if I had it further away in the house, didn't work.
I literally had to have it right next to the front door, which a lot of people do to get that box to work, so I hope the video is informative. Hopefully now they see how crazy this is, how easy these cars are. stealing and it's no excuse now that stella is still in it now not just because there's no excuse now estalantes need to find a way to if they need to have a more secure signal with these keychains, something because this is and for those of us who are investing 40 50 60 70 90 100 000 on our

mopar

s buying these vehicles uh I think we should have a little more security than someone who takes a box of Mickey Mouse and drives away with our 50 000+ car that's just me let me.
