Okay, maybe we can find some good oil here, which we did well. I have a big problem here, this is, oh, it's refined. I wish we had unrefined refined coconut oil. It's actually worse to get refined coconut oil than not to get it all together, so unfortunately, even though it's a dollar, it's refined. It's very important that the studies that show that coconut oil is bad for everyone use refined, but when you look at some of these other jama studies and some of these general nutrition studies, you find that unrefined coconut oil is very different from refined, a huge difference, so I don't see much else in the way of coconut oils that would work and again, when it comes to mayonnaise and things like that, you're looking for the first ingredient, soybean oil, you better get a couple of these things at like Target or another maybe some store discount that's going to happen with avocado oil, so I would overlook that and lean toward a little bit more uh, just the different types of oils, so don't get the coconut oil, don't get the mayonnaise. this would be that it would be hard to find anything here um, I might get lucky and find some chicharrones or something, although the cheese curls I doubt these are regular, oh yeah, no way, let's look at chicharrones, any chicharrones, hmm, unfortunately not do.

I found a really good little treat here, oh my gosh, look at this, this is a nice mix of good nuts, let me show you what's in it?
This is great, it's called a power blend, okay, and it's salted nuts, pistachios, it's got peanuts, but it's got hazelnuts, which are hazelnuts and almonds outside of the omega-3 profile that you'll find at Dollar Tree. to be the way to go they are roasted in vegetable oil so that's a problem peanut cotton seed that's not good but we're in the dollar

we're not going to find the perfect ones that are dry roasted let me see if there's anything roasted dry here, let's see, we've got some normal salted roasted almonds, let's see what they're roasted into.
Look, in this one you have toasted almonds that are toasted in vegetable oil, so at least with this imperial or powerful blend at least we have a little bit of vegetable oil it's offset by the nuts that are high in omega-3, what's up with pistachios? Here we have pistachios that are, oh, here we go right into the pistachios and the sea salt. Now pistachios are the highest carbon nut, but they are a pretty decent fat profile and at least these are dry roasted, so if you're more concerned about the type of fats you're getting, I'd go with the pistachios here and then You have the ones that still have the shell. but taking advantage of the money, we have 100, we have three quarters of an ounce there or we have 1.25 ounces in the shell.
I think you'll get more real meat for the ones with the shell, so I'll go ahead and grab them. because it's a pretty good deal per dollar, not bad, you go to a gas station, it'll cost you three dollars easily, skip the cashews, you don't need them, a lot of these things will have carbs added to them, so you don't need to give it a try. back to see if there's anything here. I highly doubt it, but you never know, so it looks like the only thing we're really missing here will be meat, like good, legit protein, and I've made a lot of it. of videos showing that at Target at Safeway at Costco or just at Walmart you can get great meat options, so between Dollar Tree and Walmart, I bet you could get your entire week's worth of food for under 30 bucks and be totally prepared so you can probably make $120 a month and still eat relatively

In fact, I'll probably make another video explaining how to do keto, you know, like 200 a month or less, it's actually pretty easy when it comes down to it, just don't believe everything on the internet that tells you it has to be in a way, so I'm going to go check and get all of this, let's see what it probably boils down to. 20 dollars 25 dollars at most maybe I seriously got a week's worth of groceries at the dollar tree for 20 dollars 20 and 50 cents is totally doable. I can not believe it. I even bought salmon. I even bought shrimp.
I even have some things that will make it so I can have my protein. This is epic, seriously, what the hell? So let's go ahead and enjoy the ketogenic diet for what it's
