. The first thing we need to do is make our

meat. I'm not going to do that on camera today because I'm pretty sure everyone knows how to do it and probably has their favorite way of doing it. So I'm going to go ahead and do it right now and I'll be back. Now that we have the

meat ready, we must prepare our flour tortilla. I already made one here. I'll do one on camera for you. I'm going to use this as a template to go around it and cut it out in a circle like this, it doesn't have to be perfect like this. .

Okay, we don't need this anymore. Once we have this ready, we will be ready to put it together. We'll leave this aside for a minute. Now we need one of our flour tortillas for large tortillas, we are going to put some taco meat in the center. Now we're going to need some nacho cheese or what I'm using today has cheesy sauce and I'm sure I'm not saying that right. and it turns out Taco Bell was a total accident. Now we put a little cheese. I put this in the microwave for a bit to melt the cheese because it was very thick out of the jar.

Ok pretty good I'm going to drizzle this with a little bit of olive oil I don't know if it's necessary that's what I did when I was experimenting.
