ations to share with you and I am so excited with the outcome of each of these projects. I hope you enjoy today's video and that it is useful to you. enjoy it, hit the like button, comment and subscribe, we will go ahead and start with my first project. You will need a frame. I'm using this framework that I already had on hand. You can also buy a new 8. for 10 frame from Dollar Tree and then I'm going to use this flat gray primer on the frame first one coat of primer really helps the topcoat to adhere to your frame a little better and have a smoother finish smooth and then Next, I'm going to do a final coat of this bright sage green.I love rust-oleum paint. This is my favorite brand and I'm just going to add a really nice coat of paint on this frame. It was very cold outside. when i painted this i just wanted to make a nice layer and finish with do it and then i brought it inside to dry and this is what the finished layer looks like for this project. You will also need a bottle. This is one that I bought in the past from Dollar Tree. They have other different bottle shapes in stores right now, you'll need some twine as well and this is one I also picked up from Dollar Tree, but you could use whatever twine you have first.
I'm going to get a lot of this twine. i think i got probably about 8 feet out of it and then cut it off and then folded the twine in half so it had a loop at one end put the coiled end around the mouth of the bottle then fed my long strands of string through of the loop so it would be tied in place and then I added some hot glue to hold that part in place and then I wrapped the string around the top of the bottle a couple of times. I went towards the top and then went back down. the bottom and then to the top again and then on top of the bottle here I went ah lea and just tied a simple and this holds in place really well you could also hot glue or hot glue it ya which will make sure it stays on its bottle next I'm going to add this to my frame so I centered it in the frame then started wrapping the twine around the top of the frame just make sure you have the bottle in place where you want it to hang each time you start this and then go ahead and wrap the rest of the twine. around the top of the frame once you get to the end of your twine you can tie it in place at the back of the frame and then I cut off the excess and hot glued the end of the twine so it would stay where it was supposed to Lastly I'm going to add some of this floral from Dollar Tree this is a newer one I discovered this year and I cut three stems off of this and then slid them into the top of the bottle and so here you can see how it all ends up just finished i have it propped up on a shelf you could also hang this on a wall you can make a set of three of those and they would look great together but i really like the way this one turned out next you will need some of these

planters, They come in a 2 pack and a 3 pack I'm going to paint just three of these pots one of the bigger ones and then two of the smaller ones the other two pots I'm going to leave this terracotta color and then I'm going to be painting these with s I just used a white primer the nozzle on my flat white paint is broken so I just used this primer and that worked fine and I went ahead and just added a coat with them down and then when I was done with that I flipped them over and added another coat on the outside edges and then i sprayed them on the inside as well and this primer probably any kind of spray paint soaks up these pots a bit so the finish is not super smooth or super even and that's exactly how i wanted it to be and to finish off these pots it's really simple you're just going to add a little bit of greenery on top of them this first one here I got from Walmart but the rest came from Dollar Tree.I tried to use some different greenery that I already had on hand so I didn't want to go. I went out and bought a bunch of new stuff or made sure it all came from Dollar Tree, but I only cut two or three stems off each of these and then just to gather them together and put them on top of the pot. Don't glue them in place or use whatever green foam they hold in place well depending on whether you want them permanent or want to reuse greenery or pots at a later time you can glue them in place or use some green foam but they work great just sitting in the pot and you don't really notice there's nothing at the bottom of the pot.
I also saw online that Dollar Tree is supposed to be getting a few larger sizes of these pots so I'm hoping to find some of those as well to add along with these because I think a few larger sizes would be great I think they just come as a single pot instead of in a pack of two or three and then this last one is the only one I glued in place I used this herb it normally has these little butterflies on the top but I already had this on hand so I grabbed a bunch and used a Wire around the end to hold all the pieces in place and then I use scissors to cut off the excess on the end of this so you're going to want to hold it up in your pot to see exactly how long you want these grafting pieces to be before moving on. and cut them so you can also cut them shorter so I added some hot glue on the bottom. out of the pot and then I put the bits of grass in and pulled them off the wire a bit.
I also added a little bit of hot glue in the center because I wanted them to stand up a bit more upright, but just keep in mind that hot glue if you use it and it's really, really hot, it's going to melt this greenery a bit too, so ke Keep that in mind and then I added a smaller piece of wire around this greenery to try to hold the stems up and you can't really see the greenery because it's all green in the pot anyway so it helped hold this greenery up . the grass sticks out further up and here you can see how they all turned out.
I really love the way they look. I'm hoping to find some larger pots as well so I can add them to the shelf and have a few different sizes and styles, some of them upright and some of them flat. I feel like all of today's
spring
DIYs are so simple and this next one is another simple. I picked up one of these baskets these are the newer ones they have for the spring I had it was really hard to find these and I really wanted a gray one but I could only find this one dark blue so I'm going to go ahead and paint my basket a gray color.I started with this gray primer so my final coat would stick. a little better to the basket i'm mostly focused o n the outside of the basket and then the overspray going through the sides of the basket also covered the inside but i wasn't that concerned because the inside was gray then for the finished coat , I'm going to use this. The satin stone gray color is very close to the gray they have in the baskets at the store so if you find one of the best baskets you can use one of those or I just want you to know that you can paint these baskets any color you would like No I think they have whites in the store so if you wanted a white or black you could paint them any color just use a coat of primer first then finish with whatever color you like.
I would like to and then I brought this inside to dry and then this is what it all looks like finished next you will need brown paper I already had this brown wrapping paper on hand but they sell rolls of brown wrapping paper at Dollar Tree or you could use some as well paper bags. I cut them into about two elve by twelve inch pieces and then I also cut some short pieces of twine that I could use to tie around this and then I picked up some Dollar Tree flowers and what I'm going to do is wrap them inside this brown paper to make them look like fresh flowers you just picked at a farmer's market or florist that comes in this brown paper.
I really like how they looked and how the brown paper tops them off and these are just some different spring flowers I found in the store recently also some greenery and I'm just going to use three different bundles of these tie them all in the same one and then to finish this up I'm just going to add them to this basket I feel like it looks a lot like you just came from the farmer's market or the florist and you brought home some flowers and just wrapping them in the brown paper bag lifts them up a bit for display a little more like real flowers so i'm going to be us ing some ribbon to make a bow for the front this is a clearance ribbon i picked up from walmart but you could use any ribbon you find at dollar tree a wire edge is better and i'm just going to fold this into a loop so i just did a couple of loops and then folded it back and made a few more loops and then in the center here i'm going to add a wire together te the center and then I used a piece of wire that I already cut to twist around the center of this to hold the loop together so I just twisted it in the back to hold it tight and then I'm going to take this ribbon and I'm going to wrap it around the center of the bow to finish off the center and cover that wire so I wrapped it around the bow once and then used that wire on the back to hold the ribbon in place and then pulled it out so that off the second tail of the loop i cut then folded the end down so it was finished and then i am going to add this to my basket so i added directly to the center of the basket using that wire to hold it in place and then stretched the loop until i was happy with how it looked and here you can see what this project looks like all finished you can add this on a shelf or on a mantle in the center of a table anywhere in your home that needs a bit of a floral look fresh co.
I really love how this looks and was really happy with how it turned out for the last project we're going to do today. to make a wreath I'm going to use one of these smaller wreath shapes that come in a two pack from Dollar Tree and I'm also going to use this 30 pack of heart doilies if you can't find them anymore heart doilies that's ok too you can use regular round boilies. I already had these on hand so I decided to use these and what you're going to do is accordion fold the bottom of this mat where the point is if you're using the round ones you'd just do it on one of the sides that you're on ju First you will make it so that it crinkles towards the bottom of the doily a bit and then you will just slide it through the outer ring of your crown first and then glue it in place on the back and these overlap about an inch and one-half to two inches, each overlapping the one next to it.
I'm going to add these doilies around the outer edge of this wreath first and you could use any color for these as well. I really do though, like the way the white looks and then if you get to a point where there's one of these metal support bars in the way you're going to accordion fold like normal for your heart boilie and then you can cut a little slit in the bottom so it can go around so you don't have to push it to one side or the other of that little support part here. I wanted to go ahead and show you guys a little slower how I'm accordion folding these doilies. so i started in the center first and folded it in half then folded it to the center r and then down so you can see it gives it this ruffled look once i finished adding the doilies to the outermost ring of the shape of crown and then I started on the middle ring and these I wobbled to the side just a little bit so the heart shape wouldn't line up perfectly with the hearts that were on the outer ring of the crown you would also have to do this with the round Dooleys you'll just want to stagger them a bit so they don't line up perfectly and lastly I'm going to add the doilies to the center most ring of the wreath shape again.
I staggered them to the side just a bit so they wouldn't line up with the heart doilies on the two outer rings. of the crown shape and then these I also shortened them a bit more and then here you can see my kidney came to help me she is always very helpful when it comes to putting together crafts she loves to lie on the table with me and sometimes , knock things down i finished the closest ring on this wreath i could also add a bow or some flowers in the center of this wreath but i really like the way it looks just with the lace doilies i thought i would give it a really delicate look and i love the way this one turned out so here you can see how it all looks finished.
I hung it on my wall, this would also look great on a front door and you can also make it in a much bigger size, obviously you'll need a bigger one. mat pack or to use larger size mats and I'm adding a short clip of my kitty because she's too adorable not to share with you I hope the videoToday has been very useful for you and that you can use some of these DIYs in your own home. I think many of them probably fit more in a farmhouse style of

ation but could easily fit into any style.Thank you all so much for look today and see you next time bye
