APPLE WATCH! VLOG #52 8-30-16

Hey guys I just got home from school it sucked but today I got this is the mail my new Apple Watch and my sister's cat is like poking around the camera. item, so it's a little cheaper, about $20 cheaper and they shipped it, it's a cheap flimsy envelope. I wonder if I bought a brand new one, they would have moved in a box or more protective material. it's not going to work i need some scissors the knife is ok oh i almost cut myself omg this is so dangerous right now ok here is the

it's in a long very dirty box because i bought it refurbished, just look what they did with it. on earth to unbox it and oh my gosh probably the product said it was in excellent condition so I hope that's true and not just the box that looks like that would ruin you.

The Best Buy tape that's already open and dirt everywhere would just be a sticker. kind to peel a high opening hmm the inside looks very neat especially this little plastic

There are no Apple stickers. very old the last guy took them out but the charger and charging block look new yes they are wrapped up and look new wow it is longer than the iphone charger this really came as a surprise because when i picked the shipping items on best bike it said it would take over a week but i just checked tracking on the bus ride home and it said today i didn't expect it to be two days since i ordered one which was really so that was a big surprise when I got off the bus the cats played with the cargo brick now it's all scratched up great yeah so when I checked the tracking on the bus and it said delivered I was so excited I just ran off the bus to go to my mailbox now the main event. yeah oh wow the presentation look how nice they wrapped it up yeah save $20 I hope they cleaned it up because I'm pretty sure this kind of stuff can absorb a lot more germs on that plastic stuff they include and if you're wondering what i did with that. iPod Nano watch so the person who originally wanted to buy it in the first place couldn't buy it in the first place because his parents would have let him buy it now he bought it again but this time it had a cheaper price last time he wanted to pay like 60 or 70, but now it paid like 40 because i'm upgrading to this one and and and i'm so happy because now people will stop asking if my ipod nano looks like an

watch well not anymore this time i can say yes it's an apple watch and yes i saw my iP od Nano watch today which is perfect timing.

I wasn't even expecting this today so let's set it up right. I have my phone and my new watch. I wish I could put the clock on all three, but it's only four, like paid developers. not like public beta so have to deal with slow clock LS - probably should plug clock right this time next to an outlet it clicks magnetically fine and has to charge first because it's an expected item, per that i get for saving $20 lets try putting it on my wrist first to see if it feels comfortable yeah i know i charge you later its not as easy to put on like my old ipod and a watch so wow this is really shorter than the above because on my ipod nano watch i could just pull it up there and it would be nice but i have to pull it up twice on this one if that makes any sense the holes are a little too small for that little piece of metal ummm I like the size it's smaller so it's not as noticeable as the ipod nano watch.

I'm going to let it charge for about an hour or two, which is why I heard in the meantime, I only did it to get through this mess and through my nightstand, which is pretty nerdy and up to here, okay, it's been about an hour and a half so let's get it set up it's on we've got this digital crown which is really nice to use in english ok and now we're ready to start pairing oh it's giving us a really cool display of something that I think must be static or something. I represent that it is not connected.

I heard that this method doesn't work, but we can try it, oh it worked. I guess most youtubers didn't realize that they need this pattern to be on for it to work. Let's update now. Seriously well I guess I'll just have to plug it back in and wait another hour oh then never mind it changed to 20mm ok I get an error not a good experience so far camera won't work again so guess. we just have to do it manually, is it because i'm running ios 10 on this and i wasn't running the watch. I was three years into this ok so I just restarted the app and now it works again set up.

There's an option not set yeah I'm probably way under weight set very slightly move call yeah I set up apple pay you don't need to see this either oh man I have to call my bank to set up apple pay on this too I had to call them to set up on my phone now that's pretty damn sure yeah oh look install apps I already have on my phone to this.

I'll take a few more minutes ooh better yeah and my phone is showing this so I guess we're done so thanks guys for watching I'm gonna go play with this for a second and see you soon so yeah I know there's going to be an event from apple in about a week where they're announcing new apple watches and you probably think i'm an idiot for buying this but it was on sale for a really low price and i don't think the apple watch will feature a lot of new stuff that i would really like make me buy it, I might as well buy this Lots on sale to save money, but if the Apple Watch comes with a lot of good stuff, I might just send it back and buy what they want to see.

I risked $200 right away, yeah, so I just watched the Apple event today. It was really fun to see Shigeru Miyamoto on stage. It was really unexpected, but Apple watches. I'm not going to get the new version because it's about $60 more than the one I paid for and all it does is speed it up a bit and that's what OS 3 is supposed to do so I'm not going to buy the new Apple Watch my only regret is after they announced the new Apple Watch the watch I pay for because the price dropped another $10 so yeah I'm not going to buy the new Apple Watch just have a few regrets for not waiting a bit more, ok, bye
