Have you guys ever experienced very rainy days where you feel very bored and tired and like you don't want to do anything, so sunlight can change all that. It is fun. I want to tell you that I will not end my day. I'm someone who lies in bed and has a billion thoughts at once. In fact, I have a billion thoughts throughout the day. and it's very difficult, as you know, to get rid of them when I go to bed, so I have a hard time falling asleep, so one thing I want to start doing is getting rid of brains, which is basically taking a piece of paper , a pen and just write down everything that comes to mind, think about what you have wanted to do things that you have to do the next day, thoughts and ideas that occurred to you that day, although I don't want to treat this as an elaborate pampering, you might still want to feel pampered, they're like sighs, so I definitely want to set the mood and I feel like one of the best ways to set the mood is, number one, wait until everyone is asleep or at least Sebastian is asleep and, of course, Of course, you have to have a candle.

I love my candles. I feel like they just set the moon, no matter what it is, if you want to feel upbeat or relaxed or if you want it to feel cozy, in this case I want to. to create a very calm and relaxing environment and I feel like the three week glade sheer vanilla hug candle is the perfect candle to light because it's like a perfect balance of sweetness and floral, it has notes of orchid, vanilla flower, vanilla sugar and I feel like because of the orchid it balances out that sweetness, so it's not completely overpowering and it's just like a very calming scent and I feel like it's perfect for my alone time at night.

I think also what you put in your body is very important and I was sure that there were two things, like two very small things, that I think are going to make a big difference in my daily

life

in terms of my diet. and number one is I'm giving up, no I'm not giving up completely, but for the most part I want to drink black coffee every day and then just have coffee with cream and sugar as a treat, like you know, once a the week, maybe because Guys, I feel so good when I drink black coffee first thing in the morning, even though it tastes terrible, I'm not saying it tastes good or that I've gotten used to it.
I feel so good and still energized because before I felt like I was in this vicious cycle where I would drink my coffee with cream and sugar and have a burst of energy but then the sugar would kick in and crush it and then I wanted to know how to cut and it was really like that. It really is a roller coaster all day and I don't want that anymore. Sebastian is at that age where he goes non-stop and I have to keep up and the cream is sugar, are we down? So I definitely want to limit the amount of sugar I have.
The second thing is that I definitely want to make it a priority to incorporate vegetables into my diet every day. I used to be so good with this, I feel like I've gotten away from my green smoothies and I want to contribute Those from the back, but yeah, I'm going to show you how to make the green smoothie right now, so the main ingredient in this movie is vegetables, so we use a potent green mix, this is already mixed, but with kale and spinach and some other greens, and then I like to add pineapple to make blueberries a little sweeter for antioxidant yogurt to make it creamy and for liquid we use young coconuts real ones and yes guys my husband cracked open a coconut every time we make these smoothies it's so much better but if you want you can also use store bought coconut water that would work just as well but I like to use the fresh ones because you can also remove the pulp and add them to the smoothie.
I also want to add just a few more. grapes to give it a little more sweetness sometimes we use bananas but we didn't have any on hand and then I cover it with ice and blend it and that's it and yes it's so easy to make it taste so good the pineapple is just the touch of sweetness where you can't even taste the vegetables and it tastes really delicious so I will have a list of the ingredients in the info box for you so if you are a mom too know that you will literally be non-stop all day.
I had this idea in my mind that I wanted my house to look exactly like it did before I had a baby, you know, it was perfect and clean and organized, and I came to the conclusion that it was: be there and be present. for Sebastian for all his milestones so that he felt like it was actually, you know, interacting with him or a clean house, but then I came up with a middle ground and basically let this room be a mess all day so Sebastian could play. and you know, it has access to all that stuff and then I focused on cleaning it up at the end once you go to sleep so that at least I have my living room back for a short period of time and it's nice and organized at night and also a little bit in the mornings and just removing that expectation that the house will be super tidy all day has actually released a lot of stress and instead I focus on keeping the areas that Sebastian can't get to tidy for when he comes down. for his nap we go and clean the kitchen and make sure all the dishes are put away, the counters are nice and clean and empty and that way we also have a clean place to prepare dinner and I don't know about you, but I feel like a Once I've completely cleaned a room, I feel like all I need to do is light a candle, so I like my vanilla and bray fuss, it just means my job is done and it feels so good.
I know a clean house is important because it keeps you sane and just reduces stress but not at the expense of wasting time with people you know so next up is doing laundry and this tip actually came from you guys because I literally felt like I I was drowning in laundry like it was piling up and piling up and then I would spend a whole day doing it and it was overwhelming and a lot of you were like Liz, you have to start doing one load a day. I feel like it's something so simple and cool, like thank you, so it's something that I definitely want to commit to you.
I'm going to stay on top of things by doing just a little bit every day, um, yeah, that's how I'm going to do it. Being managing our house and reducing stress at home while taking care of Sebastian so I don't spend all my time cleaning and can spend a lot more time with him and do things that are much more important, so yes, those are all things I plan to implement in 2020.
