Oh my God. Oh, it's so good. Now, since I came to this country last time, I have wanted to do something that may sound strange to many people in the US and that is: eat in a

. But eating at

s is common here in Japan, not only because it's convenient, but because the food is top quality. So I'm here at Mitsukoshi, a huge department store. One of the largest in Tokyo, and it is a place where you can get everything from clothes to cosmetics and kimonos. But I'm really interested in these two floors.

This is where you'll find a bunch of random foods, sort of like a huge food court, and this is where you'll find a grocery store. Are you guys ready? Let's do this As soon as you get to this floor, all I smell, are things I want to eat and usually I mean, this is a work day so there's not a lot of people here, but usually there's always a line and everything. It's so colorful and looks delicious That's a flower cookie Wow Everything is so beautiful Look at the cakes here They have magnolia cake, oh By the way, Dominique Ansel is who else, so basically there's a huge savory section Wow Beef over steak over rice.

Watch this. Look how good this looks. Oh my gosh, I'm going to get a small one because I have to consider my stomach, then there's another section of baked goods. There's another one just full of desserts, incredible desserts that look crazy. I have ever seen this place, it makes me dizzy. Because it's like going to the biggest buffet I've ever been to in my life and I just don't know what to buy, I have no idea. So I do not know. Let's start little by little. Oh, this thing looks good too, it looks like a mochi with some tamago.

It's colorful and there's a lemon. I'm buying it. This should go well with my meat boys. Maybe I've fallen in love with this place. I mean, there are endless things to eat here. Heck, there's even a sushi stand here. I could come here every day, I think, for months, and never run out of options, tons of marinated grilled fish, ooh, that sea bass looks crazy. And since I'm in Tokyo, I need tempura. Look at all the different selections. This looks like a combination of vegetables and I'm thinking a piece of fish. Wonderful aunt told me that these two are the best sellers here.

It's lovely. Oh my gosh, arigatou gozaimasu, how pretty and there's a little bento. Oh that's amazing. Oh, I have to get some skewers and you can't walk past them without getting some of this. This looks absolutely amazing, this is their best seller, a kind of melon bread. This is crazy. That's a chocolate sandwich. Chocolate and cream cheese. OMG, and look at all his sandwiches here, this is incredibly good. I'm also going to buy a blueberry sandwich. I love fruit very much. I also want to eat Um, if I were to get this, oh, it's strawberry season right now.

I can't take my eyes off this egg. The sandwich is the number one best seller. It is beautiful and to eat you go up to the ninth floor where there is a terrace. So for drinks, you can always rely on the vending machine. I know it's a lot of bags, but this is the happiest purchase I've ever had at a department store. Let's eat. This is my department store lunch. I love buying food. As I mentioned before, last year when I came to Tokyo, I was walking through this department store. There were so many people, especially during rush hour, buying food, that I didn't have a chance to buy anything.

Until today, and I've been thinking about it ever since, so this time I went a little overboard. Now the food here is not cheap. Although it is quite expensive. There's not much food here. I'm just looking at this. I think I can take this pretty easily, so let's start with itadakimasu. This is one of the nicest things I saw when I was walking through the food court, it was just beautiful. Thin slices of meat, look at this. Perfectly cooked to medium rare and Here we also have thin slices of meat. Look, some peppers look like onions.

All about a beautiful piece of rice. So the first thing I have to do is try the steak. Check it out. Oh my God. Look, look at a beautiful road map that marbling makes. this meat, as soon as it reaches your mouth. It simply dissolves in butter. OMG this is absolutely amazing. I'm so angry, I didn't buy the bigger box now and let's try some of this meat and rice.

The first thing I will eat here. You guys have to understand this, really. There are good ones. Just get some with tons of this. This is a fantastic Wagyu. And then we'll add some pickles and peppers to this meat and see what happens here. Oh, pickled vegetables. Fantastic nice crunchy texture really awesome changes this box. I knew as soon as I saw this, I told myself I was going to love it and I fell in love with this. This little box is really interesting, it looks like some kind of tofu roll right here. But I mean, the outside is noodles and I'm just going to add a little bit of soy sauce and a little bit of mustard.

Oh wow, inside. I try some tofu, some chicken. This is like a small dumpling. OMG, I'm talking about ramen burgers or even ramen chunks right now, but using noodles as a wrapper for a dumpling. That might be the coolest move ever, this one is excellent, Excellent, and this is a tamago. Well, I think it's fishcake on the outside. You can see the beautiful shell on the outside and the delicate egg on the inside. I didn't have high hopes for this because it looks pretty normal, but holy cow is amazing when you bite into the outside skin, which is nice and chewy and delicious the way the inside is like it's made of pure silk, and this thing is not too much egg.

The texture is Absolutely. Fantastic, small and chewy, extremely soft inside. Oh my gosh, I'm sad right now because I feel like once I didn't even have Tokyo. I will never have this again. Did they ever say those movies? Staff reduction? I wish I was here on the plane. I wish I could downsize and dive into this and go to town and they still have enough for the rest of the week. Amazing Yes, I have a couple pieces of mochi here, mochi popsicle Even the mochi is amazing in this box. I hate to say that this box could be better than my meat box.

Did you know? I shouldn't say that. I'm sorry. Maybe I'll just get both. You know what I'm going to do: I'm going to take my meat box, I'm going to put my chicken meatballs in it. I'm going to save some rice. I'll tell you why because I bought this huge piece of sea bass right here and they gave me the little packet of sauce to go with it. Again, this would be something that would be really good if it was fresh off the stove. And that's something that, you know, I don't love about this department store.

I wish you what I wish. I wish this would actually serve hot food and get Why don't they do it? So the fish is not as tender as it would be if it were hot, but it still looks very good. Oh that's good. I thought as soon as I bit into it, it kicked me in the face with its taste because I implied I wasn't tasting enough. The fish is actually very tender, a little sweet. Definitely try the soy sauce too. And this will go perfectly with my leftover rice. This is an amazing piece of fish.

Mm, it's so tasty, maybe not just the outside for sauces. Look how juicy this is, guys. I mean, the meat doesn't come off very easily because it's a little cold. Check this out. Look at all that juice in this fish. So far, everything I ate today. Top quality stuff. The next step is very exciting. I'm going to keep the fish next to me because I'm going to need your help later. I'm going to save this after I finish watching this. It's like I've only seen them in animes like, you know. The red snapper is good, but the sea bass was so amazing that it overshadows this a bit. It's still a solid piece of fish.

Nice and clean. There is nothing suspicious about it. The fish is cooked in a kind of wine sauce. The tamago I should have saved it for last because they are delicious and sweet. Tempura shrimp are delicious. That was a piece of ginger, wow, I didn't realize. Ok, I have to accompany the ginger with some fatty meat and rice. The mushrooms were crazy. And this thing is almost like a crab meat ball. I think it's crab with maybe some rice mixed in here. I have to be honest, I was really excited about this tray because it looks so pretty.

What I like the most is fatty meat. The truth is that this meatball is delicious. But everything else is more beautiful than tasty, at least for me. So I'm going to tell this as a sort of Miss OH. I have a big scotch egg. I think this might go well with my rice. Wow, that's a cozy sight. Oh yes, please. Give me the yolk Mm, that yolk, that's exactly what this rice needed So creamy with the melted egg And my sea bass and the meat that saved this whole bento box. Alright, I have the tempura here.

All of this is still somewhat crunchy. This is the fish. Well. It's a cuttlefish. You know this can't be broken, but you just have to bite into it. Although it still tasted great, maybe tempura is not something you buy in department stores because I mean you need it like it was freshly fried. really crunchy and the flavor is still there and tastes great but the crunchiness pretty much left this a long time ago. Now I almost broke my teeth, so don't make tempura when you come here. Don't do it unless you want to take it home, fry it or some cuttlefish that's still not bad, but well, next.

I am really very excited to see the beauty. That's this egg sandwich here. Check it out. Look in awe at this beauty. This is like the Halle Berry of egg sandwiches. It looks like little green beans on top, some salad, and the most beautiful soft-boiled egg. Additionally, there is also a light layer of cucumber inside. I bet money on you. Although this is the best seller from this particular bakery. I can tell that it's nice and tough on the outside here and it's really gentle here.

It's like a small porcupine like a desert porcupine, sweet and melon. I'm going to separate it. I hope there's something, oh yeah. Yeah. I was hoping there was something inside and look at that. There is some sort of custard and there are little pieces of what looks like molasses. Oh, you'll love this scratch you'll really love. Inside it looks like a molasses puree with pieces of Honeydew, it's as if you were invited to a party and then only melons showed up. The outside tastes like Chinese pineapple bread. With powdered sugar inside. It's so wonderfully soft. This is the essence of bread right here, my goodness, is it ever delicious?

I feel like there is a way to do it better. If you take this, break it in half like I just did. Fill it with some ice cream. I think even though this is a melon muffin, your taste buds will go crazy. If you guys, if you're in Japan right now, if you're watching this video, come to this department store and get this bun, buy a tub of ice. cream You will be even happier than me now eating this, this isincredibly delicious. Alright, next one. This is something really interesting. I had never seen it before when I saw it.

I questioned it. I asked a person behind the counter and said, Is that really what I think it is? and she confirmed it. So I bought it featuring the first chocolate sandwich I've ever seen. Have you ever seen a chocolate sandwich before? I've never seen a chocolate sandwich before, maybe you've seen a lot more than me. But this is a cream cheese and chocolate sandwich. I love this country. They make everything on the Strawberry and Blueberry Cream and Chocolate Cream and Cream Cheese Sandwiches like a baguette, no less. Three pieces of chocolate and you see the cream cheese that is at the bottom of this chocolate.

It's interesting, it's very interesting first of all, I don't know if you listened. You get a crunch from the outer layer of the baguette and then you get a crunch from the chocolate itself. It's one of the most amazing things I've ever had in terms of sandwiches. Then this blueberry sandwich. Look at this. That's a lot of whipped cream. Some look like blueberry jam on the bottom and custard on the top layer. Yes, just like it's the strawberry's cousin, you won't be able to find many faults with this sandwich. The bread is wonderfully soft, I love the whipped cream. Obviously I love the blueberry jam they put here. The berries are wonderfully fresh, they are sweet, a little tart and full of juice. My general recommendation is anytime in Japan. You see a sandwich made with fruits.

You buy it. Okay, this has looked better. I mean, when I took it out of the box, it fell apart a little. This is a strawberry shortcake So you have to go find a strawberry shortcake or a strawberry shortcake. I already have a lot of cakes today. So I thought I'd buy a cake first of all. This thing just has layers of plump strawberries. A little whipped cream. It looks like strawberry jam on the bottom and they gave me this. This is an injector and they put it in this little yellow layer here where there is cake.
