around here Auto Auction Rebuilds to get started I wanted to give a big shout out to yard 18 forklift drivers if you want to call them forklift things those things are like giant forklifts to the drivers out here are loading unloading these cars for us management the ladies inside are always helping with the paperwork I appreciate all of you here at yard 18 and the corporate office all of you working together to make these videos possible so a big hello to all of you , lets start number one on my list is a 2005 Mazda is a rx-7 no im kidding kidding rx-8 is a is a O five rx-8 y'all know how much i love these cars man yeah we bought two of them at

and they are sellers.

These cars are selling like hot cakes. People don't care if they are salvage titles or not. They really don't care. damn it makes me wonder how that happened the fenders didn't even push how that happened man it's got a D on the windshield so I'm assuming that means it's a run and drive doesn't look like it took all that damage Man a fender here and the bumper busted off the wheels will need some work or just Plasti Dip it doesn't look bad at all got a lot of miles for a rx-8 has a hundred thirty four on it. thousand and change on that's a lot of miles for an rx-8 so you got these damn these damn I almost call them high def high def headlights guys HD headlights you know I mean projection headlights not projection omg the oh this is clean ooh yeah i can't think of what those headlights are called to save my life with the ballast.

I don't know why I know what they are, but for some reason it escapes me today. oh, you're kidding. no key no key oh how about let's see oh there he is they hit him they hit him there's the key and he's dead if we ain't getting nowhere damn well I guess that's what I'd rather hear an rx-8 run and leave that it gets hot turn it off then restart it to see if it will even start again before you buy one this is probably a pretty safe bet considering it went bust so most likely you were running and driving when this happened but you I never knew these Mazdas could be really temperamental man these rotary engines you really have to be careful with them but hey and it is what it is it's not a bad looking car it doesn't need much work until another basically puts it a fender gotta fix that door over there and put a bumper on it a new coat of paint its not a bad looking car at all now i sure wish i heard it run though i really do its a stick shift - man these are so much fun so much fun Okay, let's move on to something else.

Chevy Cavaliers, many of you may laugh at them and you may hate them, but these are cars that sell well. Old guys these are great cars this shows only fifty fifty two thousand miles on the clock that's pretty impressive and honestly I really don't see what's wrong I saw in the picture something with the front end on the passenger side here. I have some paint. damage yeah that's actually clear coat ok so it took a pretty good beating on this wheel as you can see here I blew out the rim the rim is tan the hubcap is tan and it looks to me like it's off center so most likely we got control arm damage underneath.

Might have to see if we can turn the wheel to get a better look but fifty thousand miles man and this is another one of those cars people aren't going to care if it's rebuilt or not especially if you could show them pictures and all what was it was a bad wheel you know that's nothing it's an automatic oh it runs great and shows 50 yes 52 thousand miles let's turn it off we have an oil light on we have an oil light so there's more than just a suspension. I assumed it was just suspension damage from that oil light on. on it at least it looks like the rod doesn't want to go back in there c'mon it looks like it has a wall oh as much as i hate to get down here let's see if i can take a look under it with you guys and see what's going on oh wow it's ok that's all i need to see yeah well one pan is squashed it's in pieces damn otherwise it's a good looking car though i mean it still runs you could probably put an oil pan on it This thing.

Be fine, honestly, but that definitely changes things since you just don't know, you know, you don't know how long the person who wrecked it ran it without oil. If they turned it off immediately. There is permanent damage to the engine. It is really difficult. to say it's not a total loss, man, if this thing sells real cheap, which it probably is, it's worth it, put an oil pan on it, fix the control arm, send it in for an alignment, you know, get a steel wheel and a tire. car can make you some money and that's another thing I want to point out today we're going to be doing a lot less

on this lot this week so it's going to be in mostly automobiles, it should be easily repairable and sellable for a profit.

Now here's one you won't think twice about looking at because it's a minivan, but boys' and girls' minivans are still fashionable consumer items. There are still a lot of families that want a minivan this is an OR six Nissan Quest this was and probably still is a very hot minivan with no odometer ok that's problematic seeing what it looks like inside the minivans to sell I have never had a problem selling a minivan and honestly this looks good usually minivans are stained and trashed first thing you have to do is go clean them because they are disgusting you know it's older so it won't cost a lot of money but it's not that old as for it not to appeal to people looking for a minivan, what's wrong? with this thing it's ok the bumper is ok it's got a scratch here and a little dent and on the bumper it's not where the headlights are supposed to be it's got a broken bracket it's pushed right there the lawyers are driving like this let's find out and we'll pop the hood and see if we can see anything else going on underneath.

It will work? That is the question. I think it will. Oh, they've got their ears on full blast. check engine light of course no odometer thats the truth there is no odometer in fact let me make sure all the accessory lights work they dont so what i notice here is where there would be a check engine light and all that other stuff and the check engine light doesn't come on in fact i don't see any of the lights in there click other than a security light pass bag light air and a security light those are the only lights that are coming on there the check engine ABS lights, they are not coming on and those are the ones that should come on when you first start a vehicle you have to be aware Which many shady car dealership mechanics will break the bulb or take the bulb out, disable it so things like the ABS light service engine light won't come on even though they are on. it has a working window well that's the only window that matters guys you need to be able to get through the drive thru without opening the door you know what i mean paramount yes she is a she is a runner looks like the radiator it is where it is supposed to be it has coolant i can see coolant in it this is one i will probably start with by checking the fuses to see if maybe there is a blown fuse.

It may have something to do with the odometer and those lights. This is strange. They put a little glove box here. What's that. That is so weird. Yeah, let's get it going, there's reverse and there's forward, what else do you want on the radio? The radio works, it even has backup sensors that don't work. I'm hesitant to buy it unfortunately I've spent all my allowance I can't I can't buy any more cars but if I could this is one I would definitely look at and I'll tell you something else these people put Michelin Michelin tires on it.

Michelin Michelin Michelin and Michelin minivan so these folks weren't afraid to spend a few bucks on maintenance okay this is a power door that's nice and it works that's always a good thing I guess you probably push this button to close it and see if it works every time. here I sure do I sure do this is one of the damaged fenders I didn't see this but the fender took a slight bump right here this can be straightened out the bumper can be reattached you know set it and forget it wait that's that something else they're not cars here we have an OR three Lexus ES 330 and this car is listed as an inn there is an inn on the windshield so its a no start no run no drive obviously so consolation is not key now what i like about this and it's something you'll probably see in the video is the reason it was salvaged due to hail it has a little bit of hail damage just don't deny it you probably can't see it in the video and that's Well actually it's kind of hard to see in person too because of the bright color of the car.

The hail damage in the bright colors is great because it makes it much harder to see although you can definitely see it if you look at the right angles so the car definitely has hail damage that's why it recovers accordingly with the

site but the hail damage isn't that bad you can look at it and immediately go next to an ugly car if you really have to look at this car for a while to even see where the hail damage is so don't I would consider it serious hail damage at all and see if it has matching rims.

I have a Toyo in the rear and then we have a job on the front so chances are all the rims will match. key, unfortunately, it will probably be as a dealer item, so it will cost you a little money, but save money on the purchase price of the car. purchase price of this car because it doesn't have a key and they can't verify it works and drives but oh wait the keys are in it uh well it was on the keyless list and that might be something for that these keys cannot pass. now this key no oh there it goes it shot right away oh wow the a/c is like ice cream right away yeah this is this car it says no key it shows up as no start and runs great there is no check engine light, cold a/c blasting.

Honestly guys, that feels really good. I'm hot here. Smells good. this works the window the window works you know they're going to see this car and it's going to be like oh it doesn't have a key and it's hail damage and it's a salvage title you know this car probably isn't worth bidding on and this is where someone like me or someone like you who actually came here and took a chance looked at it in person you'll know and be willing to bid a little more than that guy because you know this thing works and drives you know damn well it's got a key it's got a new belt the serpentine belt is nice and new you can see the lettering on it the valve cover gaskets it desperately needs repair you can see they are leaking ok hope you can see they are leaking pretty good and i have seen Worse things but the valve covers definitely need to be fixed, the coolant looks good, it's the right color but runs like the best, has a good looking Duracell battery. what do we have here timing belt a high quality timing belt was installed at one hundred thirty seven thousand four hundred eighty four miles by pet boys number seven six for feb eighteen so this thing has new belts new timing belt what it means recovered shouldn't say you should probably assume since they put in new belts and all they probably did water pump and stuff too so this car is set up to take care of the transmission and this car will last you a long long time time cleaning headlights this is a great flip car guys this is one of those cars it needs nothing nothing at all look no check engine lights no nothing this is one you could literally buy what these cars had 6,000 miles on that you know since she had the timing belt that's a big selling point right there yeah she's ready to go man she's ready I like this man I ain't got no money got a lot of credit though I don't want to. run out of credit but this is a great car great car i love these old lexus ok let's move on but that's why you come here not every car this is like the diamond in the rough and you wouldn't know it if you didn't come here and see for yourself that it has the keys inside i'm going to calm down for a moment we'll be out in the next car now here's one that won't be for everyone this one has a little more damage than what i saw in the pictures and that's how it works sometimes you know i tell you all the time you really need to come here to look at this stuff because pictures just can't show you all the damage you have we are going to be looking to repair thisi would buy a try to flip not unless it sold for a hundred bucks then you might make a little bit of a profit i mean the rest of the suv looks great though the engine looks good it doesn't look good it doesn't look like it no significant leaks or anything underneath, looks pretty good and hey, maybe you're not looking to flip, maybe you are. you are a single mom or a single dad and you just need something for your kids to come and go I'll tell you how much of my life I didn't have a car and that's probably why I'm so addicted to buying cars now you know a lot about my life I didn't have a vehicle I know what it's like

ing in the heat with your baby carrying your baby you have a stroller you know you have to go to your appointments you have a wall charger your baby and the heat I know what it's like I've been there and let me tell you something if I had the chance from picking up something like this hail damage no let me tell you i'll drive this with no shame at all better than shoe leather Express any day of the week just so you know for people not looking to flip they said in the flippers car but for someone who desperately needs transportation they don't care about the damage they just need something to get from A to B bingo properly.

Ninety-seven thousand miles out here, this thing will probably be solid and last you a long time. How about an old boxy body? Oh man! New project coming to the channel. I'll take all the credit I have to buy this one. sucker for these things i'm not buying it don't worry but this truck looks great good man good tires got a real good body i mean it could use some paint in fact i don't even think would paint man it needs a wooden bed needs to be replaced someone just dumped some particle board and some plywood on it and that's no good you need to put the actual boards back in there man treat them take a good look man this He is listed as a non-broker.

Honestly this truck is in phenomenal shape, there is no carpet so you have a clear picture of the floor pans. The passenger side floor pan looks good. The corner of the cabin looks good, and of course I can't tell where there are bonuses on this thing or not. there's no appearance, you're Vince, you remember these old school people, you remember these vents, oh, that's not a choke, that's your vent, that's the air conditioner. The rust here definitely has some small holes showing through. I'm going to say there are no brakes because the brake pedal is held by a bungee cord that the door doesn't want to close.

It looks like the hood hinge here is having trouble if you look at how this side of the hood is sitting there's a big old gap here these hinges have been known to get very stiff and you'll actually bend the hood right here if you don't it's done it's already bent it doesn't look like it's done but these tops will bend man you gotta be real careful with this stuff let's see if we can open it right this truck caught fire so I guess that's why she it's not running yeah it's been burning it doesn't look like it was a serious fire but you can see this is from the fire extinguisher so you've got all sorts of this fire extinguisher crap inside the engine engine maybe it's ok then , again the engine may not be right it's hard to tell if it was still running hopefully it wasn't but even though you have a ton of this this fire extinguisher is there honestly I don't see any where it seems. it was really on fire to you none of the wires looks like maybe just you know it blew a fireball it shot the carb it blew a fireball it spewed some gas and you know it lit the carb mostly but i dont see anything melted the electric choke it's missing uh well this is uh this is intriguing and i love intriguing projects this thing is this thing is so solid solid bones to start working with the man for a project unfortunately not all the hinges have been replaced you can see those bolts there these Replaced the hinges on both so that's good that means yeah yeah yeah yeah closing is great that's how it's supposed to be of course the hood doesn't line up so I'll have to turn off the camera and try to try to align this a little bit so that it closes it.

I don't want a gust of wind coming in and blowing this hood off. Here's a 2006 Impala with just under 130,000 miles on the clock. I'm not sure what this is. doing here this could be a copart dealer services type article where you traded in at a local dealership and they don't like to sell stuff like this on their lot maybe they're a new car dealer or something so I'll bring it here they send it to Copart just sell it for whatever bring a very very clean car. I don't see any real harm. Some scratches and interiors. work on the interior a good bathroom polish the headlights the windshields cracked but it's so cracked it's not in your line of sight oh man all she shot to change the oil soon the check engine light is on that's some wait right? let's click off that test the old a/c on here which is always important the a/c seems to work the mix or the actuator you can hear that movement with that B squeak yeah it's the mix or the actuator that's Common to all knees, you can usually prevent it from doing that by pressing the recirculation button.

It's not fixing on this one and I was wrong. I didn't see this but the windshield is badly cracked down here all the way up here so that's something to keep in mind. It does not feel. Like the a/c works the dash is cracked I mean this is a common GM thing here it's pretty cracked there this might make a decent car I don't know that noise is annoying I'm not sure. I would be too interested in this one though I will say these impalas sell very well. they do. This one will need a bit of work.

I don't know if there is a reservation. I can tell that it doesn't look like it. it held up well in everything it really does and this is what i would say is a poorly maintained vehicle the belt is so cracked it's about to break i mean the drive belt is literally torn to pieces everywhere the straps are about to break she needs a little work but not out of the question as a good flip car you know you'll need to replace that windshield just as a precaution I'd change the belt you don't want a customer a car of yours and have a belt they break on the road they overheat the engine and blow it up that looks bad to you change the belt the car has dents everywhere and the paint is not very good scratches dents i mean everywhere but if it sells wholesale right price does it still make a good car you know polish those headlights clean i know i don't do that enough on my car y'all tell me all the time you're dead right and i'm dead wrong those headlights the man they clean that stuff just can make or break a sale you know it might make someone interested come out and look at your car who otherwise wouldn't even be interested in those headlights just make it look makes it look ugly makes it look ugly at the price right this might be a nice fin right here here is a 2001 ford expedition I'll be honest with you I don't buy these this is not my cup of tea at all I'm not an expedition fan.

I'm just not right now. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with people who like or love them. the ground I'm pretty sure I'm not a hundred percent sure though but I'm pretty sure it has an air system to the rear air shocks or whatever there's a chance it will turn it on and maybe that will be corrected Only then again maybe not overall, although it doesn't look bad, appears like a running unit, fan shroud missing, clutch feels great, not too bad, no emissions sticker either. I guess it's a 5-4. I don't think they put a four six on these but I could be wrong.

Let's see if we can get it to light up. I really think this is a dealer exchange. ask him for a good start here and you can figure it out for yourself but like i said in a million videos i ain't gonna be the one to do that oh that's a ford coil guys look what happened there that's the latest coil huh interesting ok i got it shouldn't but i gotta i just have to take a look and see if there is a coil missing because it says it works and drives but it doesn't say it works and drives perfectly yeah never you know you never know so i can see one two i can only see two coils the other two are kinda buried back in the back i'm sure they're probably there and here we have one - ah the coil is missing right there no , you guys probably can't see it, but there's a coil missing and this sensor, I forget what it's called, it's like this exhaust, it's not the EGR, but it's some kind of DP Fe or something. unplugged so someone was having coil issues or worse spark plug issues yeah so this may have been one that blew the engine spark plug which would actually make a lot of sense wouldn't you see the damage in this coil?

Do you see how? this boot is trashed these engines are notorious for popping their spark plug grenade man and that's what it looks like it just blew you know 200lbs of pressure turns the spark plug into a missile and shoots it right out the thing man like this that this is one I would stay away from this one don't touch it and we have a 2002 Acura MDX it's a good looking vehicle 200,000 miles definitely a window is missing in there I don't know where that went but deflector shield is missing hmm doesn't look bad actually , looks pretty good, this bumper appears to have been replaced and painted over, definitely has some dings, door handle is missing on this side, rims are ok, listed as cool window tint for running and driving. here half dyed half not that's you whoa good God Almighty hell no hell no don't look at this I don't even want to touch it man look at this this is disgusting this is this is disgusting omg and I'm going to sit on this Hold on my stickers are flying and I think it's the last one.

Oh I got you 2007 Subaru WRX now I really like this 160 4000 miles on the clock I think it's done tastefully it definitely has a fair share of the damage it does but I'd still take it out for a quarter damage here this is something to keep in mind see the residue on the large rectangular sticker that's a parking violation if your cards have been sitting too long and the authorities at an apartment complex housing something said this car can't stay here any longer and that gives them a idea that maybe this car has some mechanical issues that forced it to come here at copart doesn't look bad if the front ends got a bit damaged now you're breaking the bumper it looks like it's been bumped in the front a couple of touches it gave it gives a character overall not too bad he's listed as a running unit ok huh let's shoot him are you kidding you're killing me you're killing me man ok I just can't win today I really wanted to hear this run.

I really wanted to hear this power up. I was very excited about this one. Oh well, that's what it is. You see your timing belt because they broke the cover when they changed it, so at least we know they changed the timing belts. I'm at 99.9%. a certain blue wasn't the factory timing belt color on this car well sorry guys I really wanted to light this one up for you guys but damn there's no point trying Sarge's when I guarantee this one doesn't work but I had to make a video. anyway it's a 1980 mercedes 300 diesel 181k miles on the clock this is my first time seeing it I haven't seen more than you've seen up to this point sorry it's a 300 SD turbo diesel It has a really clean. body some surface rust here and there the interior is definitely falling apart she is locked they locked it up they did it to me and locked it in the windowsbroken that sucks let's see if the other side is unlocked it's actually in pretty good condition apart from parts of the interior yes the whole car is locked oh uh one door unlocked let's see if we can oh no it's unlocked the Doors just don't work that's all Wow yeah the interior is really shabby yeah she's pretty rude man oh man no we should go to the front but it doesn't smell particularly good and I DON'T oh here we go, here we go, ok it looks like it has a key, the front seats aren't too bad, I'm sure this won't do it.

Poor car man that's horrible so someone did a job and they covered up the headlights that used to be up here and decided to get it's like a big mouth this is weird there's turn signals on there it dims and brights on there I don't like it nothing i think it looks horrible i guess to each his own though true it wasn't my l-82 car it has bondo on you can see the bondo cracking in several places oh it's been full of water too i guess i could be wrong i'll see if the hood popped it's bad it only has 80,000 miles on the clock guys sorry sorry showing 8,000 it says probably 108 w/o engine and that has an engine has an engine I did not expect that.

I didn't think there was a motor on this thing at all interesting it's missing the latch here that holds it in or it's not it's not it's not it's got this rod here that holds it in well well this is different this is Definitely different I I don't think I've ever seen a c3 that looks like this All this hood is there I closed it again but look how high up it's sitting in the front look at this something looks very wrong under here it looks like it's sitting too high up yeah let's see I'm not gonna climb down here, but I'll put you down here, maybe you can see something that I can't, but, uh, yeah, sorry, I don't climb down there, you've got what you're looking for.

Wheels: those are really neat. I mean, it looks like it's a pretty solid car to build. I think those are called rally wheels, just look how tall this innocent front is, not like this thing sits like a truck. That's ridiculous. I have to be attentive. he spent the night trying to muddy the whole place yeah i don't like it i just don't like the front at all and it's all fiberglass it can all be undone and replaced but the back looks normal the bottom front no. It would be fun to find out if it works though, wouldn't it?

I like to take an old car, you can't see if it will start, man. I really enjoy it. You guys have wanted to see this for a long time. I can't show you cars for those of you who ask me all the time why I didn't show this why I drove past this and drove past that I can only show you the cars that are in this week's auction. I don't like it, but I still like the car. I still like respect for the car. the old c3 corvette man beautiful car no matter last but not least folks this is an O six Audie a6 Quattro I think it's the a6 which is a pretty cool mid size car and what's interesting is it's a good thing I don't have any Money right now is 1200 bucks so that's a running unit $1200 buy now and she cheated and has good tires and the body looks amazing so what's wrong? It's like someone got mad and just said uh you're going to get a cold pig man I'm done with you so yeah two hundred and eighteen thousand miles on the clock that's a lot of miles oh not bad on the inside either it smells well twelve hundred dollars.

We're going to get him out the vent here. now it's blinking so apparently you have an outright fault let's turn up the fan speed a bit ok the a/c is cold yeah the motors don't run well they don't run well at all that's probably why it's here for 1200 Dollars. moved my feet on the brake and moved the brakes it's like you're pushing rocks omg that was kinda scary ok let's look under but the window works fine the a/c works the window works that's all What I need. we're buying it we're going to buy this today I'm going to hit the buy now button like two minutes we're going to take this sucker home yeah she's rocking she's rocking the good news is the coils are right up here. looks like someone maybe got into that already though it's very easy to access the coils so if it's a plug or a coil and the coils look factory I don't know if we have a coil if that's okay with you let's close The coolant looks good it's not smoking so it doesn't sound like it's a head gasket issue or anything it could be something as simple as it needs a tune up some new spark plugs new coils check the oil oh wow that's really black oil omg look at this so it's gross well this could be fun what do you think tell me don't do it tell me don't please tell me don't tell me not to tell me I don't like it very much this car I really want it I really want it I really want it as much as I want it I'm not going to buy it I have it I have it we have enough cars to last probably another month maybe two we don't need more cars we have to get rid of the cars if we're out we have to do this stuff and get it out of the shop or depot where the hell it's going to end up so we're not going to buy it as much as i want because wouldn't it be awesome to put a set of spark plugs and a set of coils on it and run and drive ea6 myself? i think that would be awesome sadly we just won't i'm not going to waste the money on it we don't need any more of this kind of crap so this will be it this is the end of it Walk for Copart.
