is that it is not grounded properly. Now I know a lot of people can say you need grounding, you need this, you need that before you jump too far to think no.

You know what I'm talking about, let's go ahead and open up this garage real quick, which is usually why a copper grounding rod is attached. Sometimes it can be another type of metal, but usually the copper kiss is very conductive and lies directly in the ground. and then there is a little left and you connect the cable, it looks like this. You see how this raw ground wire is supposed to be grounded right there, it's connected directly to a ground and to go even further I went ahead and removed this wire and it was a dedicated ground, in other words , there's no other reason why I'm always connected to it now this just goes up here it goes right in the building it comes out right here you can see it painted it goes right up here and that's this big wire right here, so when I originally plugged the machine in, I originally plugged it in right here, which came in through the side of the box, I just hit it right there, very easily because it's right there and it wasn't working.

Tech support doesn't even know how to provide tech support. I told her I was sorry for her. I also told her that I was very frustrated that a company as well known as Eastwood would turn around and release a product and not actually manufacture it so that their tech support could provide technical support. I'm just saying that if Eastwood sent it to them for free and they were having some problems and they called the phone number of the person, the representative that they needed to contact Eastwood and realized that they're not necessarily going to tell you, that's going to be Like yeah, we just called Eastwood and worked it out. but it wasn't that easy.

I didn't knock on these woods and realized it. Eastwood is sending me a new one today, she's going for a walk, basically they're not supposed to send it until they get the new one. one back, but they're going to go ahead and make it so they can ship it out and then they're going to send me a shipping label that's already prepaid as well so I can go ahead and ship this machine back so they can go ahead and test. and look at some things and see what the problem might be because we're assuming it's just a problem with this particular machine.

I have done everything I am supposed to do to be completely honest with you. I'm stressed to the max because I don't like saying I'm going to do something in a certain amount of time and then it's not done fairly enough, so I'll keep you posted on what's going on. I don't think Eastwood is bad. I'm a business, I don't want this video to seem like I'm criticizing Eastwood. Okay, well, I want this video to keep you all updated on what's going on because I know a lot of people are interested in getting this machine. and basically, if I find something with the machine that should be done to make it easier for you, that's what I want a document and we, you know, document my process, how well they're taking care of their customers, you know, and how well. they stand behind this product and then they make a big deal about how they support it, but to me, not having their tech support ready to support it, not really standing behind it, so that's a little bit of a fault, Eastwood on Al least that's how I feel I have a business I know that not everything is perfect I know you can't satisfy every customer every time I'm not trying to be that customer I also know that when you're a business like Eastwood or when someone buys a product like this it costs a thousand dollars and they don't want to have the hassle of it not working.
