this week, so we'll start with a delicious breakfast quiche. I'm not sure if I was going to try this or not because I'm not a breakfast eater, but I did and it was worth it, so that was the ingredient.

I'm just

a pound of ground Italian sausage and then while that's cooking I'm going to throw in there in that bowl eight eggs those were eight large eggs then I also threw in there it says ranch seasoning I used onion seasoning because I didn't have any ranch and I didn't want to take To be honest, it's time to make my own seasoning. I also added a cup of sour cream, a cup and a half of cheddar cheese and then gave it a good mix, once the ground sausage was cooked I dumped all of that into a baking dish and just made the sausage on the bottom and then I poured the egg mixture on top and then just stirred it to make sure it was all mixed and well together, then I baked it at 350 degrees and I put aluminum foil on top, baked it for about 30 minutes, then took it out again and then took it off the foil and then I baked it for another 2025 minutes and that's how it turned out and oh my gosh guys.

I would never have thought of putting any kind of seasoning packet in the quiche, but that made the quiche so flavorful it was delicious, definitely try it and some of you have been asking me how I portioned mine which was eight servings. right there, so next I'm going to boil some eggs in my instant pot like I always do, put it on the roof and then I just press the egg button and once they're done I throw them in an ice bath for 5 minutes and then This time I didn't remove the peels, I just put them in a little bag and it's a great on-the-go snack.

Next, I'm cleaning some berries because my family really likes eating berries, so I threw some strawberries, blackberries and raspberries in a bowl of water with just a little bit of vinegar. I just added a splash of vinegar and that helps kill the bacteria and then I like to let them dry a little before putting them on. in the container that I'm going to put them in for the refrigerator, but even when I put them in the container I like to take a paper towel and just stick it on top so that helps absorb a little bit of moisture and then I'm also going to cut some radishes.

My daughter helped me a lot in this Mill preparation, so God bless her. Thank you very much, but I did the same with the radishes. I let them sit in a water bath with a little bit of vinegar and then I put a paper towel on it and they're ready so during the week I could eat some fried radishes, they turned out like red potatoes, they're so good next, I'm just dividing them up . it's a 5 pound package of ground beef and I'm going to divide them into 1 pound increments so I can have them throughout the week, so 3 pounds I froze the other two pounds and I'm going to cook them because that's it's going to be for one recipe, two recipes that I'm going to make and I'll show you here in a moment, but I'm just going to cook the two pounds of meat together and then separate the two pounds of meat as I use it in my dishes, so that's the two pounds that I separated right there, so the first recipe I'm going to make is like a lazy girl lasagna, the best one, so I'm just technically going to use pizza. sauce, but I'm going to use it as my marinara.
I understand at Dollar Tree the macros aren't that bad and the ingredients are clean ingredients so for a dollar you can't go wrong, but I'm just going to add that to my ground beef and then throw it in the bottom of an 8 sized baking dish. by 8 inches and then a couple of people asked me why I use cottage cheese in my lasagna instead of ricotta cheese. Even my family doesn't like ricotta cheese, that's why I use cottage cheese, but obviously you can make any of these dishes however you want, you can substitute anything, make it however you and your family like, but I only put enough cottage cheese in it. to cover the top of the ground beef, the same with the cheese.
I did the same thing with just enough cheese to cover it, so I used some sharp cheddar cheese and some mozzarella cheese and baked it. at 400 degrees until the top is cooked and boylee and you know, if you want it to brown a little more on the top, you can cook it to your liking. Next I'm going to cut up some zucchini because we're going to make a new dish, this is something I created on my own, but I'm going to pour some avocado oil into the bottom of that pan and then I'm also going to throw in all the zucchini that I cut it into cubes and I'm going to To soften the zucchini, I just add a little salt and pepper and once the zucchini is softened, I'll add the ground beef as well.
This was delicious, guys, so I cut some up. cilantro too, make sure you clean the cilantro very, very well, then the leftover cilantro I threw in a bag with a paper towel, does it absorb the moisture? Then I added the ground beef with the zucchini and added a block of cream cheese. in the ground beef, that is, a block of cream cheese with the ground beef, the zucchini and now adding the cilantro. I'm also going to add about half of that red enchilada sauce. I'm going to add about half of that can. I'm going to mix that up super super well and tell you that I created this because I had made zucchini lasagna before, so I thought why not try a zucchini enchilada dish?
It wasn't disappointing, but this is homage enchilada sauce. used that was the final product I tell you you made this dish it was so good the creaminess of the cream cheese with the enchilada sauce was delicious everyone loved this dish the next step we are going to take these chicken breasts and we are going to marinate them these are all the ingredients we're going to need and this marinade is so good we marinated it for I don't know a couple of hours and it makes a huge difference I'm not going to lie there are definitely times where I'm lazy and just throw them on the grill without marinating them , but marinating your meats, your chickens, your pork chops, whatever makes a big difference, so in that bowl I'm throwing there, actually, my daughter, I'm telling you, my daughter.
It was amazing she helped me a lot but it's 1/4 cup of olive oil 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice minced garlic a teaspoon of dried oregano a teaspoon of ground thyme 1/2 teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of pepper you just go To stir all that together, throw in the chicken and a bag. I just used a zip lock bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and we just rub the chicken in and give it a good massage before throwing it in the refrigerator. and I'm telling you this is not going to disappoint you at all, it's so damn good, so we're also going to marinate the pork chops and we're just going to use pepper, salt, cilantro, a little bit of soy sauce, a little bit of lemon and a little garlic powder for this marinade. pork chops are very good if you don't like cilantro or if you don't like a certain item, definitely leave it out, you know, that's what I love about recipes, leave things out, add things, make it your own creation and it will be delicious because you are putting ingredients that you love, so again we are putting 1/4 cup of lemon juice 1/4 cup of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and half a teaspoon of pepper given that well stirred and then as you see my daughter is chopping the cilantro and we're going to throw it in there too, she's stirring it again all she has to do is pour all of that into the pork chops which we throw in a zip lock bag.
We're also going to give these guys a massage because we don't want the pork chops to be jealous of the chicken, so give those bad boys a little massage. Throw them back in the refrigerator and leave them for a couple of hours. leave them overnight so next we're going to make some fat head dough with all those ingredients that we just showed you because my family was really craving pizza so this fat head dough is probably going to be a little different than the ones you've seen just because not everyone in my house loves cream cheese so I found a dough with a fat head that doesn't accept it.
I'll be sure to leave all of these recipes in the description box below because I'm I won't keep you waiting and I always give credit where it's due, so my daughter threw three and a half cups of shredded mozzarella cheese in there and we just melted it until It was nice and melty in the microwave while it was melting she threw in a cup and a half of almond flour she threw in a teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum half a teaspoon of salt a teaspoon of Italian seasoning which is optional a teaspoon of garlic powder which is also optional and he mixed all the dry ingredients together, he put all the dry ingredients in the mixture with the mozzarella, the melted mozzarella, he stirred it very well, then he added an egg and once he stirred it as best as he could, He went in there with his hands to make sure.
Keep your hands a little damp because if you don't, the Fathead dough will stick to your hands and be a hot, stinky mess, so once you've incorporated all the ingredients together, just scoop it up. form a ball of dough and then I use my hands and start flattening that bad boy with yours and you can use a rolling pin if you want. I think it's easier to do it with your hands, so my daughter rolls it out into a nice pizza size and then she likes to curl the ends, then we bake the crust at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes and after the ten minutes the we take it out, we prick it with a fork and then we cook it for another five to seven minutes and then once it's done we use the same pizza sauce that I used on the lazy girl lasagna and we like a lighter pizza sauce so that you know, spread as much as you and your family prefer and then, obviously put whatever ingredients you prefer, since my daughter was the one who did it, she was the one who chose what ingredients to put there, so she chose mozzarella cheese, a little bit of cheese spicy cheddar and pepperoni, but I mean, feel free to use it. peppers or onions olives, make it your own, like I always say, you can even take that Fathead dough and turn it into two or three different slices and make sort of custom pizzas.
I've done it before too, but that's the finished product. It stinks good, if you haven't had Fathead crust pizza, give it a try, so here are the chicken and pork chops after marinating for a couple of hours. We'll just throw them on the grill and let the grill do the work. guys if you don't marinate the meat and I need to preach this to myself because like I said I get lazy and I don't marinate the meat all the time but it makes a big difference it stinks really good and look at those. grill lines to all of you and believe it or not guys this doesn't stay in my house this was gone in a couple of days.
I tell you guys, I have teenagers in my house and let me tell you, you can eat them outside. from a damn house, but look how beautiful they are, again they were so good, so next I'm going to cook a whole chicken and my air fryer. I'm just going to use avocado oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I'm going to make it like a paste. I'm going to pour a couple tablespoons of avocado oil right there in that pan and then I'm going to pour a teaspoon of oregano in there 1 teaspoon of onion powder a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of pepper and about a teaspoon of salt and then I stir it very well and again it forms a kind of paste, that's what it looks and smells delicious.
I'm just going to rub the paste on. all the chicken using my hands. I make sure to get to the bottom of the chicken as well and then I also like to go up under the skin of the chicken just to make sure that the chicken has flavor on all sides so I can put it in. First with the chicken breast side down and I'm going to use an air fryer which at 360 degrees for 40 minutes on the first side takes a little longer because these whole chickens I've been buying at Costco are huge so it takes a little longer. time.
They are better to cook in the air fryer than a smaller chicken once the 40 minutes are up, then I flip it so the chicken breast is facing up and cook it for another 30 minutes and then it is perfect, it comes out so moist. so juicy the air fryer does an amazing job with whole chickens and you have to have a pretty big fryer. Mine weighs 6 quarts. Next, we'll use the air fryer again for these steaks. These are three different types of steaks. These are not. completely thawed, but the fryer still does an amazing job even if they are still partially frozen.
I haven't tried freezing them completely, but all I did was throw them in there with a little salt and pepper. Obviously, you'll have to adjust your time to how well done or how medium rare you taste, depending on how you like your steak, but I'm going to air fry them at 400 degrees and start on the first side with just five minutes and then give them I'll turn around and we'll beI'm going to throw them back in there because I like mysteaks over medium heat, so the second time I put them in for four minutes and they were perfect, so they were a little redder than I prefer, but when you reheat them they're perfect and they're still tender, they're moist and, like I said, the air fryer does an amazing job so far on everything I've cooked in there.
I really love the fryer that follows at the end, but no. At least I'm going to make some avocado pudding, so this recipe is a completely new recipe. I've never tried it again. These recipe links will be in the description box below, but I'm just taking a whole avocado and throwing it in my blender. because I'm going to mix all of these ingredients together as well as 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of

In fact, pretty good next time, I don't know if it was all sweet and it was Stevie. I'll probably sweeten it with monk fruit or something because, in my opinion, the stevia left an aftertaste a little bit, but I think with monk fruit this. It's going to be even better, but to me it tastes like chocolate pudding, it's delicious, that concludes this week's meal prep.
