Hi Shelly, I got an email a while ago from a guy in Alaska, Tim, how are you Tim? He sent me the most interesting email. Let me read it to you here. You simply combine a cup and a half of self-rising flour with a cup of plain Greek yogurt. He says you mix it into a ball of
