of the C8 that you can't do without. I already made a video like this for the C7 and everyone really liked it and enjoyed it and I gave you some things that a lot of people didn't like. I don't know and I'm going to do the same thing with the C8 today because that's my new Corvette and I've learned quite a bit about it so I want to give you some things that I think you can't do without if you have a c8 so before we start , I wanted to say one thing very quickly.

sound track, the steering track, the suspension sport drivetrain track, and the brake response track, so the only thing I don't have on the track is the suspension, so basically that will be the difference in my car when I go to a track. Who would choose 480p? I mean, nowadays that seems like pure garbage, so you never want to click. You always want it to be in 1080p so you have a high quality pdr when you look at the overlay and preview you are looking at an absolutely beautiful high resolution 1080p image and when you bring it back to your computer to edit you will love the views you will get from that. 1080p pdr, never leave it on the 480p setting, it's pure garbage okay, for my next secret, this is the one that everyone says was the most useful in their

corvette

and really in any car, and that's the secret of the mirror adjustment and in this case.

You desperately need it more than any other corvette I've ever owned. I have had a c506, a c606, a c706 and now this c8 stingray and it has the most blind spots even though you have blind spot protection and you have the rear view camera mirror um it's always good to set up the mirrors correctly, so I'm going to show you how to do it real quick and I'm going to make sure that I follow my steps perfectly so that you set it up perfectly for you, okay? As you can see here, I have my mirrors set up the way most people would have them placed where you can barely see the edge of the car and people think that will keep you safe because somehow you will be able to see your blind spots, but that's incorrect, what you want to do is click on the right mirror and then lean all the way into the window and pull that mirror all the way out so you can barely see. the edge of the car and now it's set up correctly, so when you come back to your seating position and your heads move away from this window, you come back here and you'll see all the cars that are in your blind spot, so when that blind spot protection against stains turns on, you will see a car there and that is very important.

Now next you're going to want to click on the right mirror and this one I've currently set so that you can just barely see the edge of the car. but what you want to do and that's from this position, you want to tilt your head all the way into the center console area and then you want to take that mirror and you want to adjust it all the way out so you can just barely see the edge of the car with your head on the center area like that again with the right mirror positioned that way now, all of a sudden when you know you're looking there and the blind spot protection light is on, you're definitely going to see a car in that mirror, this all-around protection that The C8 provides you with its rearview camera mirror, as long as you can use blind spot protection on each of your side mirrors and then adjust the mirrors that way.
