That being said, I already opened the top of this box of

dimes

and definitely

dimes

of the types that circulate. I'll take it as you know. I will use my mat of clad

coin

varieties for this search because I prefer to choose any of the dime varieties we can find, although they are difficult to find. I'll be looking for them. I'll also be using a microscope and if you want links to my mats or a microscope, I'll have them down below or maybe periodically throughout the video up here, okay, we're not going to sit here and chat.

More Interesting Facts About,

epic silver found coin roll hunting dimes it s dime time...

Let's start unwrapping right away and see if we can find anything silver. With that said, let's start searching. Welcome back to what was just a few seconds for you, was a few hours for me. We've reviewed it and it was probably one of the worst. dime boxes I've looked for no silver no varieties no 09 no proofs no foreigners the only thing to mention is this really nice 1980 Denver that's it we'll compare it to the album and send them back to the bank and I'll be back when you get another dime box. Well, I'm back, it's been about five days.

I bought another dime box. I took it out of the bank to make sure it wasn't a new dime, since I have a couple of uncirculated dimes. boxes that I'll probably end up trading, but in the mean

time

I'm excited to have this box because this is the type of boxes that I've done best collective average in the past and the ones with the holes, but I'm really praying that I can find a nice one silver dime in this box, maybe a mercenary dime, maybe something better, but most importantly, it would be nice to find that 2004 double d ear I've been looking for. high and low, okay, we've talked enough, let's jump right into this and again I'll take you to our first find, well we're on list number four, we're going to have our first find from this box, which is already better than the last box, we have a 2009 Philadelphia and I don't find many Philadelphia minted dimes in my area unless they're from 2004 for some reason, but yeah, 2009p, it's one of those. which I like to take out and add to my collection due to the low mintage, let's look for something else, well, optimism turned to despair, practically nothing else was

found

, no variety, foreign silver proofs, whatever, everything What we got was a nice low mint Philadelphia from 2009.

They are a tough two dime boxes, but I'm not going to give them up because you never know when the next dime box will be. The irony of that statement will soon be revealed. We'll be back when we have another dime box to hunt. maybe I'll take two this time to increase my odds, well I'm back with another dime box. I tried to get two like I said in the last clip but I was only able to get one this week, however I'm excited about this dime box. because when I open the top we have a silver dimensor and in the history of my dime box

hunting

I have only had two, maybe this is the third silver dimensor and on a quick pick it looks like it's going to be a 1950 and something like that I'm so excited about this box that we have silver no matter what hopefully that diamond means there's more than just that one it would be weird to have 2500 dimes and the only silver ended up being an ender but it's It may be. possible but that's not going to happen in this box, we're not going to start with that rule, we're going to start with the

roll

that is number one in the box and we'll see if we have anything else in the meantime, I'll bring them back In case find something before the silver

coin

, we're on

roll

number four guys, and I'm smiling because this is a first for me.
I just opened this roll and I think I have a silver dime there, on a silver dime there and I still have an ender, so this might be my first silver dime, Sammy, let's see if it's 1964 Denver, oh my goodness, 1965 Denver. Unbelievable, two silver dimes on the first roll that had silver on them apart from the end, this could be ridiculous. box i don't want to get too excited but wait what is this here just a damaged o6? Okay, I'm getting excited too quickly, but two silver dimes and roll number four, we have an ending that's three, if I remember my best The box of silver dimes is five again.
I don't want to get ahead of myself, but it's a great start. Let's look for more roll number five. I just opened it and there's another silver dime right there. I don't see any other. However, let me go ahead and take that one, this will be silver dime number three already at the beginning of the box, if I can do this with one hand, I'm sorry, I got excited, I just started filming, let me try to grab this one, of course we missed it. it's 1964 Denver, amazing three silver dimes and if this pace continues we may end up using the tripod on this box, roll number six and we have another silver dime which is the fourth one

found

in the rolls plus the end, this will unite. my best box of dimes ever from the Denver Mint, all have 64 except the four silver dimes.
I'm looking for low mintage varieties and dimes as well, but let me set up the tripod. This could be a ridiculous box. I will be back. with the tripod fine, I already have it set up and I'm going to start taking rolls. Now I'll record this first one completely live except when I do the variety search after opening the roll, hopefully we'll have a silver here and it continues this silver streak we've got, but let's take a look oh my goodness nice guys edge worn silver plated, edge worn, silver, three silver dimes on this roll, I'm shaking, take a look at this amazing. let's go ahead and see what the silvers are, the first one is from Denver from 1960, the second one is a dark dime, it's a mercenary diamond, it has a mint mark on there, I think it's amazing from 1943, which probably means that This other one is going to be a mercenary.
Also, it's 1944 and I think there's a mint mark there, Denver, 1944, Denver, three silver dimes on a roll and I don't think there are any more, but you know I'm going to check them out. Let me add them to the board and I'll bring you back on the next roll, okay, there was nothing else on that paper as far as needing to mention that we got those two dimes and believe it or not, we already have seven dimes of silver with an end to finish. I know I'm doing a recap, I'm really excited, sorry let me take roll number eight and see if there's any silver live for you, this one might be a no silver roll, it sounds crazy because I almost never get silver on my dime boxes.
Never, no, we're going to have a silver coin on the back of the roll, right there, and it looks old again and it's another Merc dime. I'm going to drop it and it's older, 1934 and I don't see a mint mark. 1934 Philadelphia silver dime number eight not including the end ok no extra presents on that roll let's move on to roll number nine and that looks a little fishy we have more silver and we have another silver Sammy right there and it looks like a couple of old people. once again, incredible, another merc time 1944 p 1941 philly also two silvers plus two four six eight ten silvers and nine rolls and we have an ender roll number 10 only has a 2009 philly, that's our second 2009 of the hunt.
I recorded the opening but there were no endings so I deleted the clip but now that we found something I brought you back since I already have you here we are going to go ahead and open roll number eleven so we had a roll without money which was rule number 10. roll number 11 looks like we'll have a silver on it too 1963 Denver Silver number 11 to 11 rolls roll number 12 can we keep the silver streak alive? Oh my gosh, we can, holy cow, let me zoom in. in old silver edge old silver edge old silver edge old silver edge possibly another silver there holy cow let's see what we have we have a dime and that looks pretty tan 1938 1939 but it's silver 1951 Philadelphia 1944 Philadelphia 1960 Philadelphia and that It's just that I can see now four more silver dimes making 15 silver dimes through 12 rolls, roll number 17 and we're back to silver right here at the Denver Mint 1964.
It's nice to see silver later from having a handful of rolls without it, roll number 19 of In the Box, we're sitting on 16 silvers right now with an ending still to finish and then, oh, we have a silver right here, right in front, I almost missed it I lose, silver number 17, Denver Mint, 1964. I can't get mad. on that same roll we also found a 2009 Denver and we'll add it to the 2009, that's our third of the search and by the way, if you're wondering why I'm not just picking the silver off the rolls every time I've found silver in my boxes, whatever it is, whatever the denomination, it's always smart to check for varieties because chances are you've been part of a collection bin and you never know if they're looking for varieties and putting them in their collection roll.
Hunt number 22 is the ending we saw at the beginning and we have 17 silvers at the moment so this should be number 18 of course I hope he has some seekers along with him and I don't think he will unless this one is faded, not 65. So the end will be a 1958 Denver and that will make 18 silvers on 22 rolls. However, roll number 23 looks like silver is slowing down now, so the box could go back to normal, but we have another one. silver right there and this will be number 19 almost right in the middle of the roll if I can get it out.
I love 1956 Philadelphia. Roll number 24 in the box is on 19 silvers. Crazy and we'll have the number 20 right here and It looks gray because it's a Merc Dime 1942 Philadelphia 20 Silver's 24 roll roll 25 the middle point of the box Do we have any more silver? I think we have two, one here in the front and one here in the back, let's take this front. a first denver from 1962 and a denver from 1964 22 silver 25 rolls roll number 29 we've had several rolls in a row without silver so it might have come to an end for us but you know we made it oh no it didn't come to an end end.
At the end there is another third old silver coin and it is another mercdime 1929 Philadelphia 23 silver in 29 rolls roll number 30 sitting on 23 silvers right now there will be more and there is right here 1964 Denver Silver number 24 from the box we are in roll number 33, a couple of scrolls without silver, can we find another one in this scroll? We'll probably see another one on this roll right there and it looks like another antique border because it's another dime Mercury Philadelphia 1944 25 silver through 33 roll roll number 35 can we already found more silver to add to the 25 and we'll have the Denver silver here from 1963 number 26 in the box, roll number 36 placed on 26 silvers, how about 27?
And we'll have 27 right here, kind of an antique edge, but just another one from 1963. Denver and I'll take it 27 silver coins, roll number 38, we have 27 silver coins. Every time I think the box is getting cold, it gets hot again and stays pretty hot because we have a silver fifth and it's also a mercury dime. I didn't think from the edge that it would be one and it is a 1943 Philadelphia in good condition 28 silver 38 rolls roll number 39 without silver there is no silver but another 2009 and this one is from Denver quarter 2009 of

hunting

roll number 42 the box is starting to feel slow for sure and looks like it will stay slow that's silver on the edge well I missed it and you guys probably saw it, you saw me take a quick look at it and thought it was silver but the edge had some dirt on it and I missed it, we had silver on roll 42, it's a 1964 Philadelphia and that makes the silver number 29.
Roll number 44. Can we take the silver number 30 from the box and we'll hide it on the end? It looks like it's old if I can get it. and it's an old one, it's a Merc Dime 1941 Philadelphia Silvers, roll number 50, final roll of the box and it turns out that it has one that looks like it might be missing the coated layer and I pulled one out earlier that was discolored and it looks like it's just shows the copper, but I'll take another look at it another time, either way, it's been a fun box, we've had no silver on several of the last few rolls, which tells me he's probably not giving up silver anymore and tells me he might There was another box before this one that had a little more of that money because we had a lot of money at the beginning and when we opened this roll, yes, no more money and noI know how many rolls it's been since the last one was found. but it's been quite difficult as far as that fade goes, it's just toning, I don't think it's missing the coated layer, but it's still very good and I'll put it aside and bring them back if I find anything. silver or something like a variety, otherwise I'll give you a good summary, that

epic

dime box is completely hunted, we have all the discards there, let me give you a good summary here, we found in the three boxes in total two 2009s.
Low Mint from Philadelphia and two Low Mint from Denver from 2009. We also took the Philadelphia minted proof reverse from 1970. They use the proof reverse on this one by mistake and I have a lot of Denver ones, but I don't have many Philly ones and it's quite nice , so I'm going to keep that one that doesn't have much value, but it's still an interesting find, a couple of rare things. The ones here look like they're possibly missing some coating, but you never know and that one just has some toning , but I think it's great for the money. 30 silver dimes in that box.
We have 18 amazing Roosevelts and 12 Mercury Dimes. 30 silver coins, the best. dime box by far I don't know if I will ever find another box like this. I have found good amounts of silver and paper rolls for clients from time to time, but never in a bank-wrapped box, the two best finds or the two oldest. The search findings were 34 pence and 29 pence in terms of mercury dimes. I'm very happy to have it and grateful I picked up this box like I said. I'll go back to that bank tomorrow and see if I can. get another box, it's past closing time, now this box took a long time to look for because I was looking for varieties that we didn't really find apart from the 70p test back.
That said, I never thought I'd ever get a collection dump. writing boxes like this on dimes, dimes and quarters have been my nightmare but also my guilty pleasure because when I find the Silver Room it's so exciting and this was by far one of the dimes hunts most exciting cents I've ever made, let alone almost any other. denomination of the coins I have hunted. I hope you enjoyed this Dime Time video. I would appreciate it if you would share it so that anyone else who is hunting for dimes has had bad luck like I have had in the past to let them know. there are out there and if you look for enough boxes, you can find a great one like the one we made today.
