I'm looking for pillows here and I have a really fun Ikea hack I think we can do with these. I'm going to get some of these so I've decided I want to do something a little more neutral for my curtains so these ripped curtains are amazing and there's a really cool trick that I know will give me a much more sophisticated and personalized look. , so it looks like you have them custom made and I'm really excited to show it to you, so we're going to get some of these in 118 inches long, this is exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for I better get out of here before buy the entire store, so we come back from our shopping and I've had a day to think about what I'm going to do with these items, but now We're about to implement it, prepare to slaughter these ikea names, I apologize, so the Joe Fred pillowcase that we're going to hack first and I really like it, it has a really cool texture and we're going to do it. a French document stamp on the front of this pillow.

I have a free printable and it actually comes in four pieces, so we'll have to take them apart and put them together, but it's a document stamp and I think it will look great. really cool, all we are going to do is print the printable and then tape it all together, now my original plan was to use this printable as a template and use graphite paper to transfer the image to this pillowcase, which is the same . technique I used for my bohemian named bag I made for Christmas and it worked great, unfortunately this didn't work this time on this pillowcase and I think it's because the fabric has a lot more texture and hence the graphite. the paper just didn't transfer the image no matter what I did, I even tried rubbing the back with a pencil lead and see if that worked, it didn't work either so I'll still provide you with the printable in case you go.

Trying to recreate this look using canvas drop cloth because I think it will work well based on my past experience, but if you're still going to use the ikea pillowcase, what I ended up doing was creating a template. using permanent vinyl and placing it on the canvas now this is not heat transfer vinyl because I don't want it to be permanent. I then use a gold marker which actually ends up looking a bit tan on the canvas which is perfect and filled in the stencil, now I put something between the pillow to prevent any possible bleeding, it's quite a thick fabric so it doesn't really He bled too much.

Now you can use a black marker or even a gray marker, but for my color palette, that gold marker looked like a Little Bronzy was perfect now, if you don't have a vinyl cutting machine and still want to use the Ikea pillowcase, you can Get a template of your choice at any craft store and simply fill it out using the same technique once you're done.
