I'm going to make a vanilla cupcake filling. ed with strawberry jam. I will then use strawberry icing to cover the cupcake to create the tentacles and finally for the sand. I'm going to top it all off with some yellow
sweetened Kettlecorn and sprinkles. I just hope I can deliver. How you feel? Katie, what are you doing first? I'm making blue jelly. I can't even remember the last time I ate Jell-O. This is Katie, it's water, but it's like Betsy. I'm going to make some brownies, one of my favorite brownie recipes. I just combined regular granulated sugar and brown sugar and then I got about a stick and a half of butter because all brownies have a little bit of butter in them and now I only have I added three eggs and a little bit of vanilla extract to this we got it nice and smooth .

I'm going to sift my dry ingredients, all purpose flour, a little bit of cocoa powder and a little bit of salt, semi-

Betsy is adding condensed milk to her gelatin which I've never seen before but I'm willing to experiment I'm going to add this to my saucepan please don't spill or stain the nice white so I'll take my reserved gelatin mixture add maybe a or two drops of blue food coloring and then hopefully incorporate it into the thickened gelatin mixture to sort of creating a fun wavy swirl effect I hope it works well here goes well okay hey I don't know guys I think which looks great it looks like a polluted ocean it doesn't look polluted ok so now i'm going to make some streusel for the sand so basically i have some flour i have some brown sugar and i have cinnamon here and then I'm going to put some cold butter that's been sliced â€‹â€‹so it's not crumbly melted in a shape I'm a toast at 350 it will be all crumbly and deli cious yeah and my brownies oh my brownies look good, I feel that i'm maanna, i'm not a good drac, a winning track, i'm moving towards the wrecks. in a little bit of white corn syrup here a little bit of water and a pinch of salt you're basically making kind of a candy like yeah yeah you have to bring the sugar to a high temperature the sugar in this mixture has dissolved , so now I'm going to add my peanuts I hope you like Henry peanuts and now we hope I'm going to do some coral extraction sugar and some corn syrup and some water together and heat all of that up to 275 around like a hard crack I'm going to add a little bit of green dye and a little bit of flavoring and then I'm going to pour it over ice and see if it works I'm sorry I added the peanuts maybe it would be too soon they're starting to brown pretty quickly they are going to be great very nice nice Tovar here i appreciate you forever an optimist this is my song hey let's make up theme songs Betsy and I love to sing songs at work yes Katie and I have been talking about

tastythe musical come to my comment below so our butter melts and like baking soda gives like a really cool effect so it's super thick and now we're going to quickly dump it onto our greased baking sheet that's nice and light golden yeah I'm at hard crack temp right now I'm going to take it off the heat and just have to set it on top of the ice before it starts to get too cold, otherwise it won't drip through the ice and pools on top.

I'm going to pull one out when the ice melts it will be all on its own it really looks like coral ok it doesn't look amazing I think I'm getting my sea legs so I really want the top of the cupcake to overflow to give that right. jellyfish shape a jellyfish doesn't look exactly like a cupcake so I'm not quite sure how I'm going to make a cupcake look like a jellyfish so I have four extra cupcakes to fall back on if I make a mistake I wanted to do two colors and when I took the time to do the darker green my sugar started to get too cold so it didn't fall through the ice so I'm going to restart I think I have enough time to do it I can just get that really nice height for my sugar hog, what are you doing?
I'm starting my next step for my coral, so I'm going to be making some rice krispie treats, but I'm going to top it with a green marshmallow fondant. I only have one bag of mini marshmallows in this bowl. We're going to microwave this on medium power until the marshmallows are completely melted. My sugar is ready. Why do I have cool balloons? question I am going to try to make a white chocolate dome for the jellyfish that you are. Today is ambitious, Katie. I had never done this before. I am worried that the balloons will pop or when they do pop they will break the white chocolate. I'm not going to make the white chocolate thick enough. Many things can go wrong here. but if it works, maybe it will put me on top. I don't even talk about it. The advantage of a sticky rice krispies in this case is that it actually gives me more control in shaping the coral Rice Krispies so I'm cutting some fondant around one of the coral Krispies ok you think they're done I think they are what since I've never done this before oh I didn't break I think they're ready Reese's show is going to give me a heart attack.

I'm going to eat sketti. the fondant feels like if i layer these on it gives like an effective seaweed ok i'm going to set this fun to the side and move on to my sand so i just have a little bit of sugar here i'm going to add in just a drop of yellow food coloring oh that was more than a drop I was beyond surprised Katie's streusel sand looks like sand My sand plan won't look much like hakka I'm making some sweetened yellow corn and then something like that topping that off with a really fun sprinkle mix so I hope a little creativity and some imagination goes into it omg I made it that's crazy it looks good ona nice yellow color so your jellyfish is like the star of your show.
Katie's plate is starting to come together my confidence is a bit my jello is ready it's time to assemble oh my gosh I'm going to finish my assembly too moment of truth my items are going to float maybe I'll make the jellyfish first oh my gosh I'm nervous to you put something on top, it's floating and the coral is floating, people. I'm going to bring my full fragility and break it to create a wreck. we can go from there weird I don't know ok all we have left is to create our jellyfish so I'm piping the strawberry frosting on top of the cupcake it looks like a typical frosted cupcake what a damn frosting. your scene is so alive it's swimming well i'm done i think i'm done - are you ready to walk the plank?
Yeah, find out if these guys are seaworthy. My plate doesn't look exactly how I pictured it, but I think it looks a lot like Henry's
drawing. I love how my plate moves. They say don't play with your food. but I think Henry will have fun playing with this. I really like how the dish
turned out. I think the coral looks so magical and the dome is so much fun. The reveal will be amazing. There's puff pastry, there's jam, there's streusel, I think Henry is going to have a lot of fun taking this dish apart. Henry thinks it's great.
I think this looks better on my joint. That's delicious. He loves Betsy's plate. he has a lot of fun eating this plate and I have a lot of fun watching him do it Henry eats Betsy's plate like it's a toy he plays with like Legos and eats it I'm worrying mmm delicious I eat this plate my work here is done Wow, looks cool, huh, but this is so serious.
