full

glam look so that's what we went for, we covered more skin, contoured, highlighted a beautiful simple smoky eye and topped it all off with a dusty rose. glossy lip so if you want to know how I created this look right here keep watching so to start I'm using tatcha dewy skin cream and applying it on Grace's skin using a beauty blender and for those of you who They ask, I do. use the Beauty Blender wet, it is the same Beauty Blender that I will use later to blend foundation, contour concealer, etc.

I don't switch between Beauty Blenders, using the same one throughout the entire application just helps keep everything consistent. and it really contributes to a perfect blend once we have applied it on the skin, then I will apply the foundation which for today is the smashbox studio skin full

foundation and yes, this is a very full coverage, as you can see here, this It's actually the same foundation I used on myself in the first video I posted on my channel when Grace told me she likes full coverage glam. I knew I had scope for this base.

It's super full coverage, looks beautiful on the skin and the smallest amount of this helps a lot. I really should pick up more of these shades next time I'm at Sephora. This was the closest shade I had to her skin tone and it's still a little too light but once I apply the contour and Blend that everything will look great and if you notice I'm applying this almost everywhere including the ears, because, like me, Grace's face is quite light, so the red undertones really stand out on the ears and lips and any blemishes there may be.

So making sure to apply foundation to these areas will really help create a perfect base. Now the only place you won't see me apply this is under the eyes and that's because I'll end up there with full coverage. concealer anyway and there's no point in doubling up on layers of product if you don't need it for concealer. I'm using my tried and true Kevin Aquan Sensual Skin Enhancer. You all already know my love for this concealer. I feel like it's complete coverage. How to wear it and although our model today has no problem with darkness under the eyes, I'm just sticking with today's theme, full coverage, so I'm using this concealer.

I can already imagine the comments and displeasures that will come. of people who say that she doesn't need that much

makeup

, but the reality is that no one needs makeup, we can all see this beautiful girl without it, but some people love it, I love it, maybe not for everyone days or not. for everyone, but hell, if she makes someone walk with their chin a little higher and with a little more confidence, then why not? It doesn't hurt anyone. It's just makeup, it comes off after you see how the concealer looked on camera. I almost cleaned it up and started over because it looks too yellow for her, but I figured I can't be the only one who has this problem from time to time, so I left it as is and will show it to you later. the

tutorial

on how to neutralize yellow undertones with powder once we've blended the concealer into the under eye area, chin, center of the forehead and up to the eyelids it's time to move on to bronzing the skin and I'm using the too face was born this way concealer in the shade mocha to do this, I'm applying it using a blush brush on the perimeter of my forehead, cheekbones, jawline and nose and I know you can't see it but its shoulders and his chest have this. beautiful bronze tone so this will give warmth to the face to match her body of course if you prefer to skip this combo footage you can do so but I saved a lot of this footage because I know many of you enjoy watching it so for those who do it here, it's weird, so now that we've blended most of it, I'm going to run my beauty blender over the under eye concealer one last time to blend out any leftovers. wrinkles that may have occurred and if you're following at home the skin should start to look a little like this now with this one size translucent setting powder I'm going to start setting the face I'm starting with the bottom eye area because that area is the one that wrinkles the fastest, what I do is pour the powder into the palm of my hand, press my puff into it, and then press it onto the skin.
I'm not necessarily baking with this right now, my goal is to just set the makeup so it doesn't move and then I'll use a powder that's not sheer to correct the yellow tone of that concealer. Once I've set the under eyes, I'll move on to setting it. the rest of the face and this is another step that I take my time because I really want the skin to look flawless. Okay, so now that we have that makeup set, I'm going to correct the yellow cast in the concealer as promised. this, I'm using a ben nye loose powder in the shade and I'm using it to bake the under eye area where we put the concealer.
Some of you may be thinking Spence, what is different about this powder and the one you just used? used well, they are very different, the first one is completely translucent while this one has a color pigment that is a light pink color that will neutralize the yellow cast that we got from the concealer and I will leave it like that for a few minutes while I do my eye makeup and brows with this Anastasia Beverly Hills brow pencil in the soft brown shade. I'm going to fill in and shape the brows slowly but surely. I'm really trying to keep as much relevant material as possible. in these

tutorial

s because I don't want to set unrealistic expectations for all of you.
I'm not a makeup god who uses miracle products that just swipe this or that and the makeup is done and it's as easy as that, no, no, no, It takes time to do this, much more than the 15 or 20 minutes that lasts this tutorial. We are creating art here. When I'm not filming, it takes me a good hour to an hour and a half to complete one look, sometimes two. hours so don't be too hard on yourself if you feel like it's taking you forever to do this, it takes me a little while too now with the gimme brows perk and shade 3, I'm running this through my brow hairs to fix them. put it on and to cover any foundation or powder that may still be there once I finish this brow, I'll fill in the other one off camera before I start doing the eye makeup.
The first eyeshadow I will use is this one from Bobby. brown in the taupe shade, this will act as my transition shade and more than anything it just adds depth to the crease and gives the eye a little shape. You heard me talk about this eyeshadow shade a few weeks ago in a video and then it's Sold Out when I buy it online, I visit Nordstrom so that's the link I included below in the description box and I checked to make sure it this shade is available before using it today, once you have mixed it. I'm going to switch to using the Makeup by Mario Master Metallics Eyeshadow Palette and I'm using that olive green shade in the center of the palette.
The name of the shade is um oh wait let me see it's called Metallics at Six and what I did was spray the brush with a little bit of setting spray before dipping it into the shadow and this just amplifies the amount of pigment that I get when I apply it and literally everyone sees here that there is no editing or cut footage, it's all one shot of I just use one swipe of this eyeshadow and apply it to the center of the eyelid before blending it out, going back to what which I was saying a little earlier.
I'm saving this footage here so you can see the pigment melting process. a little moisture from the setting spray I used so it will take a little time to blend it out but with a little patience you will get a beautiful metallic look on the eyes once it has blended it should look something like this now going back to the The first shadow I used from Bobbi Brown, I'm going to sweep it under my lower lash line. Next I'm going to dip back into the metallic eyeshadow and blend it out, of course you can blend it out as much as you want.
I love it. It really set off the smoky eye so I'm not too afraid to tone it down once we've applied the bottom mascara, the eyeshadow will act as the perfect backdrop and to give it a little more drama I'm applying the smallest amount of black eyeshadow only on the outer corner I don't even remember what palette I used for this but go ahead and use whatever black shadow you have next with this one size black gel eyeliner pencil. I'm going to outline the water line and even the tight line. With this pencil too, our model's light blue eyes are so striking and beautiful that I wanted to add some depth and contrast by adding this black eyeliner.
Lastly, with this pencil I'm running it along my upper lash line, I'm not too worried about it. making it too perfect as next I'm going to use a small detail brush to blend it out so with the brush I used to blend the bobbi brown shadow I'm going to go over the edges to make sure everything is blended and blended I didn't dive into more shadow alone i'm using what i have left here now with this milk makeup kush mascara i'm going to sweep this over my lashes i'm using it directly with the wand because like you i can see this is a sample size mascara so just I plan to use it once the tabs I'm using today are the ones I used in the video I posted on Monday where I show you how to create a custom tab if you haven't already.
I've seen it yet. Check it. I'll link it below. Alright. After I do the other eye off camera, I'll go back to our setting powder and sweep this along the jawline just below the bronzer. I'll leave this on. for a few minutes and this will really help refine that contour line and I'm doing the same thing on the high points of the cheekbones right under the eyeshadow. Then for the blush, I'm using Doll Beauty's Pretty Fly blush in the shade goes wavy and I'm applying it on my cheeks with a blush brush as this is my first time using this blush.
It's so easy to do because this blush is super pigmented, which I love because everyone knows I love blush and I tend to use it heavy-handed because when the makeup is done, something always disappears somehow. Also, as you can see, I'm bringing this blush ever so slightly up to my under eye area. I love highlighting blush. in this area so that under the eye it has a slight pink tone and this will also help to neutralize that yellow tint that we were dealing with before. Once I've applied the blush, I'll move on to mac's soft and delicate highlighter to bring some glow back to the skin.
I'm applying this to the high points of her cheekbones, brow bone to the center of her nose and cupid's bow. Now that we've given the eyelash glue time to dry, I'm getting the milk flowing. Apply mascara through your top lashes one last time and this will ensure that your natural lashes and the false lashes are attached and there are no gaps between them. So I'm curling the lashes together using my kevyn aucoin eyelash curler. This is another reason why I love using synthetic lashes, they curl much easier than mink lashes and hold the curl which of course is great, when the synthetic lashes are on with mascara and curled they could almost pass as your natural eyelashes.
I love this style. You're not too dramatic, most of the focus is on the eyeshadow and skin, so now that the eyes are complete, let's finish this look with the lips. The first lip color I'm using is an Anastasia Beverly liquid lipstick. hills in the shade Allison and as usual I'm using a liquid lipstick to line the lips. Am I the only one who does this? I find that using a liquid lipstick is much easier to line the lips than a pencil, it just glides smoother into the lines. They are sharp and durable to fill in color.
I'm using another anastasia beverly hills liquid lipstick in the lovely shade. I've done so many nude lips for my channel that I wanted to activate them a little today and play with a little color and although this isn't that crazy, I think this pinky pink lip will look really beautiful with the metallic olive green eyeshadow and, like you see here, I'm just buffing the edges of this color on the first liquid lipstick we used. used for shine. I am using this fenty beauty glossy balm in the shade taffy tees and applying it directly over the liquid lipsticks.
I'm not going to apply too much glitter today, just enough to add a little shine. and lip gloss and the last product I'm using today is the Urban Decay Overnight Setting Spray to set and lock my makeup in place, making it thelast step of this full coverage makeup tutorial and there we have it.
