I went for batsman ivany lemonade which is a soft drink with a wild miller flavor the soft drink was very refreshing and really tasted like flowers leaves and grasses from high mountain meadows wise matthias opted for b beef meatballs with multitude of potatoes and bean ragù and I chose pan-fried meatballs with chanterelles, broccoli and Bavarian goat cheese. together the portion size was medium but it was definitely enough for me and got a lot of inspiration so for sure next time i make bread dumplings i will try to make it in this variation matthias was also very happy with his meat dumplings when they tasted it, noticed they were very well seasoned and definitely still very juicy inside the potatoes, the cabbage and salsa tasted amazing too, just the beans were undercooked and therefore didn't eat them while preparing for this tour.

I read that in Bessie's garden there is a place where you can buy wild meat from the Bavarian State Forest, so I really wanted to get white meat from there, as you know. we travel with a caravan so we love to also cook with local ingredients while on holiday and thought this was a great opportunity to buy some wild sausages and try them out. These sausages happen to be a mix of pork and wild meat and they were delicious, but who doesn't love a good sausage, that was not the end of our local

shopping, but we also went to the entrance, which is the restaurant that produces pralines that have the shape of a watsman, which is a beautiful mountain that you can see on bestescan are called watsman pralina and they come in three different versions so one is milk chocolate with a hazelnut nougat filling, then dark chocolate with a filling marzipan and also white chocolate with crunchy strawberry filling the next restaurant i can really recommend is to go to the vet house egg and this was located next to the tourist attraction called wimbaklam this was a traditional

bavarian

dishes

I found on the menu really made me smile. They served dishes not only from southern Germany but also from Austria. They also served smaller portions which in Germany are called zenyo. antella I can assure you that the zenyo antella has a serving size exactly for short lady. We have decided to go for vice beer. We are in Bavaria after all and I decided to go for their regional toy festival toast. I have seen this dish in many. menus in many restaurants in this area so I was really curious how that would taste and matthias went for the traditional pork roast so one is my franciscan vice beer which was served with some blood orange juice and here was my toy first toast so the little devil toast and that dish was non-breaded schnitzel which was topped with lots of cocktail sauce and raw onion this schnitzel was also served with jalapeno salad and fries yeah , fries no cr isps and i was very happy with my choice this schnitzel was still very juicy the sauce a bit spicy but i think if you don't like spicy you would still like it so not too much the fries were also seasoned with a kind of special some restaurants and quick service restaurants do it sometimes but i think the fries with the seasoning is really good that dish really made my day and as i mentioned before , matías opted for the traditional roast pork, which is actually a dish that you can find in most regions of

german

y, but the good thing about trying it in the different regions is that it is served with different ingredients and is prepared in a different way. different in bavaria very typical is to serve with the bread dumplings and the sauce that is made with beef broth and the dark beer as well as so called cabbage salad and that was exactly how it was served in this restaurant overall we were very happy with this restaurant also with a customer service that is not always perfect in such traditional places and if we were to stay there longer we would definitely come back to this restaurant after this amazing lunch we decided to go to a bakery that was not that far from this restaurant and that bakery was called nida maya I read in the best culinary garden blog that they not only produce their own pastries, but also make noodles and since I love to eat r

egg noodles with all the spicy dishes i had decided to buy one and our last food stove that day was a farm where they produce ice cream and that one was called wrestling the farm is actually located quite high in the mountains and halfway on the way matthias actually asked me if we really had to go there but i really didn't want to miss out on trying the regional farm ice cream, the farm shop was really nice tiny but for the size of the shop they really did have a great variety.

Matthias chose nougat and I chose pear. I think it was definitely worth the drive there and not only for the taste of the ice cream but also because of the view, the next day the weather was very sunny and therefore we decided to go for a hike in the mountains and, as you can see the first hike we did was actually with a cable car but then we actually got off and i walked for two and a half hours i think it took me to get to the top of the mountain the mountain was called yena on the way down we decided eat something huh in the alpine pasture we both went for a big glass of alm doubt it is the austrian haribo soda I have mentioned the traditional bavarian tip first in many of my videos also recently in the parboiled sausage video but here I would like to remind you that that vice post is a Bavarian sausage that is made from minced veal as well as pork bacon is usually seasoned with parsley mace lemon onion ginger and cardamom has a very typical flavor vice verse is always served with a sweet mustard and also pretzel as well as vice beer traditionally we would not eat vice verse casing and there are some traditional ways to eat this particular sausage one of them is total bavarians are very particular about how this vice versa should be eaten and I remember there was a video of Mark Wiens a few years ago that he posted from Munich and he was eating backwards.
I don't really remember how he ate it, but he definitely ate it the wrong way and the Bavarians went crazy. I don't know why, but we only worry about those things. cases which is called in bavaria and fleischke in the rest of germany which is very finely ground meat which is placed in a pun and then cooked there are many varieties of cancer of childbirth and there are many methods of eating this particular product as a main The meal we enjoyed with a potato salad or sauerkraut and mine was also a fried water game and the next town I would like to encourage you to visit when in this area is called bat raichenhal but raichenhair is not only a spa town but Alabama So a salt production center right in front of you you can see a museum of thought which also contains a salt shop which we have visited but Russian health salt is very famous here in Germany and you can get the standard almost everywhere supermarkets but at this store they also had different salts so they had a spray salt as well as coarse salt and even salt candy so it was actually our purchase. a of salt and for those of you who love sweets, but raishan hai is also home to a very famous Mozart Coslin factory called reba.
We really wanted to visit this factory because right next to it there was a factory store where we could buy all the cheapest pralines and luckily in this store we not only found our favorite reba mozart kugen but also many more pralines that we wanted to try we found. preliminaries with many different fillings such as brittle walnut nougat and marzipan marzipan truffle even black forest proteins which were filled with a sea of zipan cherry spirit and cherry bits as well as white chocolate bonbons filled with hazelnut nougat and raspberry marzipan very interesting combinations and the last factory with a store we really wanted to visit is called uh beshtesgaddena land and they produce dairy products if you live in germany you have seen their products in 100 supermarkets what is interesting is that this company was established by 54 farmers and that was in 1927 and now consists of 1,700 farmers which is very impressive in 1973 they began to produce organic dairy products and that was the first factory that started with the organic product in bavaria the products with the blue label are organic and with the green label are non-organic which surely was a purchase vin potabaron is the bavaro restaurant that has a wonderful view and many variations of the cream puffs that you can have with your coffee.
They had their 11 different cream puffs and the toys were really huge. Matthias went for one with hazelnut liqueur, walnut ice cream and cream and I went for one with raspberry sauce cream and vanilla ice cream and I've really barely managed to eat it and I'll be honest with you I'm used to cream puff pastry to fill with a vanilla cream and that's how I like them, so regular cream and ice cream and sauces couldn't really replace the lack of vanilla cream I was hoping for so I'm pretty sure it wouldn't. I won't be eating the cream puffs there again, but if you are a fan of cream puffs that are filled with cream and additional ingredients, this is definitely something I could recommend, obviously in those three and a half days we couldn't eat all of it.
