Girl I Guess Episode 18 | AMA Edition: "Ask US Anything"Jun 10, 2021
Honestly, I work to get a job do this do that but for me they are 16 and 14 years old. I want their focus for me to be school or getting a great education having the experience of being a true teenager, but at the same time I'm listening to the things that they want to do and not creating this this notion of this is what I want you to do when you're big this is who I want you to be this is what I see for your life I'm trying to help them create their blueprint from the beginning, so I'm definitely dedicated to them in ways like, okay, what do you like to do?
To what you were saying , it's like she helps me with certain things, like she's focused on the task, like she's my social media coordinator. I called her, so it's great to incorporate those great works and give her a like. she likes them and she's honestly better at it as you know I recently started tic tac and she's been helping me make sure everyone follows me there okay she's been helping me with my tic tac and things like that. and I make sure you know that I pay him a percentage, I pay him a percentage of that so that way he can get the things that he needs and then on top of that he says, hey, you know, I just want my own structure. when she was ready to get a job, I was great, let me help you fill out this application, make it like I want her to do things on her behalf and don't feel like it's rushed that whole notion of when you get there. 17 18 you need to leave the house know what your life is go to university I didn't tell someone the other day either I don't want story to leave me at 18 as if she had never had like you She doesn't have to like that there is no rush yes She is my son, my niece, whoever is figuring out life at 22 and needs to stay with me while they build their business.
I agree with that, you don't need to sleep in the basement Honey, go up to the guest room because that's your room, that's how I feel, like my little sister she lives with me and I was like, even though I was threatening her all the time, right, and I was just telling someone I was like. man I just hope she never moves away and it was like what and I was like I just love her there it just feels like she's still figuring out life and like she did she's starting her business and stuff like that and she's like you .
I know I see a lot of other cultures doing it and how beneficial it is in the long run and then I see you know a lot of American culture, it's like 18. Okay, pack it in, for some reason, it's this thing. where it's like 18 you have your life figured out you know what you want to do I don't want to put that kind of emotional, financial and mental strain on oh my god I have to figure it out oh my god why? I'm not a millionaire at 19 because they have all these pressures now, so I'm making sure I'm on my side with my godchildren and my nieces and nephews.
I don't want them to feel that pressure. It's like, hey, how are you? You like, you know, checking in. It's similar to what the healer was telling us, so it's like I make sure to check in with them how your heart feels, how you feel, is there
anythingyou want to talk to me about? Is there
anythingI can help you with? Know? How to expand your hobbies or business. What's happening with your grades? what will you do during summer? Those kinds of conversations and it's that it's even like which story is the oldest. daughter, right, she was like um, she was stressed, I was like, you have to, you have to talk to my dad, you have to be grateful, you have to talk to my dad, now he says he's not going to pay for my apartment and blah, blah, BLA bla. right, because she wants to have her apartment it sounds good, I'm going to talk to someone, call them, so I called him and said: what is happening now with this apartment? then he said man he was just teasing her like me.
I'm going to pay for her apartment, but she needs to take responsibility, so she listens, it's about how you deliver the message. I said, okay, you want her to take responsibility for paying the rent, right? I said it. How about this? I say: try this. How about you open her account? You pay her rent, but you give her a portion of the rent and she must pay. You put it into account so that she can buy her first house or put the down payment on her first house, so she still has the responsibility of rent. There's also a lesson in that and in the end she'll actually be able to buy, she already knows, a house or a down payment on a condo or a townhouse or whatever.
It's more like you don't just do a scare tactic, um, yeah, things, it's like you know how to teach them and I tell them to teach him in a fun way, in a fun way where everyone wins and he said. You know what you're right is him, but she was always going to pay his rent. I told him yeah, I know he was like he was just joking. I said, well, I know from personal experience that your jokes aren't funny, so let's joke. a little less he said goodbye
girlokay karen this question is for you they said you have given back a lot to other countries including haiti what have you been working on or plan to do for your hometown of new jersey?
Oh man, I absolutely love Haiti. and just working there, it's something that I've been doing for about eight years and to finally be able to work with an organization, it's very difficult to find an organization that has the same ideologies as you and understands the importance of transparency because let's be honest, it's like When people donate money they ask themselves: what exactly am I donating to? Where is this going? What is this? What is that? And what I love about Hope for Haiti is the organization I work with. They have transparency. They are updating me on everything, how the money is raised, where it goes, everything else, so this year we raised 133,000, that's amazing, thank you, we have new teachers coming.
A new school was built that used to be a primary school and I was there. in high school I'm really excited about that, but with Jersey I had my live civil day in June and Elizabeth, so shout out to everyone at Eastwick. I'm very excited about what happened with Covet and last year was the first time not. In doing so, we're trying to see what's going to happen this year in June, but it's every June, it's calendar day live, it's the 21st or the 20th, my memory is bad right now, but it's about pushing the game forward. of power we have.
The kids at the gym I make sure they get all the new stuff, they're all unified because I hate the feeling that when you do a charity event it's like a quick bag and they take it home but it's not really useful at all, Oh. No, I want useful things, I want to be able to help. It's really about helping your parents who are at work and can't take care of their kids over the summer because they're stuck, they're usually stuck at home or they want their kids inside for safety reasons, so take a day outside in the summer and a lot of the community areas in Elizabeth are segregated by choice, so it's like Puerto Ricans live, Haitian Puerto Ricans in one area, Dominicans in one area, so I find a neutral place for the Mickey Walker Center, which I love, and all these different kids come, we catch them, they play a basketball game, they get an Adidas backpack, they get new sneakers, they get new uniforms, they get to take a When they get kitted out at home, they get all these products to help them with their nutrition and it's great because then in September the kids will be with me like I'm still wearing my backpack people are still wearing their backpacks so I.
I'll be excited about that, yeah, that's so cool, yeah, so yeah, I'll live giving. Next month, do you have any philanthropic work you're doing in Detroit or Atlanta or do you plan to? Yes, well, I like it to the extent of giving. that I like so many different organizations and things like that, I've never liked it because I've always liked, you know, that I could feed the homeless. I used to do that a lot. Sometimes I can like, I volunteer at women's shelters, which you can't. Post for safety reasons and stuff like that, but I want to get more into starting my own foundation and I want it to be on um for suicide and suicide awareness because I don't know if a lot of people have known about it. this, but my little sister, I actually committed suicide in my bedroom, in 2012, just due to mental illness, depression, anxiety and things like that, and it's real and I think especially in a black community it is. um, swept under the rug and it's not, uh, something real hasn't been done and people don't take it seriously and people think that you have that, that you like that you're sad because you want to be sad and it's like No.
I'm sad and I can't help it and what made me realize is that just like in her goodbye letter that she wrote to us, she was just saying that she was really tired of pretending to be happy and that she lived a great life. life and she loved everyone and honestly it was nothing that anyone could do just change how she felt and I think you know a lot of that played into because she was so young she was like 19 at the time like it was really hard Tell your friends 17 to 16 years old that I'm depressed or sad and you can't identify it.
You know how sad you are. Like many of them, you know members of your family and you know what I mean. Sad that you drive like my little sister, she wanted to do it, she was my favorite
girl, so she got everything. She's like a girl, you're sad because of what you told her. Remember she came out like a g6 that song. She got a new g6. Did you know? type of car I bought when I was 16. I have a 1994 Thunderbird and one door wouldn't open. You mean to tell me she just left the lot? This lady is going to get you a brand new white G6, all customized because you want it and you know what it means she got, literally, she got everything she asked for, like she was the poster child for my house, but you know mental illness is real , so, as you know, we would be like a girl, how are you sad? four five hundred dollars a week, like you come up with all these, like you get everything you could ever ask for and like you know she was going to see him there, but she was on medication and stuff like that, so I want to start a foundation. that focuses on the mental stability of young people and giving them an outlet to talk to um and you know and stuff like that because I feel like it's swept under the rug and a lot of people don't understand that.
You know it's depression and anxiety, it's real and I think people are confused because it's something that's not tangible, that you can't see it well, it's like love, you can't like someone like you've never fallen in love. I've never liked not being able to eat, I can't sleep, so I know love is real because I've been in I can't function, I can't think straight, you know what I mean, because it's not, but love doesn't. It is tangible as anxiety is. It's not something that you like to take a picture and point at it, you know, it's actually a feeling, so it's something that I know you want to do and I also want you to know that I love older people, so, um, my retirement.
The plan is to like I want to get me an older person you say that I laugh because you always say I want to get me an older person I want to get me an older person I need to find me if you know any older person I need you to know grandmother I am a granddaughter I come with my own everything I just want to talk and listen to your stories and you would be a little mean to me a little feisty hello as you know but I'm going to give you an old person, I know people think I'm crazy but I love old people so much and I really want to have one of my own so If anyone has an older person they know, they can't call me like they would every day. and talk to them every day like I know I'm going to get an older person, well, if someone who doesn't agree with their grandfather and wants to say or if they're too busy because, oh yeah, or maybe you are. .
Too busy I would like I would like men to take them off your hands Yes, I want to adopt seniors and I am literally going to do it. I was actually going to start, even though I covet it now, as senior care centers. They're restricted just by color and stuff like that and now I'm outside a lot to go into a facility, but before Covey I was really planning on volunteering so I could go kicking with the seniors and because they're so It's funny, but they're so wise that that wisdom is like you can't put a price on it, yeah, so I would really like to be an older person.
Have you ever seen from the inside out? No, not at Disney, you should remember that. I all you're talking about when it comes back to your sister and you know how we identify certain emotions just like happiness, but then when it comes to, I
guess, sadness, anxiety inside and you have to look from the inside out like the first one. time I saw it on a plane I started crying because I thought, "Oh my God, why are Disney movies like life lessons, so happiness always controls this girl's life and she moves, so now she's a new event happening in your life. and she's starting to have these different emotions and she doesn't know what's going on, but you see all the different emotions in her head, but the happiness was always controlled and now the sadness started to want to do some things and take control and it's al Just like you created this world of chaos for her, ohwow where now he's trying to realize that in this world we don't always have to keep a happy face we need to learn to co-exist with all our emotions so it was like yuck I was angry it was sadness and it was happening yeah I'm going Let's see yeah, it's like it's such a good movie that it's like therapy um, okay, someone asks Karen what your routine is to find peace, how do you do it? find it for yourself um every day is every day is new but let me tell you my routine so I have these sticky notes on my mirror yeah I know which one I love I read them every time like I should be reading this girl you can't that's why they're so cute I add new ones and delete them so that they are just affirmations that I have to say every day when I brush my teeth.
I'm doing my skin regimen. I just have to continue. I also talk to myself behind my door, so before I even get to the bathroom behind my door, there are words that I can repeat and just affirm to myself about how I'm going to show up and then I do it before I even answer. my phone I try to give me 30 minutes to an hour, so it's a powerful song, to start the day, it's usually my favorite song, many times I've been Nicki Minaj, I'm the best, literally, I love that song, um. and then I'll listen to joel osteen I'll listen to um sarah jakes roberts joel um those are like my two power songs all day and then at the end of the night I asked myself three questions and I've usually been doing a series of vlogs since Covert arrived and I have more than a hundred and something videos now that I told myself that I am going to edit and put everything together so I can explain to people when they ask me what.
Covid was like my kids and stuff, well what was Covid? Press play. Now you can see all the emotions that I've dealt with, but I find different ways than whether it's sitting quietly in my car listening to a certain song written in my journal I make some kind of video journal entry I find space for myself it can be television or sitting on the beach but given a lot of the conversation we had last week it's just about finding things you like to do but um undercover it's really taught me to be okay with myself and spend time with myself which I've been enjoying a lot because people like me haven't seen you or where you are.
I'm like I'm at home. I'm alone. Don't worry, you are definitely enjoying this stay at home order, yes, I took it too far, actually I know, but you know what I learned, I learned to cook, I learned to do all these new things that I didn't do before and that makes me loves. the way it has fulfilled me and made me have a little more purpose in my life. Okay, you're next. What is one thing you will go back and change from last year? If you could, um, one thing, I'll go back and The change over last year would probably be um, I didn't give myself enough grace, I don't think, I think, um, I think I came into 2020, you know, from a failed relationship and I like to harp on. too much into that and I wish I did.
I don't wish I had moved a little faster, honestly, because I was already done and I knew I was done and it was like there was nothing I could do, so it was between that and me personally. means and other than that, it would probably be like I wish I had cleaned out my closet like I was home for like four months for like two months and I still need to clean out my closet, it's closet after closet after closet, I know and I need I need to condense consolidate and that's why now it's every weekend I'm cleaning out my closet, which never happens.
It would be nice to play Eminem when you're doing it, do it, you sent me there to get a shirt. It was like it was a shirt in there. I'm like, oh, you get tired of walking there like you have you have a you have a lot of stuff I have too much stuff I need to get rid of something like that it's there look at the I left and I think I'm cool, it doesn't matter, I actually need to start using it because I have many things. Now I'm at the point where I think I have nothing because I can't find it. oh, I need new things because I can't find them, so yeah, those are my two things, what's wrong with you?
What would you change approximately in 2020? How about I answer this question with you? I changed the way you would have brought in 2022 because I feel like we brought it in such a good light in space and I thought, yeah, this is going to be a great year, it was so fun that we traveled and then greed hit, but I felt intensified in that space given sometimes what I know now, if I had known then, I think I would have liked to have dedicated more to the friendship, so don't even feel that way, especially knowing that we were going to be depressed for the rest of the year I would have shown up a little more, yeah, I mean, I realized I should have started dating a lot sooner.
I didn't start dating until June, which is what I should have been doing on some dates. in January, yeah, okay, next question is for Karen, have you ever been fired from a job? If so, why? OMG yes, who did I get fired from? I used to work at the Jersey Gardens shopping centre. Greetings to everyone who is there from nine to five. That's in Elizabeth, it's one of the largest shopping centers on the East Coast. I worked at Wilson's Leather. I think I got fired or quit or stopped coming to one of them and then I worked at Nautica.
They fired me just because I still wanted to. do what I wanted to do so they were like oh we want you in the room I'm like I'm not giving appeal to the warehouse I would literally do it because I really love my job so I got dressed I mean you know you. personally they would like you to wear the clothes I would wear the clothes I wanted to be the one saying hi so I would stand up front and say hi and say hi to everyone and the girl there didn't want me to be the one saying hi she's like Oh no , people keep bumping into you, they think you're a dummy.
I said that means I'm doing the job right, so leave me alone, but she for some reason wanted me in the back, she hated that I was in the front. Just walk in and then we had sections where we had to stay to sell certain merchandise, if someone wasn't at work she would come up to me and say: Hi, how are you? I loved the customer service. I loved it too much. and the fact that she loved the customers too much and wasn't paying the manager, it wasn't like that, she felt like she wasn't giving him the respect of her because he liked her, I want you here, I want you to do this.
I like it but the customer needs me here the customer is always right and she's like Karen I'm giving you one more chance I need you at the warehouse I say but this customer wants 20 coats I think we should go to the customer and I have a job at the store Selway war no, how could you make a sandwich? I got fired on a technicality, I was actually like 15, and I was 15 in the first place, so let's start there second, like the closing manager I used to have. I want to close the store 30 minutes early, who am I to tell the manager not to close the store early?
guessshe closed the store early one day and I just went home and then I guess the owners, because you know, the subway is like that. A lot of them were private property so I guess the owners must have come back for it and it seemed like we were closed and they were trying to make it look like it was my fault. I'm like a friend, I'm 15 years old. I don't even own it, I can't, I can't even lock this place, I don't even have a key, so unfortunately they had to say, "You know, unfortunately we're going to have to split up and go our separate ways." I got fired man, customer service like that customer service industry is a little slow and hard, but I loved it, just that manager wanted to tear me down, she wanted me to like her, she wanted me to be put under her arm like in her children, she wanted. you were doing stocks and you wanted to do what karen wanted to do I want to do stocks but this is what I said I'm better at stocks it took me longer and I don't think I was competent or helped the company at all because I'm going back and I wish I couldn't concentrate back there.
It's like I don't know what I'm doing no matter how much you think I do. I know what I'm doing. I do not know what I'm doing. I'm doing what you want, I want to color coordinate them and put them in certain sizes, you know, like I have a biased description, sizes, color, that's how I'm trying to do it, she says no, so we'll put them in this season , I think that's not the way I'm trying to look at myself, like my plugin is taking effect. This is all my OCD. Yes, I am labeling myself with all these things.
No, I felt it was better used. and used on the floor helping clients talking to people she doesn't want that so she took that job from me. I never worked in retail. I really wish I had. I loved. I loved that retail job. It was so nice every time. at one point I passed like and looked at the glass when I come back to jersey you said goodbye to me she's not there anymore but you know um next question ming ooh this is from um this is a question from ig um they want to know how did you get to a million followers and you just gave some tips on how to increase your social media presence, especially now that there are so many people banned in the shadows and gambling?
I always get a shadow band and I actually wrote to the CEO of ig in his DM talking about me being the shadow man, he acts like he doesn't know what I'm talking about and I had to pull out my receipts but that It's another story in another tunnel, but I will say that this is that, um on ig. or any social media platform, it's like content is the new currency, so the more content you can create and the more creative or informative it is, the more audience you can grow or the more fan base you can grow, so I would say like um .
I grew my audience through content creation and I still truly believe that creating content makes sure that you are consistent with your content and posts and that you like reading comments and talking in the comments section and posting photos daily in your stories, which HE. They really like you to make the rails, they're really promoting the real ones and then they want you to stop being lazy and not download it from tick tock. They don't want the tick tock logo on the reels because I guess trying to compete um but I would just say content I would just say create creative and informative content constantly next question yeah um it's for Karen I love you all sarah jake roberts
episodewhat was your favorite part oh favorite part with sarah jakes um when sarah talked about soul care, just communication with it, how we show up in our lives, how we take care of ourselves because your self care and your soul care when she explained the two and here I'm thinking, I'm okay, I'm doing the I'm doing the self-care I'm doing this now I have a whole soul care checklist to make sure I'm taking part of that so just she's implementing that in my life next question I guess this is a duo This is for the two of us.
Do you think all social networks are necessary to be successful? Could we leave both social networks for a month and still be successful? Yes, I think social media is necessary for me to be successful because I have an online business. and at least 87 of my traffic to my site comes from social media or ad sponsors or things like that so I think it's social media for me and my business as it's ecommerce that drives awareness and allows people never forget we're there so I wouldn't quit and when I say quit maybe I could quit like it's me personally, ask someone to run it but I wouldn't just shut down like there's no activity on any of my networking platforms social.
That wouldn't be good for my business, that makes sense, that makes sense, I guess because of what I do, I do it quickly and I'm off social media for a while. I have a social media manager. Greetings to Sebastián, my niece and both. Some of them will take over and make sure the content is posted because a lot of times people don't understand a lot of the content that I put out on Instagram and Twitter and sometimes, mostly on Facebook, it's advertisements, partnerships, sponsorships and things like that. . like, just done in a very organic way, so yeah, I need social media, I mean also, yeah, so I can't quite close it.
Well look, talking more about this question is from the fans, they want to know more about your breast reduction surgery and they are curious to know how your experience was, because soon they will have one, oh well, greetings, I mean , when I did it, honestly, I just didn't like my breasts, I didn't like my breasts. I felt like they were heavy, I didn't like how they looked in swimsuits and honestly I felt really heavy so I decided to reduce them and lift them up and I absolutely liked it, I loved it, it feels very natural, you know.
I did it a couple of years ago, um, but yeah, I didn't have any side effects or anything that didn't bother me. I think a week later I was awake, maybe a few days, but yeah, you know, withany kind. About surgery I like to just tell people that you do it for yourself, whether for whatever reason, whether it's just for modification purposes or for health reasons, make sure the doctor you're going to see received a lot of references before you go, you know? I talked to other people, I yelled, I did the work to make sure there were no problems, especially I knew I'm anemic and certain things just make sure I'm fully prepared and ready, so that's something you should definitely look into, but yeah, I mean, I loved it, I love the way my girls feel now, um, okay, the next question for you is do you want to talk about real versus fake, real versus nakamichi nakamichi friendships, uh, okay, I always saw this.
People like me and my friends have one of my favorite things about me and your friendship is our transparency and then some people like you know that we are human so you are going to do some things to offend me and vice versa and as you know, no I'll always agree with the things that you do and vice versa, but one thing that I always appreciate is that if we ever had, like you know, uh, something that bothers us, we always like, hey, like you. I know when you said this or did this. I was really upset about this, this, this, this and we just talked and as you know we got over it and that's what friendships are about and I always tell people if you ever decide you like him go on social media because to a disagreement we've had and we're friends, so it's likely to happen, you're likely to like that you disagree with someone, you're like that, that's a fact, yeah, and that happens, but if we have a little disagreement and the next thing you know you fix it on social media, we never will. become friends again when people do that because I had a friend who did that well a supposed friend does that when people do things like that I honestly feel like they were never your friends, they were waiting for this moment to have this split with you and then rush and go on social media and I feel like they were like ooh, let me keep your closet door closed to just wait for the moment to try to say like, quote unquote, expose or release all your bones or stuff like that and then connect with people that they know personally, it's like it's just strange, they might not like you.
I'm always going to say that you can't create anything positive from a negative foundation if you build it on a negative foundation it's not going to last it's not going to be positive and stuff like that so I'm more like when it comes to that kind of friendship I always we should be able to have a conversation it shouldn't be any sub it should It won't be anything because at the end of the day we are adults and if it's love and friendship the transparency should also be there as always but I know now in this new era I don't know if it's like victimhood or sympathy so that people run like let me run and go tell you what happened first so that people can be on my side without understanding that the Internet doesn't care they are not trying to choose the size, they are just trying to entertain themselves as much are and I think once people realize that, they say oh, maybe I shouldn't be so quick to think, you know, tell them to tell everyone my affairs or xyz, but yeah, for me, that's the Biggest faux pas, yeah, I hate it.
When people like to expose their friends, I'm very good, friends like you, they didn't need an enemy at the beginning, yeah, yeah, uh, okay, our next question is for Karen, from our fans, does the people want to know if you are dating someone or are you? You're single and you're ready to socialize, they really want to know what personal, um, they want in your business, I'll say this, I'm not, um, I'm not in a relationship and I'm dating two different things, right, okay, yeah , okay, so I'm not. In a relationship, I'm taking a break from dating, but I will say you know the last two
You know, I made dating jokes or talked about people in the past and stuff like that that I mentioned at the beginning. The dates have been interesting. You all know this, but dating has been interesting from the point of view of like, I mean, here in Los Angeles, there are so many people who think it can be a success or a failure or things. I have met incredible people. I've been on some amazing dates that I don't want to take anything away from, like the men I've met and things maybe some don't work out, some we have great friendships with, but yeah, the dates are smooth, it's great, it's great .
It's cool, yeah, it's, it's cool, scream, scream, like they say in Chicago, scream at them, scream at them, yeah, scream at them, people in them, though, they say she heard more, no, I'm saying, um ming, okay , then what advice. May I know what advice you can give to a stylist like me who wants to move to a different city and establish himself professionally? People want to leave their hometown and succeed in another city. Well, I would say always first. post your work on social media and be okay, for example, um Kevin, who had just moved to Atlanta, didn't have any, um, you know, that's right, he was building his clientele, so real quick, tell our audience who It's Tevin, oh, Tevin is his name. he is Hair Assassin on Instagram, he is fine, and when he started and came to my slide, he was building his clientele and what he did was he got like a cute girl from Instagram and offered his services to her for free. his free time and he was able to really show her craft and she just posted it and liked it like it caught on like wildfire.
You'd be surprised how many people use um hashtags to find hairstylists and makeup artists and things like that. just making sure people can really see the quality of your work and what you can do, you will be amazed especially if you move to Atlanta there are so many influencers that like me literally do my hair three times a week as well as when I comb my hair. I say, hey man, can I do your hair? Sure, when we get this right and then I'm just saying just put out your art and let people see it and get a brand ambassador, um, that was one thing Kevin Incorporated was getting a brand ambassador, you know, getting her hair done a couple of times a week and being able to present herself to the city and her audience and yeah, I mean, she built her clientele extremely quickly.
Karen asks a similar question, what advice would you give to someone who is going from working in a company to being an entrepreneur or self-employed, so that many of the things they learned in that company they can implement in the previous company that is in an employee who can implement to create your structure in your company so let's see, the first thing I mentioned with your business is having the core values, understanding what is important to you, creating benchmarks, so when I say benchmarks, you have short-term goals and long term and that's personal for your business, but then just for your business itself, so it's like, hey, I want to meet you personally, it's like, hey, I want to be able to employ three more people in a year or whatever you want to do. in three months, six months, nine months. a year from now, two years from now, the business side is fine, I want to grow socially here, I want to implement having that many followers on Facebook, I want to be able to deposit that much money, so let's make sure we have that list created and then um, another thing is that a lot of people get caught up in thinking okay, I need to do it depending on the business, I need to get the PR person first instead of maybe I need to get the accounting, maybe I need to get the marketing person like that. maybe you need a social media manager maybe you need an assistant maybe you need a brand ambassador so it's really about taking inventory of your business to see what exactly is missing because there's no complete plan around that. the way you started, this is the way to be successful, every business is different, so really look at what your business is missing, so those three things are really right and the last question is when are you going to take the girl, I guess, to the live podcast.
