Get your golf swing unstuck-Left arm off chest

Get your golf swing unstuck-Left arm off chest
I see a lot of problems with people who don't understand how their

left

arm works in relation to their body. There's a lot of talk about pivot-driven

swing

s and single-plane

swing

s, which means holding

your

left

arm tight across

your

chest

and then just twisting it all together up to the ball, it's an extremely difficult and athletic move and not everyone can do it do. In this case, you need to understand if you're not one of those people who can squeeze

your

left

arm over

your

chest

and get

your

body to open up to here to get the racquet to the ball.

You need to understand how the

left

arm works on the down

swing

. You hear the term pin the body, hips splay outward, arm snags behind and that's not wrong, that's absolutely true, you see people like that and you know that's a big block or snap hook, but at There are always many ways to look at the

golf

swing

. If you're very active with

your

hips and very active with

your

rotation, if you feel

your

left

arm working away from

your

chest

from the top of the

swing

, you'll see what's causing the right arm is fine, and if you're worried about lag and shaft lean, if you're stuck back here, how are you going to get lag and shaft lean to the ball?

You'll end up like this if you work

your

left

arm away from

your

chest

from here look where I get two arms forward in front of

your

body and lean a lot of stock if

your

left

arm is pinned across

your

chest

you're at mercy how fast you can rotate

your

body, ok, you're not taking advantage of the fact that the arms can move faster than the body is ok. So if

your

lower body and upper body are moving at maximum speed and

your

left

arm is fixed, that's the only speed you're exploiting, but notice how much further forward the club is the same body rotation when I'm

left

arm off the

chest

if i were a

left

handed tennis player s player and i hit a 1 handed backhand how much power will i have on a 1 handed backhand if i do this i would be lucky to net this sucker , okay, any of you who've ever watched or played tennis know that a one-handed backhand is a step, a bit like a pivot, and then the

left

arm comes off the

chest

, okay, the

golf

swing

isn't different, this will generate more power than the now.

Sounds counterintuitive, a lot of people who have the thighs and discs don't get their

left

arm off their B soon enough rust, that sounds ridiculous. I get it but here's what happens when

your

left

arm is taken off

your

body

your

body is very reactive so let's say you went like this the body has to go like this and it's going to be ok and it there is a big difference between this and the exaggerated movement. Look at how my arm didn't come off my

chest

properly, while if my

left

arm comes off my

chest

I'll be forced to move my hands properly v ersus if I go this route, my

left

arm comes off Arm not off my

chest

, so again that sounds counterintuitive, and quite often it's overkill if that arm stays too long and the body wants to work like that, if you take the

left

arm off the

chest

the body becomes more like that want to work.
Obviously this tip and all the tips I present are not for every individual, it's up to you to identify which one or two of my videos apply to you. The person this video will most likely apply to is the person who misses the big blocks and the big tow hooks both ways, i.e. a person who comes too far from the inside of the pinned arms across the

chest

stalls of the body Hand roll Okay, most of you will benefit, the other people, those people are kind of stuck too, but it's a different move, the spin out is fine, the spin out over the top, the

left

arm gets off the

chest

, that will help you too, so just giving you a demonstration of what these two different moves will look like.
I'm going to do two really easy shots, the first one I'm going to hold onto the

left

arm and I'm going to get stuck a little bit when I hit the ball almost 45 degrees to the right and the

swing

probably didn't look that bad but the

left

arm stayed shut long on the

chest

and I got in like this while I'm only getting this one from here pulling my

left

arm off my

chest

, pulling my right shoulder out and I'm pretty free to rotate my arms around my body that the ball was dead straight, so be Again very very careful with this, you should know within two or three

swing

s if this tip applies to you, if you have nothing but disaster see another of my videos.
If within the first two or three

swing

s you feel freedom and a clubhead speed and efficiency you've never felt before, this probably applies to you
