Well guys, I decided to approach this project section by section and started with my coffee station because I know this has more work and more to it. I have a slight addiction to buying cute coffee mugs and today I had to face that it was very revealing to have all my coffee mugs and glasses placed in front of me before I got into all that, let me tell you. I went a little over my process and organized everything first and most of the items I took to a different room so I could put them all in front of me, okay, it was a little shocking, you'll see, um, but it was definitely very necessary.

More Interesting Facts About,

I realized there were a lot of items I just couldn't reach and I'll explain why a little later I also went through my

kitchen

drawer, which wasn't meant to be trash. drawer but somehow it ended up accumulating stuff over the years and it's really bad, you guys really are quite embarrassing but because these stores are so deep it's so easy to accumulate stuff there's no organization and I never had a system implemented, okay, so this is one of the cabinets that I didn't completely clean out because I was already so organized and I could see exactly what I could get rid of that I wasn't using.

These are the items I ended up removing because I don't use them like this cupcake stand. I have literally had this for years and never use it. I don't know what happened to the small pot that comes with it. This is kind of like a bowl of chips. I never use this and these two items I put away, but I just need to put them somewhere different, at least I'll take them into the dining room with the rest of the things I already started. I'm kind. sorting through them all and one thing I decided to get rid of is any coffee mugs that are not dishwasher safe and also not microwave safe, so this one is microwave safe, thank goodness so I can keep it microwave safe. one from here.

I love it so much it's absolutely beautiful, but I can't reach for it because it can't be put in the microwave and I'm constantly reheating my coffee in my tea, so I'll let it improve. At home, yes, these are not microwave safe, but I've been collecting them at Starbucks and I love them, they make me happy, they definitely spark joy, so I'll put them away and have my Starbucks cup. I don't know where the straw is, but I'm sure it's somewhere, so I'll stick with this one since it's the only one I still reach for and still use.
This is the entire pile of donations here. I already feel very good, like it's a very good start. I'm so happy to see this beautiful collection of everything I'm saving, so I went ahead and picked up all my baking supplies so I can go ahead and order them right now. I'm ready to start. I can tell you no. I don't need them anymore because I have these muffin cups, so I'm going to go ahead and thank them and pass them on. I don't know what this is either. Can anyone tell me what it is for? It's been under my oven. for a while and I have no idea what it's supposed to be, well guys, this is the thing, the not so fun part, this is the last thing left to organize everything that was in those two drawers at the station of coffee I have here. and then here, so I'm going to go ahead and lay everything out on the table and try to break everything down by category and then sort it.
This is really bad guys, I had no idea I had all this stuff buried underneath. all that crap because I recently bought a new tea and look at all the tea I have so I need to get everything out of its packaging. I also didn't know it had coconut sugar, but apparently I do and then all the bar stuff I'm going to keep. I asked my husband to go through the liquor and get rid of everything we weren't using, so all we have left is those two things and then we get rid of all this alcohol before we get organized. and I cleaned everything, I started by vacuuming up all the crumbs and then I went in and spray cleaned everything just to make sure that all the stickiness and all the sugar had been cleaned up very, very well.
The next section I tackled was the stove area and I also divided this into sections so it wasn't so overwhelming so I started with all the drawers first. I got to a point where this was all perfectly organized, but honestly, life happens and everything just came out. of place my spice door definitely needs to be tidied its container has nothing in it why is there a makeup brush in here and then we have this last drawer right here that has always been like a gadget drawer, but it definitely needs some organization, just like I did with the coffee cups.
I went ahead and put everything in a basket and transferred everything to a different room so I could play each thing and then went through and cleaned up all the crumbs. I inhaled them. and then I also spray cleaned it, that's why I love my Dyson. It would probably take me twice as long to clean everything up, so I went ahead and set everything up. I separated everything with cutlery on the left side and then the right. I put everything in one category, so I have all my serving utensils, my specialty gadgets, so here I have two sets of cheese knives and they're pretty much the same, so I'm going to pass it on to someone else.
This is the only one. A little bunch of freebies from here, this section is basically about getting organized and finding a better system so everything doesn't end up the way it did. By the way, I found the straw for my Starbucks puppy that was missing before the last thing we did. There inside the drawers is this little pig. The reason everything got so disorganized is because I bought a new Savoy gold set and didn't have a permanent home for it, so the last thing I can do in the drawers is this spice. store before moving on to the lower cabinets in the upper cabinets and this one should be pretty easy.
I'll just take everything out and clean it out and then refill the jars and get rid of anything that's expired, oh my gosh guys. This still makes me happy as someone who loves to cook. This is a pleasure to behold. It was probably the easiest thing to do so far. All I did was just move things around to fill the spaces and I moved items from this cabinet to the other one because in this one I realized I wanted more of my drinks in one place, like all my glasses have my champagne in them, my martini, my two teapots and then right there it's a little hard to see, but those are my wine glasses over there and the wine decanters.
I also needed to put this bowl somewhere where I could easily access it because that's my salad bowl and it they use a lot and here I just wanted all my white plates to be in one place, these are all the things I removed this. I just need to find him a better home. I want these to be like a quick breakfast, so I'm going to add those in there. These bowls are not mine, they belong to my sister and then this bowl belongs. to my mom, so I need to put them in a pile to give them back to her.
The only thing I'm getting rid of are all these martini glasses, not margarita martini glasses. I've had them since we moved into this house and we have never used them so it's time to give them to someone who will appreciate them and the last section I had to tackle as far as all the lower cabinets and I would say the worst cabinet in everyone was definitely the Tupperware cabinet and I think As this is true for many homes, these pola organizers have really helped tremendously, you see where I keep my pots and pans, they're actually always organized, like the one cabinet always organized down here, okay, here's my entire cutting board.
I'm getting rid of this because I definitely don't use it anymore, so it all comes down to these two. I have a large cutting board that I already have on my counters and it's rectangular so I think this is the one that's going to go so I still have a round one, there actually wasn't that much of it since these are my mixing bowls . I use them from time to time, so I'll keep each and every one of them. The only thing I'm getting rid of is this. or because it's actually my mom's and she always asks me for it when she brings food, so I'll make sure to pack it with the rest of her bowls.
I found this bakeware that's not supposed to go there, so I'm going to put it in its permanent place and I'm going to get rid of this, it's probably junk right now, it's really rusty, so I'm going to throw it away, not even I think I have glass jars that I would use. that top, so I'm going to get rid of those and also these meal prep containers. I used to be very interested in meal prep as I haven't used them in almost two years, so it's time to say goodbye to the ones I used to keep in my foil. aluminum foil and plastic wrap in a drawer, but I ended up using that extra door for all my new cutlery and found these clear containers that can stick to the back of cabinet doors.
I found it at the Container Store and it's perfect. It definitely maximizes space and opened up a whole drawer for me. I also decided to move some things around in the cabinet. My main goal is to make everything easy to find and grab without messing everything up in the process. One two. three four five six boxes total this is all that will be donated and to find a better home I definitely call this a success a couple of things I learned after this cleanup. I needed to create a better organization system where I could actually see everything I have, the perfect example being the amount of teas and coffees I had at the bottom of my drawer.
I made her buy the same things over and over again thinking they didn't fit me anymore when in reality they didn't. just buried by a lot of things, now I have everything clear and I can see where everything is and I can take a look before going to the supermarket, even before making this video, I had already realized that gadgets that serve only one purpose We are not good for me they took up too much space and some examples are things that are specifically for avocados or banana peelers. I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about, those like specialty Gadgets I used to buy a lot of those in the past and they took up a lot of space and I used them maybe once a month so I stopped buying them that's why you didn't see a lot of those in today's video um but some things that I learned throughout this process is to stop buying specialty coffee mugs that are not microwave safe and are not dishwasher safe and this is something that I had already applied to others things like my daily civilian where they are all dishwasher safe because I know myself.
I know what works for me if it's not dishwasher safe. I'm less likely to reach it and it'll just sit there and I want all my items to be usable so I won't do that anymore. I'll be buying coffee mugs that I can't put in the microwave, no matter how cute they are. This is going to be a very difficult challenge for me, so those were the main things I learned from today's video. I really hope you enjoyed it. I found it motivating and inspiring to do your own cleaning. Definitely subscribe before you go. I upload videos every week if you are interested in seeing my closet cleaned and purged.
I have a whole video on what is probably the biggest cleanup. I've done it once in my life, so I'll leave the video link below. I got rid of so many things. I'll rock all my other decluttering videos I've made and the organization videos linked below, guys fit in with everything about that. I'll let you go and talk to the boys next time, bye. Oh.
