hot coke pieces. I made the video before. They had some problems with it, not necessarily good, it was with the

system

or my machine in particular, but there were some problems and then there were some problems that we had with customer service and they asked me a lot of questions. For the last week we have been

powder

coating

and showing videos about what we think about the

system

. What I wanted to do is make sure we got everything from Eastwood that we were testing, replacing and reviewing.

I wanted to make sure I had all of that and tested everything before we went ahead and made a video, so now it's time to go ahead and make this video and go over this, so let's go ahead and jump to it when we first did it. We went ahead and bought the

1000

hot coke parts. We went ahead and just bought the normal normal kit that comes with the five pound fluidizing hopper as well as the machine and a gun. We had some problems and I had read all the comments and many comments. People had said, well, that's what you're supposed to do, but you're not supposed to pile charges on your person and that's what was happening, so I knew something was right, but also something was wrong, so I contacted Eastwood.

What we had with tech support was that tech support didn't know how to give a tech support name to this particular computer, which was very frustrating and since it had just come out, you'd figure their tech support would know something. so there was a problem there, well what they did was they sent a new machine and I tried the new machine and the old machine. I had the old machine running when the new one came out, but I had done a few things differently, so for one, I hooked up and set up the machine just like it was supposed to be done, one of the things is right here where the cable is connected green which is a common ground so what that means is the clip that goes into the piece here they ask you to connect that to the back and then they ask you to connect the ground to the back should work too , there should be no problem.

Eastwood went ahead and tested it before turning off the machine on my In the case there were a couple of things, one when I unhooked this wire and connected it directly to ground and then took the green wire here or the green wire and connected it directly to ground and then I was able to spray. The coat and machine worked very well. They sent the new machine because the new one was on the way when I realized that. When I bought the new machine I was looking at the gun and there was a difference between the old gun and the first one they sent and the second one.

I noticed there was some isolation. There was like a point of isolation. Well here is the first tip and you can see from the first tip that the cable is extremely long. Great, the gray one here on its plastic, the tips of the other gun on the second gun we have, you can see the cable is much shorter and it has some type of

coating

, it may be the same plastic, but it has some a kind of cape and it's a different color. I don't know if that means anything, plus it has that black tip, so I told Eastwood I was like, "Hey, you know, I was able to make the first one work," and they said, "Okay, well, the second one is on the way, you know." , do some testing so I told them how I was able to go ahead and get the first one working when I got the second gun and I was looking at the difference between the first and the second and I realized In the tip I let them know well what. they did: they sent a third gun, just the gun, so I can go ahead and compare that third gun to the first and the second.

Now the third gun was exactly the same as the second. What that makes me think is that there's just one. bad tip or a defective gun or even a defective machine because I connected this machine the same way they say in the book I haven't had any problems connecting it the same way I have this connected, no problem now. way I wired it the first time because for some reason I feel like we get better transfer when we use it where the clip is directly grounded. instead of going to the back of the machine I just failed we get a better transfer so what we have done and this is for testing purposes that's why this way it will actually be changed we are getting a cable of thicker ground so that our The ground is here, okay, and we pulverize here, so it's not too far away, eight feet, maybe ten feet, so what we've done and we're going to bring in a thicker wire, this It's the ground wire that's here. you just connected it directly to that and we have the machine here and then we have a ground connection that grounds the cabin and this grounds the big fan that we have that is actually ventilating and sucking the dust through our filter, like this we're going to be bringing in a bigger cable all of this is going to be run this cabinet is going to be moved the end table there's probably going to be a different cart that's going to be placed here, but we're probably going to keep it as short as possible if we stay in this building, which it's going to be a completely different video because we want to grow and expand, so with some advice from Mark Over at Eastwood, which is part of R&D, when we put it together with

powder

coat wheels, we start with two and go to either edge difficult and then we went ahead and turned it up to about four, three and a half to four, 35,000 to 40,000 kilovolts and we were able to powder coat the wheels very well when we did other things, for example, these four shelves that we made the ones we end up with. a 2 kV and 3 kV, but this machine is very worth it now because of some of the difficulties we went through.

Eastwood went ahead and sent us a 2 pound hopper so we could go ahead and try it out and I love the 2 pound hopper. Not only is it perfect for making wheels, it's perfect for color changes, which the 5 pound ones are. nice ones, but even making larger wheels, I actually prefer the way the 2 pound hopper works. I don't know if it's because I have a little. One of the problems marking the fluid eyes is on the 5 pound hopper as well as the gun, and I have a little problem there. I don't know for sure if that's what it is but the 2lb hopper is in the process of fluidizing so I just put the gun air in there and it works absolutely perfect, very easy to adjust other tip, max air psi in this system it is 50 psi.

What I've noticed is that I don't use anything over 40 and when I use the two pound hopper we use about 25 to 30 psi it's very easy to control through the air knob here but there's just no reason to send 50 psi over here when we tried to send 50 psi, it was too much air even though the maximum is 50, we didn't send 50 psi through it so it's just another tip that we discovered or discovered by doing a lot of testing with these machines. Now many people have asked if it is worth the purchase. buy if you have a problem with anything, Eastwood is a great company to work with, they make sure their customers are happy, it's working phenomenal, it really is, so if you watch some of our other videos or maybe subscribe to the channel if you have.
