Giving My Storage Bins a Makeover 2
Jun 01, 2021Hello It's Me. Ignore the ugly seam right in the center. It's not there. Today is a kind of continuation of this video. In that video, I gave these fabric
storage
boxes that are in my art room. Amakeover
So if you haven't seen that video, GO WATCH IT NOW, go ahead. You're done? At the end of that video I showed you that I still had four containers left to decorate. So today I'm going to attack those *Rage Sounds* with art. Ehhhh no. That's no fun 'Cause these whitebins
have been boring me So let's get into this *taping on bin* This is the one...It's just the first one I'm going to paint Quick haircut I still have all the paint I used on my last video. I even put a sticker on there to mark them all SO GOOD JOB Aww they're gone. I'm starting this process the same way I did with the last set of containers. Alone, you know how to paint on them, BUT Woah, that was very strong.. Huh This is going to be something very different from last time And don't worry, dear? You'll see what I mean. I knew then that I wanted to do something that somehow goes with the ones I've already decorated.
Or at least they don't crash terribly. I have many suggestions from you in the comments. Some people said "Paint Desserts!" Or "Paint your channel icons!" Both are good ideas, but I think I'm going to paint it BLUE. IT'S BLUE So, yes, I've finished painting this one and the next one. *heavy rock music* Oh... mh k? So yeah, solid colors is all I'm doing with the paint job for these. But, I'm still going to add to them in other ways. Let me go back to the explanation I was going through. Before I got distracted by NONSENSE. *HEAVY ROCK MUSIC* Nonsense Problemy the most talked about idea I had was painting Squishies that I had done in the past.
And it's FUN *Laughs* Because I was thinking the EXACT same thing for the original four containers. The only reason I didn't is because once I painted these, that's it, DONE. It's there. And I feel like in the future I'll have a lot of new characters. So instead of painting the characters directly on the containers, I decided to make pins to decorate them *Squeegee sound* *CRASH SOUND* First, I have to finish painting these. Two containers of paint, yeah Since I'm only going with solid colors for these, I could have bought multi-colored fabric containers instead of painting them myself.
But I definitely wanted to use some of the same colors that I used on the first set of four.
