now i watched a few videos on this um i don't know if i got the right measurement but we're going to play it by ear okay i already know how to like maneuver stuff around and all that stuff and uh may add little ingredients or whatever so just bear with me okay all right this is uh the new addition to the family right here this is a kitchen aid and it's a four quart kitchenaid and i have attachments that comes with that i have one of these right here a whisk a little better thing okay got one of those and a hook all right now that's why i got uh that's what comes with this bad boy and um i did order some more attachments i'm waiting on those to come and i'll show you get that later in another episode okay we just go ahead and jump into this uh giordano's

plugged up to my uh lights and cameras all right i did use a quarter cup of um cornmeal i have some bread flour right here all right i use three and a half cups of that and i have some um what is this

crust fast and easy yeast so we have to put some salt and stuff into this water and that's why i'm moving this stuff so you guys can see what i'm doing okay now i got a lot of flour and stuff in there so i got to put more sugar and salt in there so with this we're just going to go ahead and put um uh i want to put a piece teaspoon or something in there now what this does is activate this yeast and plus give it flavor now i'm coming with like a teaspoon of this um sugar just like so and i'm gonna use two package of this yeast right here so you guys know what i'm working with i'm just going to rip that open put this in here using two packages of these this will allow you to do it i mean your dough to our rise and all that stuff and sit up and ferment and all that good stuff so that's that we want to give this a quick stir see it's activating already that's good you should start foaming and stuff like that that's what you want all right guys we're gonna go ahead and let this sit up for about good three minutes to get all the way active and then i'll be back see you guys in a minute okay guys i am back okay this one you know your stuff is ready right here you see that see all that foam in there that's when you know...

it's ready the yeast is good all right all right here's my flour in here and here's my quarter cup of cornmeal i'm just going to put that in there that's all the cornmeal actually i had so i would have put a half cup but um that's all i had so i'm gonna mix this up guys all right let's get this bad boy back over here all right let me see if we can turn it like this here's a little switch right here to let it tilt like so put this ball in here and you twist it now actually i'm not gonna lie to you guys it's my first time using this i am not lying to you guys so i'm gonna turn this on and low just to get a piece of mix with the flour and stuff now i do have some butter right here this is a stick of butter which i'm gonna have to melt it down a little bit more all right and what we're going to do is pour this in here comment down below if you think i'm doing doing a good job this actually my first time doing this here's the butter we're gonna put that in there we're going to turn it down a little bit more just like so it seem like it's taking a little let me turn this off see how this coming okay it ain't sticking and then it seemed like it overworked me i don't know let me go ahead and do this my table is moving mixed up really well right there let me show you guys that see that it's not really sticky sticky take this off and that's how we're looking right here okay so we're...

you can see they're pretty thick and it tastes pretty decent too i tasted it too yeah you gotta put much in there that tastes pretty good we got two cans of that because we're going to be making hopefully three of these things all right there's that uh here's some tomato paste that i wanted to put in there i want to put that in there to thicken it up we don't want a runny runny stuff right now this tomato because this one right here was like a dollar and 30 cents or something but then uh the other ones was like what was it 340 something but i did see some at walmart for like 3 15 or something like that so if you have to go somewhere go to walmart and get that all right that's that right here is like two tablespoons of oregano i mean all this ain't regular this is italian seasoning you want to put that in there this is basil two tablespoons of that this is granulated onion i'm put this like a tablespoon with half of that put that in there and here's some black pepper we're gonna go with like a yeah a tablespoon let's go with tablespoon a little black pepper in there spice up your life of that here's some um red wine vinegar right here we're gonna go with like two tablespoons two tea or a tablespoon we just go with tablespoon of that give it a little zazz

for at least a half an hour 25 minutes and a half an hour all right that's good enough for me right here i don't know if you guys can see that but that's about good as that's gonna get right there for me i'll put that in there turn about something good now if you wanted to you could have sauteed this and cooked cook it and all that stuff before you uh put it on your pie but i didn't see them do nothing like that so i'm gonna try to do as close as possible how they do theirs we're approaching like an hour and uh 15 minutes on the dough i'll show you that real quick that's how that dough looking see you guys rising all right now over here i got some parsley and i have some cilantro right here okay not a whole bunch that's enough chop it up all right that should be good just put that in there i know sausage i ain't gonna lie to you now trust me when i tell you it may not taste exactly like that it probably tastes better i ain't gonna lie to you i love i love making sauces anyway all right we gotta get some salt we're gonna go with a half teaspoon of that pink sea salt right here put that in there that's a teaspoon let's go with a teaspoon and a half of um chips we're going to take this mixer bring this bad boy over here all right we're going to just sit this down up in there lock this in place we're just going to mix slowly okay we're going to...
let this guys mix for about good five minutes everything get incorporated real good we're going to taste it see how have taping and uh i'll show you what we're doing next in a minute okay guys i'm back i mixed it for about two or three minutes and it's still kind of wet like so i want to kind of sit so i'm gonna have to cook this down simmer it up see how wet that is i wanted that wet so i'm gonna like simmer this down for probably about a good half an hour i'm quite sure so by doing the

dough should be ready then i have to let this cool down as well so about total time the sauce tastes good but the total time will probably be about an hour before we start putting this stuff together see i just wanted you guys to know that i don't know what you think i'm doing nothing that y'all ain't supposed to be doing okay all right see you guys in a minute okay guys your boy is back and i'm go ahead and start with this dough i did the sauce it's done here it is right here see that's thickness and thick all right so let's cool down i did one of my pans like this i put butter and parmesan cheese at the at the bottom and around the sides like that okay now i'll show you what i did with this one i'm going to use all this butter on here so i'm gonna take some of this off two of them this is all i did brush it around there spread it out evenly if you can just like so

parmesan cheese and i just took it around the sides like this now i'm gonna tell you now um you're just doing it's like you're coating the uh pan with uh flour and stuff like that that's all you're doing okay all right that's it we're gonna sit that to the side i do have meat and all that good stuff over here i need to put this stuff over here i'm gonna have to roll his dough out i have some italian sausage i got like two different kinds because i only ran out the other one and i have some um pepperoni right here followed by some bear peppers and i did saute my bell pepper and my onions and i have mushrooms all right so that's those are the ingredients we're gonna be using let's get on to this so we just wanna coat this pan well and take this dough out just like that we got to cut this let's see how much right about right here i don't think i'm gonna need that much for that one that one for that one this one be for the big one and that will be for the uh medium one i'll put some flour over here and let it chill over there for a second spread this over here i'll kind of sit this over here for a second so what we need to do is let's see what we're going to do we're going to take this cut this again take this portion we're going to need to roll this out just over here nice and gentle you gotta put a lot of force to it and you flip it all you want to do some more flour on there let this part...
