I always believed in to be motivated or work very hard you need to have a vision in front of you and somehow after having seen the world weightlifting championships in Vienna and having seen Tommy win the Mr Universe contest the next day right there at the same event in 1961 and seeing all this muscle, strength and command, had a profound impact on me as a 15 year old, I was now completely made up. that I'm going to go train and then I'm going to take this seriously that I want to be one of those guys.

I would never forget it. I would say when it comes to size or anything like that, I never felt like I wanted more, but I wanted more perfection. I never felt like I reached my 100 percent potential and I think everyone feels that way. I felt like I wanted to have bigger triceps than I had. I felt like I wanted to have thighs an inch bigger than what I had. I felt like I wanted to get more definition in my abs than ever before. I felt like I wanted to develop my lats even lower and tighter in what made the waist that I've always worked on, so there were certain things like that that I felt. that if I could have clay I could show the world where I wanted to make improvements and then when the final months of the competition come around you can take that dough, chisel it away and work on the details. we'll go and watch our body fat go down and down and down and we'd take pictures like Fanatics Franco would take pictures of me.

Okay, I have to go to close grip. chin-ups I have to do more pullover exercises I have to do my abdominal exercises I have to do knee bends and leg raises and all that stuff so then you start sculpting with the different exercises that we have available Is it the Good thing is training smart, you know what the inventory of different exercises you have available for each weak point, but the key is to set the course to do the training every day to eat the right way and you're done. and you reach those marks and then you move the bar higher, then you move the bar higher and that's what separates the winner from the loser and you feel that with hard work you can achieve the goals and you can be successful.
This is the best thing about Bodybuilding because if you get good at it and the company leaves, you will know that you can use the same principles for everything else in life.
