"Arthur's Way" $4 Million 118' MILLENNIUM SUPER YACHTS by Denison Yachting at FLIBS 2020

Do it, this is the 2003 118 foot Millennium, it's built in Dubai and the name of the boat is Arthur's Way and I'm Justin Neistat with Dennis and Yachty. I am the central listing agent. Let's get on board. Take a look, so this is a different version of the aft deck. Basically, it has a centralized dining table. Instead of having it at the stern, it allows you to have centralized access to the gangway also when the beach club is folded. Nice staircase that also descends to a swimming platform. Then, of course, you have these couches here and you can put some tables here.

We have them away right now if you want to have a place to get coffee or something in the morning. and then moving to the port side here there is a serving bar here with a wine cooler and an ice making sink on the other side there is a refrigerator, so here there is access to the galley cruise rooms and the living room of machines we can pass through. there in a minute, but first I'd like to show you the inside, come on in, there are some really cool features on this boat. When you look around there is a cafe or a small bar here, there is a spirits cabinet under a wine cooler. this side space for your fine reds and then one thing I thought is quite interesting is the owner has a hidden cupboard here so if you take out this whole shelf then there's room for his private stock that's cool are there any others secret passages?

This is Oliver. he is ours, he is one of our engineers on board, so from here, if you don't mind, show it to us or maybe Fernando has it. This is actually your formal dining area, so it doubles. The table will unfold. You're going to go up and slide back so you can use this for dinner. A couple of things I love is the bird's eye. Timber. You'll see the stone work when we go down. It's lovely. Here is our day. The port side is fine and here is the owner's office, so the door that you are entering now can be closed and incorporated into the owner's cabin or you can close the owner's cabin here and still have this office. for crew or guests and then there is a boarding entrance to port here so now welcome to the owner's oasis up here this is the main cabin and as you can see it is very nice to get out of a king size bed see outside. see the islands, see the beautiful waters, have a beautiful view from right here in the main cabin, something that I think is rare on a boat that is only 118 feet, so when you go to the main bathroom which is just to port and down there, I'll see a really unique tank in the uh, in a his and hers, oh wow, I was hoping it was here, yeah, you can take it, yeah, okay, oh, this is let me show you, okay, this drives back, so there are two ways of entry. that's right, this is slanted back, okay, okay, there's a staircase down here, okay, so there's two ways to access the master bedroom and then, okay, and then if you want, the side of The main bathroom is forward, you will see a jacuzzi tub. with a shower head and then your side is aft which has its own shower.

Also notice the beautiful onyx floor, the beautiful blue stone in the inlays and also the accessories are all 24 karat gold. This is actually my favorite beautiful emerald. Now I would like to show you the VIP bow cabinet, in my opinion, for this size of boat, this would be the most masterful cabinet of this rival, it is full beam. so you have windows on both sides king size bed the TV will rise from these this um this grab this um credential at the end of the bed the foot of the bed so you have a TV inside and a beautiful bathroom, do it something else What I love of this cabin is that the three doors that you go through are curved so you can see how amazing the carpentry work was here and then when it closes forward and if you are lying in bed you will see the three curved doors. at the same time yeah that's a very interesting style and if you want we can go back upstairs okay now if you want let's go up to the wheelhouse so what could you tell me about the different uh? engines the speeds cruising speed yeah right so that's a good place to talk I guess this boat is equipped with um with mtu uh 16v 2000 m90s they have 1826 horsepower each it will cruise at 14 knots and full throttle Open is 18 knots on this boat it is gyro stabilized it has new air conditioning units the stabilization has been upgraded to zero and the boat is running very well.

Last week received new accessories there is no vibration on this boat everything is working very well the electronics work atlas everything works well generators are working very well so mechanically the boat is in good condition as maybe I mentioned before we have two engineers with license on board, which is probably a little more than most people would like, but the owner who is very motivated to sell wants to have two licensed engineers. to make sure everything is good, it's great, so for the handover to the new owner, we also have a captain, we have a first officer and we have a chief steward who worked very hard to keep the boat in excellent condition and the previous one. owners, where were you located with this ship?

So the previous owner is American. He is a couple who lives here in Florida. The purpose of the sale is that they have an 87 foot uh uh ocean fast that they also own and they would like to liquidate both boats. They just bought a house in the Bahamas for several

of 2 318 feet 4 million incredible it's a lot it's about a lot especially when you see all the features that the boat has um there's nothing else the same you know there are a lot of interesting big manufacturers You know, there are a lot of them out there that are very well built boats, but there's nothing like the look of this boat when it pulls into a marina.

It is a unique design and is something special. It feels good to be on board something that you can tell there's nothing else around that's like it, so I think the boat is unique. It's definitely worth climbing aboard and taking a closer look. Well, let's take a look at the flybridge. oh wow yeah this to me makes the boat a boat you know what I mean you have two obviously two dining rooms for outdoor dining here on the flybridge this hardtop retracts so now We have a wider position to have more shade. a rudder at the forward end of the fly bridge on the port side there is a rudder that we have covered because we thought maybe it was going to rain and if you look from the front out then you'll see what I think is really cool when you take a step forward is that the entire bow is padded from the main cabin to the front of the bow.

Listen, I don't see this kind of detail in the newer ships aren't that beautiful somewhere, yeah, so even this, even I like the way it's not one of these, you know, pop-ups with him, it's very interesting, over the counter, fixed sink, I've been looking at boats even bigger than I've been looking at grills that are small, yeah, it's a huge boat, yeah, and I'm like, I don't understand why, yeah, I mean This is a grill, right? If you have a boat this size and want to be. capable of entertaining, you want to be standing there, uh, in every race there are beautiful gas burners, this is it, there is no need to carry the dishes downstairs because you have a dishwasher right here, there is also here there is another wine cooler, a machine of ice here and then.

We have a refrigerator here on the starboard side, so a couple of features, if I may, I think are really unique to this space up here, the fly bridge, so if you look towards the bow, I'm not sure if you'll be able to see it in sunlight, but there's a metal hook up there that goes up about 12 inches, so from there they mount another projector and then it projects back to where you see there's a pole on either one. On the back side, they connect to another movie screen back there, so if you come aboard this boat, you can sit in the jacuzzi, you can sit at the bar, you can enjoy watching a movie, you can enjoy watching TV or a ball game up here if you want to enjoy this outdoor space there is an additional shade sail running forward so you can have this shaded area if you want and one of the coolest things I've seen anywhere ship is here on this fly.

It ties this whole area together where these lounge chairs are, this all hinges up and down, there's room here for two three-person jet skis and there's also a crane, unlike most boats where you see the tender and the jet skis on display. this actually encapsulates them so you have extra room up top to lounge around and also because it's enclosed you now have room for gas tanks or sea floats or inflatable pools and toys for when you're at anchor, so that's one of the two toys. Garages on board there is another one below next to the beach club.

I thought it was awesome. I had never seen anything like it. I had never heard of that. Let me take a photo from up here, so all of this rises in one direction. That's right, okay, this is my friend Oliver, he's one of our engineers on board and he's going to give you a tour of the galley, the crew quarters and the engine room, so this is our galley, we've got the garlic for the whole boat and we have three. three cabins which are the crew quarters uh here we have the captain's cabin and on the other side we have the engineers in the service cabin and the chief's cabin two which has a double bunk and then if we go this way, these are the two cabins i I'm talking about and then if we go this way, we have a rainy room.

Here we have the two main engines, which are the MTU 2000 series with approximately 3,000 hours each and with these two engines we can reach a speed of between 14 and 50 knots. On the left side we have the twowater purifiers that we use for consumption, washing the boat shower, cooking everything and then, next to the water purifiers, we have our generators, one on each side, that produce electricity for all parts of the boat. two here are the water purifiers and on the left side you have the generator, you go deeper inside there you have the boilers for the hot water and the fire palm bilge pump, all the pumps are underneath, yes, I never see that in an engine room .

It's good if you Look down here, these are our coolers to keep it running here, we have our hydraulic power unit for all the hydraulics, belts, garage drains and all that, and here is what we call a smart box which is the connection for surf power when we are not using our generators. We can indicate without fire that we can obtain your energy. So if you come here, we have our garage where we can set it up. I think an 18 foot fender is a gift. Sorry, and here we have our password that comes with everything. the exit so people can board the boat we have our two shore power cables here we have we have two lines so we can use two lines if we wanted right now we are using one we have our compressed air compressor right there yeah that's it pretty much the right part, down there, we have this type of license hydraulic unit, which is the stabilizer, yes, these are hydraulic units for this stabilizer hydraulic system, here we have our fuel pumps to transfer from the storage stand. to day tanks one and two we have our counter because we need to keep track of what we transfer, we have our filter for our fuel line, which is the big one here, okay, and right here we have our sewage treatment unit. and that's pretty much it here, this is a really nice engine room, the way you can move around I like too, uh, I haven't seen windows in an engine room before, which is a nice feature, these are our panels of main controls for the Indian rooms. is where we start from and then you have a background here where you can give control to the bridge until it maneuvers from there so this is the cruise room over here okay go to the show with us okay so how many crews sleep?

We sleep. you can't sleep six people two two two and two and then they have like uh this is another one there's another room okay another room shows okay and then this is what it is this is a storage storage okay and then the head is where with the bathroom, the bathroom, do you have there? Do you see that door there? Oh yeah, there and here, do you have another one? I'll show you one real quick here, it's the same thing, yeah, okay, is there a light? Okay, that's nice and big. well, you know, it's big enough, yeah, that's lovely, yeah, the captain's coming, okay, the captain's cabin, yeah, okay, and then this looks beautiful and it's Cali, it's got the storage space for two oven ovens, here you can put an ice maker, a large storage space there. six refrigerators here wait sex I'm a little far away this is also the freezer and this is the refrigerator oh okay oh wow okay and then the drop and then you have dishwasher and storage space I like the splash guard you made in the water Yes I know, yeah, lifting up that big bowl of pasta, big pot of water for the pasta, the lobster, all right, so this is a light here, a light, so I like this, so you can go up Yes, this doesn't work.
