6 Unexpectedly Dark Episodes in Kids Shows II | blameitonjorgeJun 10, 2021
One of the reasons I made the first
episodesvideo is to bring up
episodesthat no one really talks about or
showswhere you really wouldn't expect something that
dark. I mean, we've all heard of Courage the Cowardly Dog. and that time tom and jerry killed themselves but you expect to see them on a list about dark episodes this series was just meant to do something different so today we will be looking at six more
unexpectedlydark episodes and
showsjosh kicks drake out of his life , well, stop being mad at me. I am not mad at you.
I've finished now. What is that supposed to mean? Where I live, I guess we'll be roommates until the day I leave for college, but that's as far as we'll be roommates. I'm done with you when characters fight and
kidsshows usually it's nothing too serious a little misunderstanding or a minor fight a few jokes and jabs here and there and the lesson is not learned however the things got a little more serious and drake and josh the episode josh ended is exactly where josh just gets fed up with how selfish and disrespectful drake can be so josh just ends him the episode begins.
A big chemistry test is coming up and Josh is studying hard because Drake is going to school early so he can make out with his girlfriend. he's furious but eventually calms down and decides his life would be better if Drake wasn't in it he starts treating Drake like a roommate instead of a brother which makes Josh's life exponentially better he takes it back the test and gets a higher grade makes new friends his rash is gone and overall he has an amazing life without Drake that part is Josh doesn't even ignore Drake or is mean to him or whatever he treats him in a completely civil way. nner, but there's no love or friendship in the words of him, he's literally just a roommate to him now, dude, it's been like five days, what are you going to stop being mad at me?
I told you I'm not mad at you don't worry Josh I mean this of course it starts to affect Drake and makes him realize how much he needs Josh maybe even more than Josh needs him towards the end of the episode in chemistry class. Drake is late this time and finds out that Josh has switched lab partners and leaves. him alone with the clan due to constant muttering claims Drake doesn't even understand what to do during his experiments and ends up with a chemical accident that leads him to take an energy shower Josh sorry sorry I'm probably the worst brother in the world and you know what you're so much better off without me you know i just need you to understand i'm sorry josh sorry later that night drake leaves alone and depressed in his room josh walks in and makes up with his brother a game of ping pong forgive him and end the episode.
I don't think this episode is as dark as it is serious. Oh yeah, it's super serious and super unexpected. I had to include it. I had to mention this episode because it is not talked about. a lot, i remember it left such a shock to me when i first saw it, it's sad to see these brothers torn apart by a very real situation and apparently the rest of the world agrees because if we're being honest this is probably what would happen if someone like Josh was around someone like Drake in real life, thankfully this isn't real life and the episode ends with the status quo intact, but still, for a brief moment, a grim sense of realism crept through. of this Nickelodeon sitcom and it has certainly left an impact.
Chucky sees a life in which he was never born. There are times when everything seems to go wrong. We feel like a failure. It annoys our friends or family or we just feel uncomfortable in our own skin. I even wonder what it would be like if you were never born. This type of plow was first seen in the media in 1946 in It's a Wonderful Life and has been parodied in movies and cartoons for quite some time since. I'm worth more dead than alive. now look you mustn't talk like that i won't get my wings with that attitude you just don't know everything if you have if it hadn't been for you yeah if it hadn't been for me everyone.
I would be much better off with my wife, my children and my friends. Amit, look, follow the Rugrats episode. The Wonderful Life of Chucky is still a pretty fun episode, but it has a rather disturbing nature that shows just how far our minds can go in creating the worst. Possible Outcome The story begins with Angelica telling Chucky that the world would be better off without him absorbing these harsh words. Chucky decides to run away from home before his guardian angel, who looks just like him, shows up to show him a world he was never born into. in this world his father Chaz is lonely and a little bit unhinged never been married lives alone with just a sock puppet and c-span to keep him company okay c-span so it's Saki yeah I wish you were real me too I don't like this mr. the angel guy Drake sees nothing yet the streets are dilapidated and almost post-apocalyptic Phil and Lil have become hideous criminals who enjoy destroying their house while their weak parents watch and cry without Chuckie the twins would never know the difference between good and evil and then there's Tommy, who is now seen living in poverty as he scavenges for food with no Chuckie around.
Angelica came and took everything from Tommy, including his house. and now morbidly obese Angelica forces stewin didi to bake her cookies that she never shares Tommy never stood up for himself because he needs a friend like Chuckie to lean on to become brave Chuckie realizes that his life does that, which means he sees that he has value, he has friends and family who love him very much given that Chuckie is only two years old, it's pretty obvious the world wouldn't. It wouldn't change much if he hadn't been born, especially not the way he was in his vision, but this episode just goes to show how overactive our imaginations can be to convince us that the world would be better off without us, but deep down you and me. i know that's not true, we all have value and value everyone who watches this, it's also pretty annoying that a little kid can imagine things like poverty and literally slavery, spongebob and mr.
The crabs kill a health inspector and try to hide his body while this episode is still pretty funny things get pretty dark and disturbing once you strip out the funny bits from all the episodes on this list this is the one that pops up a lot and well yeah im going to talk about that too because its a little messy in the nasty patty episode of SpongeBob Squarepants the Krusty Krabs got a surprise visit from the health inspector he orders one of everything and his last dish is a patty of common krabby just before the burger can be served to him, a TV report comes on warning the locals of a criminal masquerading as a health inspector to get free food being the tight-fisted old man that is Mr.
Krabs is outraged at the idea that his health inspector might be the faker so to get even he and SpongeBob create the titular disgusting patty Oh Krabby Patty That Was Made With Spicy Veg Sauce olcan, see horseradish toenail clippings flushed down the toilet and then dried. with Mr. Krabs sweaty gym socks just before the health inspector can eat him, a fly gets into his mouth and he chokes and passes out as the two enjoy watching him suffer. The TV reports that the fake health inspector has been caught and it was definitely not his guy. panicking blaming each other until they come up with the idea of burying the body on a dark and stormy night dragging the body to the top of a hill in order to digits while digging a hole spongebob throws a rock that hits the ground now conscious health inspector on the head causing him to pass out again after they were done, the police arrive and offer to take them back to the Krusty Krab and to their surprise the body slides down the hill thanks to the rain turning the ground In a well. mud, the police don't notice so they just put the body in the trunk and now back at the Krusty Krab the officer slowly begins to suspect what's going on.
SpongeBob puts the body in the freezer when the officer goes to get ice. In our soda they discover the body is missing, the health inspector appears behind them moaning like a zombie, you officers proceed to beat them until it is revealed that he is alive and the krusty crustacean passed his health inspection, everyone celebrates with Krabby Patties as the kitchen door slams shut on the health inspector's head comedy aside this episode is a bit of a mess the health inspector is literally doing his job until he chokes on a fly and he passes out and there is no one to help him recover and while spongebob with Mr.
Krabs try to bury him alive he keeps taking blows to the head which must have caused some kind of brain damage and then when he finally wakes up the police he beats him senseless until it is revealed that he is still alive and then he meets another courtesy punch. head with the kitchen door the health inspector never noticed that spongebob and mr. Krabs tried to poison him, it's also kind of unsettling how the two take the light and the inspectors suffer as he drowns at the end, they just care more about the Krusty Krab and the health inspectorate instead of helping the guy who was almost there. buried alive donatello is sent to a dystopian future the 2003 reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was certainly a more daring portrayal of the heroes in a half shell than the original '80s series that's not to say it was a super grim dark retelling but it definitely followed the darker aesthetic of the comic series more closely this is a lot of evidence in the episode like it never was the episode starts off with a bang as the turtles are ambushed by the last Drako swearing revenge he vows to teach to the Turtles quoting and not quoting the meaning of suffering beyond time and space using the scepter of time, he sends Donatello to the far future where he lands in the turtles' lair, though he is completely decimated and confused as to where he is, he makes his way outside, where he is promptly arrested, however a future Michelangelo appears and saves Donnie.
He explains that the Shredder had won and that the entire planet is now under his control. Johnny was the glue that held the turtles together, but when he disappeared. 30 years ago, the turtles collapsed, Mikey, then take Donnie to Splinter's grave, he's there, yes, Master Splinter is known. A couple of years after he disappeared. They had to hold out in space where they meet a future April O'Neill and learn that Casey Jones was dead. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are reluctantly reunited now that Donnie is back. Leonardo has many scars. Rafael is missing an eye and Mikey is missing an arm. i just went through hell team up with hun and baxter stockman to defeat shredder during shredder fight smash hun and baxter to death michelangelo was surrounded found and killed by mechs shredders daughter karai kills leonardo and raphael with her sword with Donnie now on the verge of death shredder pins him against the tunneler preparing for the final blow luckily Donnie braced himself for this and has chains springing out of the tunneler and wrap around shredder the drill kicks in and pulls shredder to rip it good shredder to my brothers my poor brothers this world this future is a nightmare as he reflects on this horrible nightmare Donnie returns to his own timeline leaving April as the sole survivor of all friends alone and that's it we can't see Donnie coming home we end the episode as if this was really the end, the idea of a bad future for Staubach has been made before it is to of course but to show in this level of detail of brutality and now pass it off as a dream or something its really amazing so many of you requested this episode a lot in the comments on the last video so yeah its definitely one one of the darkest moments in an already dark reboot Kitson next door every female future imagines a future where the only way to repopulate the human race has been exterminated and made illegal a future where half of the human race has been annihilated that is the future that was created and the future of the children's episode operation next door aka woman's utopian trap unleashes a reprehensible evil in this episode and is then sent to st.
Rita's prep school only to find out that it is an all-girls boarding school. The headmistress, Miss Margaret, reveals an evil plan to turn all the boys into girls and tries to turn her before he escapes and plans to ask for help, but she thinks she can handle a lot. of girly girls on her own Margaret has been shown to be a girl and a robot suits up to get help from her future self to secure a future utopia without the men realizing she needs help calling the other members of Kandy just to discover that they have already beenturned into girls you are missing Booty party for which we are cheating and cut 275 years into the future in this dystopian apocalypse it is revealed that boys have become slaves to girls however a resistance of boys led by an elderly number for calling themselves the boys next door fight for freedom, number three's granddaughter sally approaches the boys to offer help as she was inspired by stories from the past where boys and girls fought together with your help.
The boys are able to defeat Madame Margaret and him before he returns to the past and with the K&E they alter and save the future by erasing future number four Sally and all of them from history despite being a meta genius Margaery apparently can't see how to eliminate him. children would cause a genocide of the human race or at least he doesn't care, it's also implied that they take men prisoner for fun which I guess explains why. there are kids in the future, but this episode also has its fair share of problems. I don't want to be that guy, but I'm pretty sure I'll show girls as giggly crybabies who only like pink and boys as good guys who love dirty sports. not being okay nowadays overall this is another one of those horrible dystopian future episodes, but the implications here are really a bit messy. who starts the extinction of the human race and that's a pretty big leap stalin dies in pokemon sun and moon death is rarely mentioned in the pokemon franchise one would think a series about animals beating each other up as well as having actual ghosts present, it would feature death a bit more often, but it's barely mentioned, usually relegated to select locations like the pokemon tower and the town of Labrador or the vampire in the Hoenn region.
However, the anime has finally decided to address the issue. elephant in the room in the episode one journey ends another begins from the Sun and Moon series the episode begins with the usual cutesy and funny antics one would expect in a Pokemon Ash and Pikachu anime I just finished doing some grocery shopping what a time Lyn shows up and steals one of her donuts, the duo chase after Lyn only to find that she is taking it to Stalin in exchange for teaching Fang how to shoot as Ashe watches as she notices how frail Stalin looks the next day after the school, the two revisit Lynn with only a stout limb to find the card collapsed on the floor suffering from severe respiratory problems despite the size Ashe is wearing Stalin was back at the Pokémon Center Team Rocket's Meowth looks on sadly kn Due to what is happening at the Pokémon Center, Nurse Joy informs them about Stalin's condition later that night, Lyn and Stalin are missing from the center, assuming that they are missing.
They should have returned to the bridge, Ash sets off to find them, however, to his surprise, he runs into Meowth. who claims that he wants to protect Lin and make sure Team Rocket doesn't capture him on the bridge. Stalin continues to try to teach Lin the Fire Fang, which fails. tree with a limited amount of leaves with one leaf that falls each time Stalin's health worsens when he finally falls Lillian realizes that Stalin has passed away she screams as the rain begins to pour ash down she tries to give him some food to cheer him up but no no wants to eat finally after the rain passes, Linc's stalin-like cloud leads him to accept his fate and move on, the two fight and become teammates and share some f Well, in memory of Stalin , this is a much grimmer version of death than Pokémon has ever had.
In this episode, we see a wide range of emotions one will go through when losing a friend or pet. I mean, it's no coincidence that Stalin was cast for this episode, given how close he looks to a dog dying pokemon, it's not often discussed in the main continuity, but this one shows a more hopeful side of the situation, a side which shows that losing a friend is just a part of life its not so much a goodbye as its so long for now denial and acceptance go hand in hand and pokemon of all things shows that very well
