I think we have good news. Some good news and some not so good news. Then what do you want? I hear you mean bad news, yeah I guess bad news, what's the median news? So the medium news is that we have to get a handrail for the left side of the stairs, we have to get earthquake proof straps for the water heater and all the outlets within a certain radius of any water supply I have to get a drip ceiling outlet I think that's media news and the reason it's media news is because Steve is dealing with all those guys so he's covering all of that.

They are like neutral news. What is the problem? The bad news is they took a look at our shop and basically anything flammable in this office, including spring paint, mineral spirits, where does there have to be anything new?
