If this part is not so hard, it will give in, it will bend a bit, this is not Nothing is going to happen, it will not be damaged and they will have a small opening as an opening and with a spade screwdriver you are going to do this and when a spade screwdriver they are going to take advantage of inserting it through here and well in this case it came out faster but Generally, what you have to do is what I tell you and pry so in some cases it comes out very quickly as you have seen and in other cases it costs more but that is one of the methods that is used is the method that I use So in this case already this one is disassembled now let's go with this this part this is harder and then the other way that is also used to disarm them is the following with a pliers in this case it is a pressure pliers that moves just a very short distance look, you don't have to move much, that is, this part is going to move just a little bit and what you are going to do is place this pliers right in the area close to the crossroads here, that's what you should do. they place it there and at that moment they just have to press, well, in this case it was very easy but I am going to show you another case where it is not so easy.

that are here is damaged, as you can see, a black dot is already noticeable on one of the leds and what happens is that when one led is damaged Generally the others are not damaged because Remember that all these leds are in series and if one is damaged the series is broken then basically what we must do is detect which of these leds is the one that is damaged then it seems obvious that the one with the black dot is the one that is damaged but in any case we can verify some of the others because in some cases it will be so obvious to us. protected on this side These are cables of the kind used for telephones for cables that used to be for fixed telephone lines or they are also the same utp cables and you make a little cable like this where you can grab it here because it has plastic protection and with this little cable you are simply going to do this test, you are going to grab each led and you are going to do the following very carefully because it is energized and there is a fairly high voltage here if you do not touch this part.So if you do this you can go testing the led by led all the leds that are in the spotlight and so they can go around in the event that you do not know which is the one that is damaged which led diode And if we approach here we will try until we reach this one and notice that there When we made the bridge, the diode lights up, that is, all the other leds light up, but it is the one in particular, it does not light up, but we don't care. Because what matters is saving the entire light bulb due to a damaged LED diode, it does not mean that the whole lamp or the led bulb It was damaged in this type of led bulbs we are lucky that a damaged led diode does not damage the entire lamp, it just happens that we believe that the entire lamp is damaged but it turns out that it is not because, as you can see, it has many led diodes that they still work well and in the end I am going to explain to you why removing one of these diodes does not affect the operation later I will talk to you about it for the moment what we should do Well the first thing we should do is turn off here and remove that led diode from there remove it from there so how can it be done here I have a clamp because basically like the led diode that we detect is damaged that has that little mark we can remove it because it is already damaged we already know that that is the one that is damaged well another thing that I was going to say if you are analyzing one of these cases and the diode that is damaged is not so obvious when you put the jumper on it.
Then it would be best to mark it in this case it is not necessary because it is the only diode that has a dot But it can happen that the diode, as I told you, you can't see that point And then you must mark it to know which diode you are going to destroy because you could be wrong So now that we know that, what do we do with that diode when everything is already unplugged, I work with it here because it makes me more comfortable but it is de-energized and it no longer has energy because we are going to destroy that diode and we are going to make a little bridge there with a solder. a piece like this with a fine point can be made, look basically it is to split that diode because that is like a plastic ok we are going to remove that from there And if you look there are the points where the diode was soldered as you can see so if I do a small bridge from here from this point this point would be repairing my led spotlight we are going to see if it is true how we are going to do it we are going to place a point of tin with a soldering iron Well then the area is already clean with tin and a soldering iron a soldering iron of any value Generally 40 watts is enough we are going to solder we are going to make a point of solder between this part and this part here as we already said So it's very

we just put the tin there and let it melt Well that's it As it looks that way then basically it is to make a little bridge There it is made with tin and ready the important thing is that there is already contact between those two points then Well now we have to try to see if it has been solved So we are going to turn on and see we are going to leave it here well as you can see it is working perfectly There it is I turn it off I turn it on we are going to do it like this for you to see and there it was already working Well then we repaired our bulb that fast and that easy So what would we need to put its cover on the this part, which is the one that distributes the lighting evenly and that's it, it doesn't come out of there if you took it out well if it wasn't damaged This, then, it stays like that, it's repaired and we'll try it again now with its lid So we're going to place it like this on its side there is a repaired bulb as you can see it is quite easy to repair and without much knowledge because the advantage is as I was telling you we are going to place it here is that most LED diodes are damaged and it turns out that with that diode it is damaged it is quite easy to solve it is not a very complicated fault let's go with the next one This is another one that is here that I already removed the cover we have it here that it fell off and we are also going to verify the fault that it presents we are going to connect it here, remember very carefully when you are going to do the tests, not to touch this part here in the middle, which is where the voltage comes from, because there is a voltage of 150 to 160.Generally, and a direct current voltage. I know if you notice it but they turn on they turn on a little notice that they sort of turn on but they don't end up turning on well as you realize it is also damaged or in general it does not turn on the same method we are going to apply here we go with our little jumper cable copper the same one we used in the previous focus and look something here if you look these gods are connected as if they were next to each other and really these diodes are in parallel I can do the measurement later so you can see how they are in parallel those diodes that are there so what does that mean that in this case instead of damaging a single diode two diodes would be damaged at once So we are going to turn on we have those diodes there that try to turn on but do not turn on well and we are going to see what they are the ones that are failing, as seen there, the one that is seen to be failing is east west, note that here there is also one that is failing, so well, since we know that they are in parallel or we believe that they are in parallel, we are going to try one of them. to start with this if this was the one that is damaged Then the whole bulb would light up but watch something when I touch this what it does is that the one next to it goes off why does that happen so I am telling you that they are in parallel to the make a bridge between this and this I am also making a bridge of three and this one and that led ends up turning off so this is not we could go to this what it does is that it turns off but it does not turn on all the other leds as it should be So now let's go with this one because the suspicion is greater this one is suspected to be greater Because if you look there it also has a black dot and that is the mark that it is damaged So now we are going to touch this to see what happens notice that when I touch this when I make a bridge in this one, all the others light up.
So we have the problem here in these two diodes, either of the two, it is not required that both be removed with only one that is removed and a bridge is made, we would already be repairing this light also then we are going to turn off here we are going to remove this light from here we are going to place it in this other base that I use to solder or desolder and we are going to destroy one of those leds that are the ones that have the problem is one of these So we are going to destroy any of them.
The one that makes it easier for us in this case I am going to destroy this good one as you can see I already removed the diode that it had there but suddenly it can also be good with a piece of fine or not so fine sandpaper pass it over there to leave that area a little better for soldering so that the tin grips better then Well there it is ready to solder so we go back again with the tin and the soldering iron and we apply it well there we can see that it already has the point of soldering and there it should already be solved by making a bridge in one of the two leds We already have it solved because as I told you they are parallel So we are going to try to see if we have solved it we place it there we turn on and there it is completely illuminated we pay here we return to turn on if you look at that particular LED that is bypassed it does not turn on But it doesn't matter Because all the others turn on and basically we would be saving our led lamp Or Our led focus here we would already be repairing another lamp so we are going to take it out and we are going to place its cover or the part is up again and ready here we have another repaired led bulb we are going to test it like this for you to see and there is another repaired led bulb and a question that may arise here is the following if I make a bridge to this diode would not be forcing the other diodes to work with a higher voltage and therefore after the repair the led lamp will last less than it should, that is, it would be a repair where in the end it would end up burning more quickly.lámparapues The answer is No and I am going to tell you why because these led lamps Generally, today they still come with something called a switched source and these switched sources are current control sources, that is, what they do is that they maintain a current constant for all the leds, the lions do not really care about the voltage that the ends have, what matters is the current that flows through them and what this switched source does is that it controls that current so that it always remains constant and in the optimal level for the diodes the led diodes in case then what this source does is that if we make a bridge it will control the current in such a way that it is maintained as if this led was also present, that is, in other words these diodes do not They are going to realize that a diode is needed from the point of view of current consumption, that is, because it is going to be the same current that is in those diodes.
I'm saying well, another thing that I was going to tell you about these led bulbs is as I already told you, most of the bulbs are damaged because one of these leds burns out, as we already evidenced and we already repaired two bulbs in this case, but there are Another type of failure that can also occur is common and is easy to solve is that this is where the electronic card that is here inside these bulbs is hooked with the part where the leads are, the diodes leads, so sometimes it happens through the overheating of these plates these connections become weaker and sometimes it happens that it simply disconnects or that is, it simply stops making good contact let's say then what you have to do is put pressure again on these small sheets here what happens is that this is a mechanical part let's say like this and then that part separates and here it must make good contact So it is another fault that can also occur and that is very easy to solve, which is simply Adjusting that lamella Well then let's leave the video up to here as you have seen The repair of two lamps was done in a very easy and
